De rensters worden verwacht zich in te schrijven en de rugnummers op te halen tussen 8u45 en 10u. PERMANENCE La permanence au depart se tient le dimanche 25 mars 2018 dans la cantine des terrains de football, Dekemelelaan. de 8h00 à 18h00. Les coureurs sont invitées à s inscrire et de venir chercher leurs dossards entre 8h45 et 10h. PERMANENCE The permanence at the departure is foreseen on Sunday 25th March at the cantine of the football stadion, Demekelaan,, from 8.00 am till 18.00 am. The riders are asked to subscribe and collect their numbers between 8.45h and 10h. ART. 4 VEILIGHEID De deelnemers en de toegestane volgers zijn verplicht alle aanwijzingen van officials en federale politie onmiddellijk op te volgen. De persfotografen op de motor en aan de aankomst dienen de reglementaire kazuifel te dragen. SECURITÉ Les participants et les suiveurs autorisés sont obligés de suivre scéance tenante les directives des officiels et de la police fédérale. Les photographes de presse à moto et à l arrivée doivent porter la chasuble règlementaire. SECURITY All participators and authorized followers are obligated to obey immediately to instructions given by the officials and by the federal police. The press photographers on the bike and the arrival must wear a legal chasuble. ART. 5 START EN RUGNUMMER Het rugnummer is verplicht. DÉPART ET DOSSARD Le dossard est obligatoire. CONTROL SHEET The competitor number is obliged. ART. 6 TIJDSLIMIET Ieder renner die later aankomt dan de tijd van de winnaar vermeerderd met 8%, wordt niet weerhouden in de uitslag. Deze limiet kan in uitzonderlijke omstandigheden verhoogd worden door de wedstrijdjury in overleg met de koersdirectie. DELAIS D ARRIVÉE Toute coureuse arrivant dans un délai dépassant 8% du temps du vainqueur n est plus retenue au classement. En cas de circonstances exceptionnelles, le délai peut être augmenté par le jury de la compétition, en consultation avec l organisateur. TIME LIMIT Any rider finishing in a time exceeding that of the winner by more than 8% shall not be placed in the classification. The time limit might be increased, in exceptional circumstances, by the commissaires panel in agreement with the organizer. ART. 7 PRIJZEN De betaling van het prijzengeld gebeurt na de finish in de permanence. ART. 9 HULDIGING De eerste 3 rensters worden na de aankomst gehuldigd op het podium aan de aankomstlijn. De rensters dienen zich beschikbaar te houden en worden begeleid tot aan het podium. De winnaar van de wedstrijd wordt vervolgens verwacht op het huldigingspodium te Wevelgem. Hier wordt zij gehuldigd met alle andere winnaars van de 7 Gent-Wevelgem wedstrijden. REMISE DU TROPHÉE L hommage des trois premières coureuses aura lieu au podium de la ligne d arrivée, Avant la cérémonie, ils doivent se rassembler, et elles seront accompagnées vers le podium. Le gagnant est ensuite attendu sur le podium de la cérémonie à Wevelgem. Ici, elle sera honoré avec les autres gagnants des 7 courses Gent-Wevelgem. OFFICIAL CEREMONY The official awards ceremony for the first three riders will be held at the platform nearby the finish line. The riders must assemble and will be escorted to the platform. The winner is then expected at the podium ceremony in Wevelgem. Here she will be honored with the other winners of the 7 races Gent-Wevelgem. ART. 10 WEGWIJZERS De organisatoren kunnen op geen enkele manier aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor wegvergissingen door renners en/of volgers.
