NL WEDSTRIJD REGLEMENT 2019 Art. 1 Organisatie Gent-Wevelgem wordt georganiseerd door de Koninklijke Véloclub Het Vliegend Wiel onder de UCI en KBWB (Belgian Cycling) reglementering en wordt verreden op zondag 31 maart 2019. Koersdirecteur is Scott Sunderland. Art. 2 Type wedstrijd Gent-Wevelgem is voorbehouden voor de categorie Mannen elite. Deze wedstrijd maakt deel uit van de kalender van de UCI WorldTour. Overeenkomstig het UCI-reglement worden volgende punten voor het UCI en het UCI WorldTour klassement toegekend. (zie tabel) Art. 3 Deelname Volgens artikel 2.1.005 van het UCI-reglement, kunnen volgende ploegen deelnemen aan de wedstrijd: UCI Pro Teams en Continentale Professionele Teams. Het aantal renners per ploeg bedraagt minimum 5 en maximaal 7 renners, volgens het artikel 2.2.003 van het UCI-reglement. Art. 4 Permanentie De permanentie bij de start is op zaterdag 30 maart 2019 in Cultureel centrum Guldenberg, Acaciastraat 1, 8560 Wevelgem. Open van 14.00 u tot 18.00 u. De bevestiging van de deelnemers die aan de start komen en het afhalen van de rugnummers door de verantwoordelijke gebeurt op de permanentie tussen 14.00 u tot 15.45u. De vergadering met de ploegleiders, in aanwezigheid van het college van commissarissen, heeft plaats in de theaterzaal, om 16u00. Art. 5 Radio Tour De wedstrijdinformatie wordt uitgezonden via Radio Tour op de frequentie 164,63125 MHz. Art. 6 Neutrale wagens De 3 neutrale wagens en 2 neutrale moto s worden geleverd door het team Shimano. Art. 7 Veiligheid De deelnemers en de toegestane volgers zijn verplicht alle aanwijzingen van officials en federale politie onmiddellijk op te volgen. De persfotografen op de motor en aan de aankomst dienen de reglementaire kazuifel te dragen. Art. 8 Startcontrole Ieder deelnemend renner is verplicht eigenhandig, met rugnummer, het controleblad te komen tekenen van 9u45 tot 10u55 op het podium op de Grote Markt. Het rugnummer is verplicht. De organisator zal de volgorde van de teams vastleggen, in de welke het controleblad wordt getekend en de presentatie van het volledige team zal gebeuren. Ieder renner is verplicht zich aan de officieuze startlijn op te stellen en vandaar de start te nemen. Art. 9 Uitschakeling door achterstand Elke renner die aankomt met een achterstand van meer dan 8% van de tijd van de winnaar wordt niet weerhouden in de klassering. Deze tijd kan bij uitzondering aangepast worden door het college van commissarissen in samenspraak met de organisatie. Art. 10 Klassementsprijzen Het prijzenbedrag is bepaald door de UCI. Totaal: 40.000. Dit bedrag wordt van de 1ste tot en met de 20ste als volgt verdeeld: 1) 16.000; 2) 8.000; 3) 4.000; 4) 2.000; 5) 1.600; 6) 1.200; 7) 1.200; 8) 800; 9) 800; 10 tot 20) 400 Art. 11 Medische controle - Antidopingcontrole De reglementen van de UCI inzake antidopage gelden voor deze wedstrijd. Bovendien geldt ook de Vlaamse wetgeving inzake antidopage conform de wetgeving van de Vlaamse Gemeenschap. De medische controle vindt plaats in de gebouwen van de Porseleinhallen, vergaderzaal 2, Gelijkvloers, Cultuurpad 1, 8560 Wevelgem. Art. 12 Protocol Conform artikel 1.2.112 van het UCI-reglement worden volgende renners verzocht, binnen maximum 10 minuten na hun aankomst, zich naar het huldigingpodium te begeven: De eerste drie in de uitslag van Gent-Wevelgem. De leider in het klassement UCI WorldTour na Gent-Wevelgem. (wanneer deze heeft deelgenomen). De winnaar en de leider in het UCI WorldTour klassement worden verzocht zich na de medische controle naar de perszaal (interviewruimte) te begeven voor interviews. Art. 13 Wegwijzers De organisatoren kunnen op geen enkele manier aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor wegvergissingen door renners en/of volgers. Art. 14 Boetes De boetes zijn overeenkomstig het UCI-reglement. 22 FR RÈGLEMENT À LA COMPÉTITION 2019 Art. 1 Organisation Gent-Wevelgem est organisé par le vélo club Het Vliegend Wiel et se dispute le dimanche 31 mars 2019 sous les règlements de la Ligue Vélocipédique belge (RLVB) et de l Union Cycliste Internationale. Directeur de course: Scott Sunderland. Art. 2 Type d épreuve L épreuve est réservée aux athlètes des catégories Hommes Elite. Elle est inscrite au calendrier UCI WorldTour. Conformément au règlement UCI, elle attribue les points suivants pour le classement UCI et UCI WorldTour. (voir tableau) Art. 3 Participation Conformément à l article 2.1.005 du règlement UCI, l épreuve est ouverte aux équipes suivantes: UCI Pro Tour Teams et équipes continentals professionnelles UCI. Conformément à l article 2.2.003 du règlement UCI, le nombre de coureurs par équipe est de minimum 5 et de maximum 7 coureurs. Art. 4 Permanence La permanence de départ se tient, le samedi 30 mars 2019, de 14h à 18h, dans Cultureel centrum Guldenberg, Acaciastraat 1, 8560 Wevelgem. La confirmation des partants et le retrait des dossards par les responsables d équipes se fait à la permanence de 14h à 15h45. La réunion des directeurs sportifs, organisée, en présence des membres du collège des commissaires, est fixée à 16h, dans la salle de théâtre. Art. 5 Radio Tour Les informations sur la course sont émises sur la fréquence Radio-Tour de 164,63125 MHz. Art. 6 Assistance Technique Neutre Les 3 voitures neutres et les 2 motos neutres sont livrées par le Team Shimano. Art. 7 Sécurité Les participants et les suiveurs autorisés sont obligés de suivre scéance tenante les directives des officiels et de la police fédérale. Les photographes de presse à moto et à l arrivée doivent porter la chasuble règlementaire. Art. 8 Contrôle au départ Toute participante est tenue obligatoirement

L organisateur fixera l ordre de passage par équipe pour la signature de la feuille de départ et la présentation des équipes complètes. Le dossard est obligatoire. Chaque coureur est obligée de se placer à la ligne de départ officieuse et d y prendre son départ. Art. 9 Délais d arrivée Tout coureur arrivant dans un délai dépassant 8% du temps au vainqueur n est plus retenu au classement. Le délai peut être augmenté en cas de circonstances exceptionnelles par le Collège des Commissaires, en consultation avec l organisateur. Art. 10 Prix Le montant des prix est fixé par l UCI à 40.000. Ce montant sera divisé du 1er jusqu au 20ème prix comme suit: 1) 16.000; 2) 8.000; 3) 4.000; 4) 2.000; 5) 1.600; 6) 1.200; 7) 1.200; 8) 800; 9) 800; 10 jusqu à 20) 400 Art. 11 Contrôle medical antidopage Le règlement antidopage de l UCI s applique intégralement à la présente épreuve. En outre, la législation antidopage flamande, s applique conformément aux dispositions de loi de la Communauté flamande. Le contrôle antidopage a lieu dans les bâtiments de salles de porcelaine, salle de réunion 2, rez- de-chaussée, Cultuurpad 1, 8560 Wevelgem. Art. 12 Protocole Conformément à l article 1.2.112 du règlement UCI, les coureurs suivants doivent se présenter au protocol dans les dix minutes après l arrivée: Les 3 premiers de l épreuve Gent-Wevelgem. Le leader du classement UCI WorldTour après Gent-Wevelgem (Quand il a participé). Le vainqueur et le leader du classement UCI WorldTour sont prié de se rendre à la salle de presse pour les interviews. Art. 13 Panneaux indicateurs Les organisateurs ne peuvent en aucun cas être tenus responsables pour les erreurs de parcours des coureurs et/ou suiveurs. Art. 14 Pénalités Le barème de pénalités de l UCI est le seul applicable. EN COMPETITION RULES 2019 Art.1 Organisation Gent-Wevelgem is organised by the Royal Cycle Club Het Vliegend Wiel under UCI and KBWB (Belgian Cycling) regulations and will take place on Sunday 31 March 2019. Race Director is Scott Sunderland. Art. 2 Type of competition and category participants Gent-Wevelgem is reserved for the category Men elite. This competition is part of the UCI WorldTour calendar. In accordance with the UCI regulations the following points will be attributed for the UCI and UCI WorldTour classifications. (see table) Art. 3 Participation In accordance with article 2.1.005 of the UCI regulations, the following teams can participate to the competition: UCI Pro Teams and Continental Professional Teams. The number of cyclists per team is minimum 5 and maximum 7, in accordance with the article 2.2.003 of the UCI regulations. Art. 4 Race headquarters The race headquarters at the start are on Saturday 30 March 2019 in Cultureel centrum Guldenberg, Acaciastraat 1, 8560 Wevelgem, from 2 till 6 pm. The confirmation of the participants present at the start and the collection of the competitors numbers by the responsible person are planned during the race headquarters between 2 and 3.45 pm. The meeting with the team managers, in presence of the board of chief commissaires, will take place in the theater at 4 pm. Art. 5 Radio Tour All competition announcements will be broadcasted on the Radio Tour at frequency 164,63125 MHz. Art. 6 Neutral cars 3 neutral cars and 2 neutral motorcycles bill be provided by the Shimano team. Art. 7 Security All participators and authorized followers are obligated to obey immediately to instructions given by the officials and by the federal police. The press photographers on the bike and the arrival must wear a legal chasuble. Art. 8 Control sheet Each participating rider must sign the control sheet between 9.45 am and 10.55 am on the platform on the Market Square. The competitor number is obliged. The organizer will set up the order of the teams, for the signing of the control sheet and the presentation of the complete team. Each participator must present himself at the semi- official start line from which he will start. Art. 9 Elimination because of lagging behind the winners time Every cyclist arriving with a lag of more than 8% of the winner s time will not be withheld in the classification. This time can be modified exceptionally by the board of chief commissaires in consideration with the organisation. Art. 10 Classification prices at arrival The price amount is determined by the UCI. Total : 40.000. Enkel de wagens /motoren met stickers met opdruk RACE CONVOY worden toegelaten in de wedstrijdkaravaan, tussen de rode en de groene vlag. Het corresponderende volgnummer moet ook gekleefd worden op de achterruit. Elke ploeg (Elite Mannen) ontvangt twee langwerpige RACE CONVOY stickers, één met rood nummer voor de wagen van de sportdirecteur en één met zwart nummer voor de tweede sportdirecteur.
