Elke omslag houdende een certificaat met een idee, door hem ontworpen en genummerd van 1 tot 10; Zo heb ik, ondergetekende, Britt DE BACKER, plaatsvervangend gerechtsdeurwaarder in vervanging van Stefan VANDENSAVEL, gerechtsdeurwaarder met standplaats te 2300 TURNHOUT, er kantoorhoudende aan de Otterstraat nr. 179; me heden begeven te 2300 TURNHOUT, Otterstraat 148, zijnde het adres van de firma VAN GELDER alwaar ik het volgende heb VASTGESTELD : Ter plaatse tref ik dhr. VERDONCK Gerardus alias Gerard GODAL, verzoekende partij voornoemd, mij zo verklaard; Verzoekende partij legt mij voor: - tien door hem genummerde certificaten die elk een door hem ontworpen idee en de uitleg daarvan bevatten. - tien omslagen die elk op voor en achterzijde een verschillend, door hem ontworpen schilderij bevatten. Daarop heeft hij in elke omslag een certificaat gevoegd samen met zijn visite-kaartje houdende zijn coördinaten;
