Deze wedstrijd speelt mee in een scenario van drie UCI 1.2 Dames Elite eendagswedstrijden t.t.z. de Boels Rental Hills Classic te Valkenburg, Nederland op Vrijdag 24 mei 2013, de RABOBANK 7 Dorpenomloop te Aalburg, Nederland op Zaterdag, 25 mei 2013 en als finale de wedstrijd GOOIK-GERAARDSBERGEN-GOOIK te Gooik, België op Zondag 26 mei 2013. In overeenstemming met de UCI-reglementen worden volgende punten toegekend: 1 40 punten 5 10 punten 2 30 punten 6 8 punten 3 16 punten 7 6 punten 4 12 punten 8 3 punten 20
Artikel 2: Deelnemers Volgens Artikels 2.1.005 en 2.2.003 van het UCI reglement wordt de Gooik-Geraardsbergen-Gooik wedstrijd verreden in een interclubformule voorbehouden voor 33 ploegen van minimum 4 en maximum 6 deelneemsters. Het vormen van zogenaamde mixed-teams is hierbij toegelaten conform de reglementeringen van de KBWB. Alle ploegen kunnen zich kandidaat stellen bij de organisatie tot deelname aan deze wedstrijd. De organisatie zal, op basis van de kandidaturen, een selectie maken van 33 deelnemende ploegen. Zij zal hierbij een gezonde mix nastreven van Belgische en buitenlandse ploegen. De geselecteerde ploegen zullen een officieel UCI-deelnameformulier toegezonden krijgen door de organisatie. De ploegen zullen dit document, behoorlijk ingevuld met maximaal 6 effectieven en 4 reserves, terugsturen ten laatste op Zondag, 05 mei 2013. Indien aan deze opgegeven selectie nog iets wijzigt, zullen de ploegen deze wijzigingen ten laatste op Vrijdag, 24 mei 2013 vóór 20:00 uur signaleren zodat de organisatie tijdig een overzicht kan maken van de effectieve deelneemsters. Artikel 3: Permanentie 3.1 Algemeen De permanentie bevindt zich op 26 mei 2013 vanaf 10:30 uur tot 19:00 uur in het Feestzaal, de Vrede, Dorpsstraat 26, 1755 Gooik. Het opmaken van de uitslag en de klassementen zal gebeuren in het Feestzaal, De Vrede, achter café De Vrede Dorpsstraat 26, 1755 Gooik. 3.2 Uitreiking rugnummers De ploegleiders van de ingeschreven teams melden zich aan op de permanentie op 26 mei 2013 tussen 10:30 en 11:45 uur voor het afhalen van de rugnummers en de kaderplaatjes van hun rensters. Zij zullen op dat moment tevens een volgbewijs ontvangen voor hun ploegwagen, een wedstrijdreglement, een technische gids en een deelnemerslijst. 3.3 Briefing vergadering koerscommissarissen en ploegleiders De vergadering van koerscommissarissen en ploegleiders begint om 12:30 uur stipt in het Feestzaal, De Vrede, Dorpsstraat 26, 1755 Gooik. Deze vergadering zal worden geleid door: VAN GESTEL, Jan (NL),Voorzitter, College van Commissarissen. Het college van commissarissen is samengesteld uit: DE SCHRIJVER Gregory, Aankomstrechter, VAN DEN EYNDE Marc, Commissaris 2 VERBIEST Patrick, Commissaris 3, TERMONT Gabriel, Commissaris 4, KLINCKAERT Yves, Commissaris Moto, VAN IMPE Vincent, Piloot Moto VAN STEEN Kris, Commissaris Uitslag. Op deze vergadering zal de volgorde van de ploegwagens bepaald worden door lottrekking. De volgorde van de ploegwagens wordt bepaald conform het UCI-reglement. Enkel de aanwezige ploegleiders zullen aan deze lottrekking kunnen deelnemen. De nietaanwezige ploegleiders zullen een volgnummer krijgen afhankelijk van hun uur van aankomst in het permanentielokaal. De ploegleiders zullen hun rensters op de hoogte brengen van de afspraken die op deze vergadering werden gemaakt en van de afspraken uit het wedstrijdreglement en de technische gids. De ploegleiders zullen hun rensters er tevens op attent maken dat zij het startblad dienen te ondertekenen op het podium op het Kerkplein aan Café De Vrede en dit van 13:30 tot 14:15 uur. 21
3.4 Kleedkamers en parking De kleedkamers voor de rensters bevinden zich in sporthal De Koornmolen, Processiestraat 15, 1755 Gooik. Elke ploeg zal een kleedkamer toegewezen krijgen, die gezamenlijk met enkele andere ploegen zal moeten gedeeld worden. Officiëlen en commissarissen kunnen parkeren op de Musiekacademie, Dorpsstraat 36A, 1755 Gooik. Rensters en hun ploegleiders dienen te parkeren op de parking van het gemeentelijke Atletiekplein, Houteman, 1755 Gooik. Er zullen wegwijzers geplaatst en begeleiding voorzien worden om iedereen naar de juiste parking te leiden. 3.5 Start en aankomst De startopstelling van de rensters vindt plaats voor de ingang van Café De Vrede, Dorpsstraat 26 ter hoogte van het podium. Er zal gezorgd worden voor een corridor zodat rensters steeds achteraan zullen kunnen aansluiten. De rensters dienen startklaar te zijn om 14:15 uur. De ploegleiders zullen hun ploegwagens voor de start opstellen in Gooikeveldstraat. De wedstrijd zal starten om 14:30 uur en de aankomst is voorzien omstreeks 18:15 uur. Zie plan 1 voor meer info. Elke renster die de aankomstlijn overschrijdt met een achterstand van meer dan 5% van de totaaltijd van de overwinnaar, wordt niet in de uitslag opgenomen. Deze limiet kan door het College van Commissarissen in samenspraak met de organisator, verhoogd worden in geval van uitzonderlijke omstandigheden. Bij aankomst is er een afleiding voorzien voor alle ploegwagens zonder geldig doorlatingsbewijs A ; zij zullen 475m vóór de aankomst rechtsaf aan Zijpstraat-Gooikeveldstraat worden afgeleid en kunnen daar ofwel halt houden ofwel doorrijden (2,4 km) naar de Kleedkamers in sporthal De Koornmolen (pijlen volgen). De eerste, de tweede en de derde renster in de uitslag van de wedstrijd, plus de winnares van de bergprijs en de eerste, tweede en derde renster in de uitslag van het eindklassement (zie 6.1) dienen zich onmiddellijk na de aankomst aan te bieden voor de huldigingceremonie op het podium. Er wordt een aankomsttentje voorzien waarin deze rensters zich even kunnen opfrissen en klaar maken voor de ceremonie. 3.6 Medische assistentie De wedstrijd zal worden gevolgd door een ziekenwagen en een dokter op een moto. Tevens zal er een vaste hulppost ingericht worden in Feestzaal De Vrede, Dorpsstraat 26, direct voor de aankomstlijn. Het dopingreglement van de UCI is van toepassing. 3.8 Perscentrum Ten behoeve van de aanwezige persmensen zal er een lokaal voorzien zijn voor de wedstrijd in Feestzaal, De Vrede, Dorpsstraat 26, 1755 Gooik waar alle fotografen en pers zullen zich aanbieden voor het afhalen van hun accreditatiebadge en jasjes. Artikel 4: Parcours De wedstrijd loopt over een aanloop van 58,9 km gevolgd door 7 ronden van 10,6 km elk. De totaalafstand bedraagt daardoor 133,1 km. Dit parcours is gedetailleerd terug te vinden op de website van de organiserende wielerclub, De Vredespurters Gooik: www.devredespurtersgooik.be. De omloop zal vanaf 25 mei volledig afgepijld zijn met rechthoekige bordjes met als opschrift Gooik-Geraardsbergen-Gooik. De organisatie behoudt zich het recht voor om dit parcours in laatste instantie nog te wijzigen indien zich onvoorziene omstandigheden zouden voordoen. De ploegleiders zullen verwittigd worden wie in dit eindklassement eerste, tweede en derde geworden zijn. Deze dames kunnen hun prijs 500, 300 en 100 afhalen in Café De Vrede aan de aankomst tot 1 uur na het einde van de wedstrijd. De winnaressen van dit eindklassement dienen zich onmiddellijk na aankomst van de wedstrijd aan te bieden voor de huldiging op het podium. 6.2 Bergprijs: Op diverse plaatsen op het parcours zal er een bergspurt betwist worden. Deze bergspurten zullen telkens aangekondigd worden met grote blauwe borden op 1km, 500m, 250m en 100m vóór de plaats waar de lijn voor deze bergspurt getrokken wordt. De plaatsen van deze bergspurten zijn ook duidelijk aangegeven in de wegwijzer van de wedstrijd. De eerste 3 rensters zullen bij elke bergspurt punten vergaren: de eerste 5 punten, de tweede 3 punten, en de derde 1 punt, met dubbele punten, t.t.z. 10 punten, 6 punten en 2 punten, respectievelijk, voor de eerste 3 rensters die de bergspurt op de Muur van Geraardsbergen vergaren. Deze punten zullen per deelneemster bij elkaar worden opgeteld. In geval van gelijkheid in het bergklassement zullen volgende criteria worden gebruikt om het klassement op te maken: 1. Het aantal eerste plaatsen op de bergen 2. De wedstrijduitslag De renster dient wel de wedstrijd binnen de tijdslimiet te beëindigen. Een algemeen bergklassement zal opgemaakt worden betreffende de 3wedstrijden - BOELS RENTAL Hills Classic (24/05/2013), Rabobank 7 Dorpenomloop (25/05/2013) en Gooik- Geraardsbergen-Gooik (26/05/2013). Onmiddellijk na het betwisten van de laatste bergspurt in deze wedstrijd zal het definitieve klassement van de bergprijs opgemaakt worden. De ploegleiders zullen verwittigd worden wie in deze bergprijs eerste, tweede en derde geworden zijn. Deze dames kunnen hun prijs 500, 300, 100 afhalen in Café De Vrede aan de aankomst tot 1 uur na het einde van de wedstrijd. De winnaressen van deze bergprijzen dienen zich onmiddellijk na aankomst van de wedstrijd aan te bieden voor de huldiging op het podium. 25
6.3 Tussenspurten (rushes): Bij de overschrijding van de rush lijn tijdens de derde en vijfde passage van de plaatselijke ronde ter hoogte van de firma CAMMAERT aan de Ninoofsesteenweg 48, 1755 Gooik, zal er een tussenspurt betwist worden. Deze tussenspurten zullen telkens aangekondigd worden met grote groene borden op 1km, 500m, 250m en 100m vóór de plaats waar de lijn voor deze tussenspurt getrokken wordt. Deze tussenspurten zijn ook duidelijk aangegeven in de wegwijzer van de wedstrijd. De eerste 3 rensters zullen bij elke tussenspurt punten vergaren: de eerste 5 punten, de tweede 3 punten en de derde 1 punt. Deze punten zullen per deelneemster bij elkaar worden opgeteld en toegevoegd worden aan hun punten in het algemene eindklassement over de 3 wedstrijden. Artikel 7: Slotmanifestatie Om 18:30 uur start er een afsluitend samenzijn voorbehouden voor sponsors en genodigden in de Feesttent op het Kerkplein, Gooik, gelegen de aankomstlijn. De eerste 3 rensters in de dag uitslag, de winnares van de bergprijs en de eerste 3 rensters van het eindklassement worden verzocht om een kort bezoek te brengen aan dit gebeuren, eventueel in het gezelschap van hun ploegleider, voor een meet & greet met de genodigden. Artikel 8: Arbitrage Alle deelneemsters en volgers verklaren door hun deelname op de hoogte te zijn van het reglement van UCI 1.2 wedstrijden, van de regels van de KBWB en van dit wedstrijdreglement; zij verklaren zich hiermee akkoord. Artikel 9: Geschillen, Betwistingen of niet voorziene gevallen Alle geschillen, betwistingen of niet voorziene gevallen m.b.t. de reglementering, de organisatie en het puntensysteem van de wedstrijd Gooik-Geraardsbergen-Gooik behoren tot de exclusieve bevoegdheid van de Nationale Wegcommissie. De door de Nationale Wegcommissie genomen beslissingen daaromtrent zijn onherroepelijk en niet voor beroep vatbaar. Artikel 10: Sancties De omvang van sancties voor de UCI is de enige van toepassing is. 26

Cette épreuve se joue dans un scénario de trois courses UCI 1.2 Femmes Elite d'un jour, c.a.d. le «BOELS RENTAL Hills Classic» à Valkenburg, Pays Bas le vendredi 24 mai 2013, le «RABOBANK 7 Dorpenomloop» à Aalburg, Pays Bas le samedi 25 mai 2013, avec le final «Gooik-Grammont- Gooik» à Gooik, Belgique le dimanche 26 mai 2013. En conformité avec les règlements de l'uci, les points suivants sont attribués: 1 40 points 5 10 points 2 30 points 6 8 points 3 16 points 7 6 points 4 12 points 8 3 points 27
Article 2: Participants Selon les articles 2.1.005 et 2.2.003 du règlement UCI l épreuve Gooik-Grammont-Gooik aura lieu dans une formule interclubs réservée pour 33 équipes de minimum 4 et maximum 6 participants. La formation des équipes mixtes est autorisée conformément à la règlementation de la RLVB. Toutes les équipes peuvent demander à l organisation de participer à ce concours. L organisation fera une sélection de 33 équipes participantes, sur la base des candidatures. Elle essayera d avoir un bon mélange des équipes belges et étrangères. Les équipes sélectionnées recevront un formulaire d entrée officiel d UCI envoyé par l'organisation. Les équipes doivent retourner ce document avant dimanche, le 5 mai 2013, dument rempli avec les noms de 6 participants effectifs et 4 réserves. Si cette sélection change, les équipes doivent informer l organisation au plus tard le vendredi, 24 mai 2013 avant 20:00, pour que l organisation puisse faire une vue d ensemble des participants effectifs. Article 3: Permanence 3.1 Généralités La permanence se trouve le 26 mai 2013, à partir de 10h30 jusqu à 19h00, dans la «Salle des Fêtes De Vrede», Dorpsstraat 26, 1755 Gooik. La préparation des résultats et des classements se passera dans «Salle des Fêtes De Vrede», derrière Café De Vrede, Dorpsstraat 26, 1755 Gooik. 3.2 Distribution de dossards Les chefs d équipe inscrits doivent se présenter à la permanence le 26 mai 2013 entre 10h30 et 11h45 pour la collection des dossards et numéros de cadres pour leurs coureurs. Ils recevront également une affiche de leur voiture d équipe, un règlement du concours, un guide technique et une liste de participants. 3.3 Briefing réunion des commissaires de la course et chefs d équipes La réunion des commissaires de la course et les chefs d équipe commencera à 12h30 pile dans la «Salle des Fêtes De Vrede», Dorpsstraat 26, 1755 Gooik. Cette réunion sera présidée par VAN GESTEL, Jan (NL), College des Commissaires. Le College des Commissaires est composé de: DE SCHRIJVER Gregory, Juge d arrivée, VAN DEN EYNDE Marc, Commissaire 2 VERBIEST Patrick, Commissaire 3, TERMONT Gabriel, Commissaire 4, KLINCKAERT Yves, Commissaire Moto, VAN IMPE Vincent, Pilote Moto VAN STEEN Kris, Commissaire Résultats. L ordre de suivi des voitures d équipes sera déterminé à cette réunion par un tirage au sort. L'ordre des voitures des chefs d équipes est déterminée conformément aux règlements de l'uci. Seuls les chefs d équipe présents peuvent participer à ce tirage. Les chefs d équipe pas présents vont recevoir un numéro de suivi, en fonction de leur heure d arrivée à la locale de permanence. Les chefs d équipe doivent informer leurs coureurs des accords conclus lors de cette réunion et les accords dans le règlement de concours et le guide technique. Les chefs d équipe doivent attirer l attention de leurs coureurs qu ils doivent signer la fiche de présence sur le podium à la Kerkplein, devant Café De Vrede entre 13h30 et 14h15. 28
3.4 Vestiaires et parking Les vestiaires pour les coureurs se trouvent dans le complexe de sport De Koornmolen, Processiestraat 15, 1755 Gooik. Chaque équipe se verra attribuer un vestiaire, qui doit être partagé avec d autres équipes. Les officiels et les commissaires peuvent stationner au Musiekacademie, Dorpsstraat 36A, 1755 Gooik. Les coureurs et leurs chefs d équipe peuvent stationner au parking de la place d athlétisme communale Houteman (Gemeentelijke Atletiekplein Houteman), 1755 Gooik. Il y aura des panneaux indicateurs et orientations soient données à tous pour trouver les parkings. 3.5 Start et arrivée La position de départ des coureurs sera devant le Café De Vrede, Dorpsstraat 26 à la hauteur de podium. Un corridor sera fourni afin que des coureurs soient en mesure de connecter à l arrière. Un corridor sera fourni afin que les coureurs soient en mesure de se connecter à nouveau à l arrière. Les coureurs doivent être prêts à 14h15. Les chefs d équipe présentent leurs voitures pour le démarrage dans le Gooikeveldstraat. L épreuve va commencer à 14h30 et l arrivée est prévue vers 18h15. Voir plan 1 pour plus d info. Les coureurs qui franchit la ligne d'arrivée avec un écart de plus de 5% du temps total du vainqueur, ne sera pas marqué. Cette limite peut être augmenté par le Collège de Commissaires, en consultation avec l'organisateur, dans des circonstances exceptionnelles. Il y aura une diversion pour toutes les voitures sans une affiche A valide, à 450 m avant l arrivée vers le droit dans le Zijpstraat- Gooikeveldstraat, où ils peuvent s arrêter ou ils peuvent continuer (2,4 km) aux vestiaires dans le complexe de sport à De Koornmolen (suivre les panneaux). Le premier, le deuxième et le troisième coureur à l issu de l épreuve, plus le vainqueur du prix montagne et le premier, deuxième et troisième coureur à l'issue du classement final doivent se présenter immédiatement après l arrivée au podium pour les remises des prix. Il y aura une tente à l arrivée, à côté du podium où les coureurs peuvent se rafraîchir et se préparer pour la cérémonie. 3.6 Assistance médicale L épreuve sera suivie par une ambulance et un médecin sur un moto. En outre, une permanence médicale sera mise en place dans la Salle des Fêtes Feestzaal De Vrede, Dorpsstraat 26 devant l arrivée. Immédiatement après la dernière épreuve, le classement final des trois épreuves sera établi. Les chefs d'équipe seront avisés qui, dans ce classement final sont la première, deuxième et troisième. Ces dames peuvent venir chercher leur prix de 500, 300 et 100, respectivement, au «Café de Vrede» jusqu'à 1 heure après la fin de l épreuve. Les gagnants du classement final devrait se présenter pour la cérémonie protocolaire au podium, immédiatement après la fin de la course. 6.2 Prix de montagne: A différents endroits sur le parcours un sprint de montagne sera contesté. Ces sprints de montagne seront toujours annoncés avec de grands panneaux bleus à 1km, 500m, 250m et 100m avant l'endroit où la ligne est tirée pour ce sprint de montagne. Les emplacements des sprints de montagne sont également clairement indiqués dans le guide de concours. Les 3 premiers coureurs gagneront des points pour chaque sprint de montagne: le premier 5 points, le deuxième 3 points et le troisième 1 point, avec double points, à savoir : 10 points, 6 points et 2 points, respectivement, pour les 3 premiers coureurs dans le sprint de montagne au Mur de Grammont. Ces points seront additionnés pour chaque participant. En cas d'égalité dans le classement de la prix de montagne les critères suivants seront utilisés pour faire les classements: 1. Le nombre de premières places dans les sprints de montagne. 2. Les résultats du concours. Le coureur doit terminer la course dans le délai de résiliation. Un classement général montagnes sera établi pour les 3 épreuves Boels Rental Hills Classic (24/05/2013), Rabobank 7 Dorpenomloop Aalburg (25/05/2013) et Gooik-Grammont-Gooik (26/05/2013). Immédiatement après le dernier sprint de montagne dans cette épreuve, le classement final du prix de montagne sera établi. Ces sprints intermédiaires seront toujours annoncés avec des grands panneaux verts à 1km, 500m, 250m et 100m avant l'endroit où la ligne est tracée pour les sprints intermédiaires. Ces sprints intermédiaires sont également clairement indiqués dans le guide de concours. Les premiers 3 coureurs gagneront des points pour chaque rush : le premier 5 points, le deuxième 3 points et le troisième 1 point. Ces points seront additionnées et ajoutées à leurs points au classement général final au cours des 3 épreuves. Article 7: Réception de clôture A 18h30 il y aura un rassemblement final réservé aux sponsors et invités dans le chapiteau sur le Kerkplein, situé à la ligne d'arrivée. Les 3 premiers coureurs de l'issue du jour, le gagnant du prix de montagne et les 3 coureurs du classement général final sont invités à une brève visite à cet événement, éventuellement en compagnie de leur chef d'équipe, pour une Meet & Greet avec les invités. Article 8: Arbitrage Tous les participants et les suiveurs déclarent, en raison de leur participation, d être en accord avec les règles de courses l'uci 1.2, les règles de la RLVB et les règles de ce concours. Article 9: Les circonstances d'arbitrage, des litiges ou imprévues Tous les conflits, les différends ou les cas non prévus en ce qui concerne la réglementation, l'organisation et les points de l épreuve Gooik Grammont-Gooik appartiennent à la compétence exclusive de la Commission Route Nationale. Les décisions de la Commission Route Nationale sont définitives et non susceptible de recours. 32

This race is being held in the scenario of 3 UCI 1.2 Womens Elite one-day races, i.e. the BOELS RENTAL Hills Classic, Valkenburg, the Netherlands on Friday, 24 May 2013, the Rabobank 7 Dorpenomloop, Aalburg, the Netherlands on Saturday, 25 May 2013, with as final race, Gooik-Geraardsbergen- Gooik Gooik, Belgium on Sunday, 26 May 2013. Article 2: Participants According to Articles 2.1.005 and 2.2.003 of the UCI regulations, the Gooik-Geraardsbergen-Gooik race will be held in an interclub formula reserved for 33 teams of minimum 4 and maximum 6 participants. Forming so-called mixed teams is permitted in accordance with the regulations of the KBWB/RLVB. All teams can apply to the organisers to participate in this race. The organisers will, on the basis of these applications, make a selection of 33 participating teams. They will endeavor to create a healthy mix of Belgian and foreign teams. The selected teams will receive a UCI official entry form, sent by the organisers. The teams will return this document, duly completed with up to 6 effective team members and 4 reserves, no later than Sunday, 5 May 2013. In the event of changes being made to the team selection received, the teams shall inform the organisers no later than Friday, 24 May 2013, by 20:00 hours, so that the organisers can make a list of actual participants. Article 3: Permanence 3.1 General The race headquarters will be situated in the Events Hall (Feestzaal) behind Café De Vrede, 26 Dorpsstraat, 1755 Gooik on 26 May 2013 from 10:30 to 19:00 hours. Compiling of the results and rankings will take place in the Events Hall behind Café De Vrede, 26 Dorpsstraat, 1755, Gooik. 3.2 Distribution of riders numbers The team leaders of the registered teams shall sign up at the permanence in the race headquarters on 26 May 2013 between 10:30 and 11:45 a.m. for collection of their riders back and frame numbers. At the same time, they will also receive their authorization sign for the team car, the race regulations and technical guide, as well as a participants list. 3.3 Briefing - Meeting of Race Commissioners and team leaders The meeting of the race commissioners and team managers starts at precisely 12:30 hours in the Feestzaal De Vrede (Events Hall), Dorpsstraat 26, 1755 Gooik. At this meeting, the order of the team cars will be determined by drawing lots. The order of the team cars will be determined in accordance with UCI regulations. Only the team leaders present can participate at this drawing of lots. Absent team leaders will receive a number, depending on their arrival time at the permanence site. The team leaders will inform their riders of the decisions taken at this meeting and of the agreements in the race regulations and the event s technical guide. The team leaders will also inform their riders to sign the signing-on sheet at the designated area (the podium at the Kerkplein near the finish line) between the hours of 13:30 and 14.15. 3.4 Changing rooms and parking Changing rooms are located in the sport hall De Koornmolen, Processiestraat 15, 1755 Gooik. Each team will be assigned a dressing room, which will have to be shared with some other teams. Officials and Commissioners can park in the parking spaces located in front of the Muziekacademie, Dorpsstraat 36A, 1755 Gooik. Riders and their team leaders should park in the parking 35
area foreseen at the Gemeentelijke Atletiekplein (Municipal Athletics Square) Houteman, 1755 Gooik. There will be signs posted and assistance will be provided to ensure everyone is directed to the correct parking area. 3.5 Start and finish The starting position of the riders will be at the podium in front of Café De Vrede, Dorpsstraat 26, in the centre of the village. A corridor will be provided so that riders will be able to join at the back of the peleton. The riders should be ready to start at 14:15. The team leaders will present their team cars for the start of the race in Gooikeveldstraat. The race will start at 14:30 p.m. and the finish is foreseen around 18h15. See Plan 1 for more information. Any rider who crosses the finish line with a gap of more than 5% of the total time of the winner, will not be scored. This limit may be increased by the College of Commissaires, in consultation with the organisers, in exceptional circumstances. At the end of the race, a diversion will be provided for all team vehicles without a valid "A" accreditation. These team vehicles shall be diverted to the right, via the Zijpstraat-Gooikeveldstraat, approximately 475m before the finish and can either stop along these streets, or drive directly (2.4 km) to the dressing rooms located in the sports hall De Koornmolen (follow signs). The riders coming first, second and third at the end of the race, plus the winner of the climbing prize, plus the first, second and third riders in the outcome of the final classification (see 6.1) will immediately present themselves at the podium after the race finishes for the award ceremony. A tent will be provided beside the podium where the riders can prepare and freshen up for the ceremony. 3.6 Medical assistance The race will be followed by an ambulance and a doctor on motorbike. A permanent first-aid post will also be set up in Feestzaal De Vrede, Dorpsstraat 26, in front of the finish line. The winners of the final classification should take part in the official ceremony at the podium, immediately after the race has finished. 6.2 Climbing prize (GPM) : At various places on this route, a hill sprint will take place. These hill sprints will be announced by large blue signboards at 1km, 500m, 250m and 100m before the location where the line is drawn for each hill sprint. The locations of the hill sprints are also clearly indicated in the technical guide. The first 3 riders will gain points for every hill sprint: the first rider will be allocated 5 points, the second 3 points and the third 1 point with double points being awarded to the first three riders over the Muur van Geraardsbergen, i.e. 10 points, 6 points and 2 points, respectively. These points will be added together for each participant. In the event of a tie in the climb ranking, the following criteria will be used to draw up the ranking: 1. The number of first places in the climbs 2. The result of the race The rider must have completed the race within the time limit. An overall final classification for the GPMs will be drawn up for the 3 races Boels Rental Hills Classic (24/05/2013), Rabobank 7 Dorpenomloop (25/05/2013) and Gooik-Geraardsbergen-Gooik (26/05/2013). Immediately after contesting the last hill sprint in this race, the final rankings for the climbing prize will be drawn up. The team leaders will be informed about who has come first, second and third. The winners will receive their prizes of 500, 300 and 100, respectively, in Café de Vrede at the finish line up to one hour after the end of the race. The winners of the GPM prizes should take part in the official ceremony at the podium, immediately after the race has finished. 39
6.3 Intermediate sprints (rushes): At each crossing of the rush line during the 3 rd and 5 th local laps at the firm 'CAMMAERT' to Ninoofsesteenweg 48, 1755 Gooik, an intermediate sprint will be contested. These intermediate sprints will be announced by large green signboards at 1km, 500m, 250m and 100m before the location where the line is drawn for the rushes. These rushes are also clearly indicated in the technical guide. The first 3 riders will gain points for every intermediate sprint as follows: the first rider will be allocated 5 points, the second 3 points, and the third 1 point. These points will be added together for each participant and added to their points in the overall rankings at the end of the 3 individual races. Article 7: Closing reception Starting at 18:30 a closing reception reserved for sponsors and guests will take place in the large tent on the Kerkplein, Dorpsstraat at the finish line. The first 3 riders in the race, the winner of the climbing prize and the first 3 riders in the general final classification are also invited to this reception, possibly in the company of their team leaders, for a meet and greet with the assembled guests.. Article 8: Arbitration All participants and followers declare by their participation to be in full knowledge of, and in agreement with, the rules governing UCI 1.2 races and the rules of the KBWB/RLVB and of the race regulations. Article 9: Disputes, differences and unforeseen circumstances All disputes, differences or unforeseen circumstances regarding the regulations, the organisers and the points system applied in the race Gooik-Geraardsbergen-Gooik come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the National Roads Commission. Any decisions taken by the National Roads Commission in this regard shall be final and not open to challenge. Article 10: Santions The scale of penalties for the UCI is the only applicable. 40
