WEDSTRIJDREGLEMENT RÉGLEMENT PARTICULIER DE L ÉPREUVE RACE REGULATIONS Artikel 1: Organisatie De wedstrijd Ronde van Vlaanderen voor Junioren wordt georganiseerd door Flanders Classics en vzw Jong en Moedig onder de reglementen van de UCI. De wedstrijd vindt plaats op zondag 2 augustus 2015. Artikel 2: Type wedstrijd De wedstrijd is voorbehouden aan atleten van de categorie heren junioren. Deze wedstrijd werd ingeschreven op de UCI kalender. De wedstrijd is geklasseerd in de klasse MJ 1.1. Artikel 3: Deelneming Conform aan artikel 2.1.005 van de UCI reglementen, is de wedstrijd open voor volgende ploegen: clubploegen of regionale ploegen en nationale ploegen. Conform aan artikel 2.2.003 van de UCI reglementen, is het aantal renners per ploeg minimum 4 en maximum 6. Artikel 4: Permanentie De permanentie vindt plaats op 02/08/2015 van 10u00 tot 18u30 in het CC De Steenoven, Kerkkouter 40, 9550 Herzele. De bevestiging van de deelnemers en de uitreiking van de rugnummers aan de ploegleiders zal gebeuren in het CC De Steenoven, Kerkkouter 40, 9550 Herzele tussen 10u30 en 11u45. De vergadering van de ploegleiders volgens artikel 1.2.087 van de UCI reglementen en in aanwezigheid van het College van Commissarissen, vindt plaats om 12u00 in het CC De Steenoven, Kerkouter 40, 9550 Herzele. Article 1: Organisation L épreuve Ronde van Vlaanderen voor Junioren est organisée par Flanders Classics et asbl Jong en Moedig sous les réglements de l UCI.Elle se dispute le dimanche 2 août 2015. Article 2: Type d épreuve L épreuve est réservée aux athlètes des catégories juniors, elle est inscrite au calendrier UCI. L épreuve est classée en classe HJ 1.1. Article 3: Participation Conformément à l article 2.1.005 du réglement UCI, l épreuve est ouverte aux équipes suivantes: équipes de club et régionales et équipes nationales. Conformément à l article 2.2.003 du réglement UCI le nombre de coureurs par équipe est de minimum 4 et de maximum 6. Article 4: Permanence La permanence de départ se tient le 02/08/2015 de 10h00 à 18h30 au CC De Steenoven, Kerkkouter 40, 9550 Herzele. La confirmation des partants et le retrait des dossards par les responsables d équipes se fait aux CC De Steenoven, Kerkkouter 40, 9550 Herzele entre 10h30 et 11h45. La réunion des directeurs sportifs conformément à l article 1.2.087 du réglement UCI en présence des Membres du Collège des Commissaires, aura lieu au CC De Steenoven, Kerkkouter 40, 9550 Herzele à 12h00. Article 1: Organisation The race Ronde van Vlaanderen voor Junioren is organized by Flanders Classics and vzw Jong en Moedig under the regulations of the UCI. The race will be held on Sunday August 2, 2015. Article 2: Type of event The event is open to athletes of the junior categories. The event is entered on the UCI calendar and is registered as a class MJ 1.1. Article 3: Participation As per article 2.1.005 of the UCI regulations, the event is open to the following teams: club teams or regional teams and national teams. As per article 2.2.003 of the UCI regulations, teams must be formed of minimum 4 and maximum 6. Article 4: Race headquarters The race headquarters will be open on 02/08/2015 from 10AM till 6:30PM at the CC De Steenoven, Kerkkouter 40, 9550 Herzele. Team leaders are requested to confirm their starters and to collect the race numbers at the race headquarters from 10:30AM till 11:45AM. The Team Managers meeting organized in accordance with the article 1.2.087 of the UCI regulations, in presence of the Commissaries Panel is scheduled at 12PM at the CC De Steenoven, Kerkkouter 40, 9550 Herzele. De wedstrijdinfo wordt uitgezonden op volgende frequenties: RADIO-TOUR 1 = freq. 164.63125 INTERN = freq. 168.596875 Artikel 6: Neutrale wagens De neutrale bijstand wordt verzekerd door het Team Shimano. 2 neutrale wagens zullen in de wedstrijd aanwezig zijn. Artikel 7: Bevoorrading De bevoorrading is enkel toegestaan op de Gentsestraat (N415) km 74,50 of vanuit de wagen. Elke bevoorrading is verboden tijdens de eerste 50 km en de laatste 20 km. Artikel 8: Tijdsgrens Elke renner die meer dan 8% na de tijd van de winnaar aankomt wordt niet in de uitslag opgenomen. De tijdsgrens kan opgetrokken worden door het College van Commissarissen in geval van buitengewone omstandigheden en dit in samenspraak met de organisator. Artikel 9: Prijzen De volgende prijzen zijn van toepassing: 1 e tot 20 e plaats 1.215,00 volgens UCI, 21 e tot 50 e plaats 5,00 wat een totaal maakt van 150,00. Clubprijzen: 380,00. Bijkomende prijzen: 1 ste 75, 2 de 50, 3 de 25 wat een totaal maakt van 150,00. Het totaal bedrag aan prijzen bedraagt 1.895,00. Artikel 10: Antidoping Het antidopingreglement van de UCI en de Vlaamse Gemeenschap is van toepassing. La service est assuré au moyen de 2 voitures. Article 7: Ravitaillement Le ravitaillement n est permis qu à l endroit du Gentsestraat (N415) km 74,50 et à partir de la voiture d équipe. Tout ravitaillement est interdit dans les 50 premiers et les 20 derniers kilomètres. Article 8: Délais d arrivée Tout coureur arrivant dans un délai dépassant 8% du temps du vainqueur n est plus retenu au classement. Le délai peut être augmenté en cas de circonstances exceptionelles par le Collège des Commissaires en consultation avec l organisateur. Article 9: Liste de prix Les prix suivants sont attribués. Prix Individuels: première jusque la vingtième place 1.215,00 suivant UCI, de la 21ième place au 50ième place 5.00 donc un total de 150,00. Prix de clubs: 380,00 Les prix additionels: 1er 75, 2ème: 50 et 3ème: 25 donc 150,00. Le total general des prix distribués à l occasion de l épreuve est de 1.895,00. Article 10: Antidopage Le réglement antidopage de l UCI et du Vlaamse Gemeenschap s applique intégralement à la présente épreuve. The race information will be broadcasted on the following frequencies: RADIO-TOUR 1 = freq. 164.63125 INTERN = freq. 168.596875 Article 6: Neutral technical support The technical support will be handled by the Team Shimano. The neutral support is taken care by 2 cars. Article 7: Supply Supply will only be permitted at km 74,50 Gentsestraat (N415) or from the team cars. Each supply is prohibited for the first 50Km and the last 20Km. Article 8: Finishing time limits Any rider finishing in a time exceeding the time of the winner with more than 8% will not be placed. The time limit may, in case of exceptional circumstances, be increased by the Commissionaires Panel in agreement with the organizer. Article 9: Prices The following prices are awarded: Individual: 1.215,00 according to UCI, from place 21 to place 50, 5,00 which makes a total of 150,00. Club prices: 380,00. Additional prices: 1 st : 75, 2 nd : 50 3 rd : 25 which makes a total of 150,00. A grand total of 1.895,00 will be awarded at the event. Article 10: Antidoping The UCI and the Vlaamse Gemeenschap antidoping regulations are entirely applicable to the event. 6
De antidopingcontrole vindt plaats in De Liberale Mutualiteiten, Kerkstraat 2, 9550 Herzele. Artikel 11: Ceremonie Conform aan het artikel 1.2.112 van het UCI reglement dienen volgende renners zich aan te bieden voor de huldiging: de eerste 3 van de wedstrijd. Ze dienen zich tevens aan te bieden op de receptie na de wedstrijd. Artikel 12: Volgbewijs Alle volgers dienen over een officieel volgbewijs te beschikken. De Koersdirectie zal de personen, auto s en/of moto s die niet over de nodige volgbewijzen beschikken, alsook diegenen die de richtlijnen van de Koersdirectie, Commissarissen en Federale Politie negeren onmiddellijk uit koers zetten. Door deelneming aan de Ronde van Vlaanderen voor Junioren erkennen de renners, de ploegleiders en alle volgers dat zij kennis genomen hebben van dit reglement en het in zijn geheel aanvaarden. Artikel 13: Straffen Het straffenbarema van de UCI is van toepassing. Artikel 14: Milieu De renners kunnen zich van afval ontdoen in en tot 1 km na de bevoorradingszone. Medewerkers van de organisatie zullen het afval onmiddellijk na de doortocht van de renners verwijderen. La contrôle antidopage a lieu au Liberale Mutualiteiten, Kerkstraat 2, 9550 Herzele. Article 11: Protocole Conformément à l article 1.2.112 du réglement UCI, les coureurs suivants doivent se présenter au protocole: les 3 premiers de l épreuve. Ils doivent être aussi présent à la réception après l épreuve. Article 12: Permis de passage Tous les suiveurs doivent disposer d un document officiel de suiveur. Le Directeur de la Course évincera immédiatement de la course toute personne, voiture et/ou moto ne disposant pas des documents de suiveur ou utilisant d autres documents de suiveur que ceux transmis par l organisation, ainsi que toute personne ne respectant pas les consignes et instructions de la Direction de Course, des Commissaires et de la Police Fédérale. En participant au Ronde van Vlaanderen voor Junioren, tous les coureurs, directeurs sportifs, et tous les suiveurs reconnaissant avoir pris connaissance de ce réglement et l avoir accepté en sa totalité. Article 13: Pénalités Le barème de pénalités de l UCI est le seul applicable. Artikel 14: Milieu Les coureurs peuvent se débrasser des déchets dans et jusqu à 1Km après la zone de ravitaillement. Des collaborateurs de l organisation s occupent avec l enlèvement des déxhets toute suite après le passage des coureurs. The antidoping tests will take place at the Liberale Mutualiteiten, Kerkstraat 2, 9550 Herzele. Article 11: Awards ceremony In accordance with article 1.2.112 of the UCI rules, the following riders must attend the official awards ceremony: the first 3 of the event. These riders have to be present at the reception after the race. Article 12: Race permit All race drivers must have the official race permit. The Race director will be entitled to remove immediately all drivers who don t have the official race permit or those who ignore the guidelines from the Race Director, the Commissaires or the State Police. Article 13: Penalties Only the UCI penalty scale is applicable. Article 14: Environment The riders can throw away their rubbish in and up to 1 km after the feeding zone.employees of the organization will clean up the rubbish immediately after the passage of the riders. 7
