13 Wedstrijdreglement Règlement de l épreuve Race regulations Art.1 Organisatie De Flanders Ladies Classic Grote Prijs Sofie De Vuyst wordt georganiseerd door vzw Sint Katrienwheel in samenwerking met de Koninklijke Wielerclub Jong en Moedig Herzele en de gemeente Herzele en wordt verreden volgens de reglementen van de UCI en Belgian Cycling en dit op 17/08/2019. Organisation L épreuve Flanders Ladies Classic Grand Prix Sofie De Vuyst est organisée par l asbl Sint- Katrienwheel en collaboration du Royal Cycling Club Jong en Moedig Herzele et la commune de Herzele, sous les règlements de l UCI. Elle se de dispute le 17/08/2019. Organisation The Flanders Ladies Classic Grand Prix Sofie De Vuyst is organized by the vzw Sint-Katrien Wheel in co-operation with the Royal Cycling Club Jong en Moedig Herzele and the village of Herzele under the regulations of the UCI and Belgian Cycling and will take place on 17/08/2019. Art.2 Type wedstrijd De wedstrijd behoort toe tot de UCI kalender 2019 onder klasse WE 1.2. Volgende UCI-punten zijn te verdienen: ptn 30ptn 25ptn 20ptn 15ptn 10ptn 5ptn 3ptn 3ptn 3ptn De wedstrijd is tevens de 9 de manche van de Lotto Cycling Cup 2019, een regelmatigheidscriterium van UCI wedstrijden. De reglementen van deze Lotto Cycling Cup 2019 zijn hierdoor ook onverminderd van toepassing op deze wedstrijd. Type de l épreuve L épreuve est classée en classe UCI WE 1.2 du calendrier Le barème de point UCI est le suivant: pts 30pts 25pts 20pts 15pts 10pts 5pts 3pts 3pts 3pts L épreuve est aussi la 9ième manche du Lotto Cycling Cup 2019, un critère de régularité des épreuves UCI Les regléments du Lotto Cycling Cup sont entièrement applicable. Type of event This race is a UCI 1.2 WE race. This race is the 9 th stage of the 2019 Lotto Cycling Cup. The regulations of the Lotto Cycling Cup therefore are also applicable The following UCI points are awarded: pts 30pts 25pts 20pts 15pts 10pts 5pts 3pts 3pts 3pts Art.3 Deelname Volgens artikel van het UCI reglement is deze wedstrijd open voor volgende ploegen: UCI damesploegen, nationale ploegen, regionale en clubploegen. 13

14 Volgens artikel van het UCI reglement is het minimum aantal renners per ploeg vastgesteld op min. 5 en max. 7 rensters. De wedstrijd wordt verreden in een interclubformule voorbehouden voor 25 ploegen. Participation Conformément à l article du règlement UCI, l épreuve est ouverte aux équipes suivantes: équipes UCI, équipes nationales, équipes régionales et équipes club. Conformément article du règlement UCI le minimum participants par équipes est établi à 5 et le maximum à 7. L épreuve se dispute en formule interclub réservé au 25 équipes. Participation In accordance with article of the UCI regulations, this race is open to the following teams: UCI Women s teams, National teams, Regional teams and Club teams. According to article of the UCI regulations the participating teams must consist of minimum 5 and maximum 7 riders. The race we be held in an interclub formula reserved for 25 teams. Art.4 Permanentie De permanentie wordt gehouden op 17 augustus 2019 van10:00 uur tot 15:30 uur te Herzele - Borsbeke, Sportpark De Vrede, Vanaf 16:00 uur bevindt de permanentie zich te Steenhuize Sporthal Amalrik, Holmanstraat 37B. De afhaling van de rugnummers door de ploegleiders gebeurt van 10:30 uur tot 12:45 uur op 17/08/2019. De ploegleidersvergadering wordt georganiseerd volgens art van de UCI-reglementen, in aanwezigheid van het college van commissarissen en vindt plaats om 13:00 uur in de kantine van Spotpark De Vrede. Permanence La permanence de départ se tient le 17 août 2019 de 10:00 heurs à 15:30 heurs à Herzele Borsbeke, Sportpark De Vrede, Pastorijstraat 12. A partir de 16:00 heurs la permanence de l arrivé se trouve à Herzele - Steenhuize Sporthal Amalrik, Holmanstraat 37B. Permanence The race headquarters at the start is situated on August 17, 2019 from 10:00 till 15:00 in Herzele Borsbeke, Sportpark De Vrede, Pastorijstraat 12. As from 16:00 the race headquarters will be Herzele Steenhuize, Sporthal Amalrik, Holmanstraat 37B. The team managers of the registered teams shall present themselves at the permanence between 10:30 and12:45 on 17/08/19 for final subscription and to collect their riders numbers. The team managers meeting will be organized according to art of the UCI regulations at 13:00 at the permanence location. The meeting will be chaired by the chairman of the College of Commissaires, Mr. Siclari, international UCI Commissaire. The team managers will inform their riders of any agreements made during this meeting. At this meeting the order of the team cars will be determined by drawing lots as mentioned in the UCI-regulations. The team leaders will also receive a time schedule for presenting the team at the sign-on. Art.5 Radio-tour De wedstrijdinformatie wordt uitgezonden op Radio-tour Kan 1: Mhz. 14

Art. 6 Neutrale wagens De technische assistentie wordt verzekerd door Van Steenkiste. Deze zal met 2 wagens en 1 moto aanwezig zijn. Assistance technique neutre Le service d assistance technique neuter est assuré par Van Steenkiste. Le service est assure pas 2 voitures et 1 moto. Neutral service The neutral service is provided by Van Steenkiste with 2 cars and 1 motorbike. Art. 7 Tijdslimiet Elke renster die de aankomstlijn overschrijdt met een achterstand van meer dan 8% van de totaaltijd van de winnaar wordt niet in de uitslag opgenomen. Deze limiet kan door het College van Commissarissen in samenspraak met de organisator, verhoogd worden ingeval van uitzonderlijke omstandigheden. Délai d arrivée Toute coureuse arrivant dans un delai dépassant 8% du temps du vainqueur n est plus rentenu au classement. Le délai peut être augementé en cas de circonstances exceptionnelles par le collège des Commissaires en consultation avec l organisateur. 16 Le classement de la Montagne (GPM) est disputé aux points sur l ensemble de 3 GPM intermédiares jugés sur la passage au sommet des cötes suivant: 1. Gapenberg après 22.9km 2. En ca s d ex-aequo, au classement de la montagne, il est fait application des critères suivants, jusqu à ce qu il y ait départage: 1. Hills grand prix The Hills grand prix (GPM) will take place on the following hills: 1. Gapenberg at Km Berendries at Km Eikenmolen at Km , 3 and 1 point will be allocated at the first 3 riders on the top of the hill. In case of equal result the following conditions will be taken into account to obtain the final result: 1. Number of first places at the hills 2. The place in the stage result Tussenspurten (Rushes) Bij de 4de, 5de en 6de doortocht aan de aankomst zal er een tussenspurt betwist worden. Deze tussenspurten zijn net als de bergprijs duidelijk aangegeven in de wegwijzer van de wedstrijd. De eerste 3 rensters zullen bij elke spurt punten vergaren; de eerste 5 punten, de tweede 3 punten en de derde 1 punt. Daarenboven, en conform de wetten van De Vlaamse Gemeenschap, is ook de Belgische en Vlaamse anti-dopingwetgeving van toepassing. De anti-dopingcontrole vindt plaats bij Topco, Bergestraat 49/3 te 9550 Steenhuize. Contrôle médical antidopage Le règlement antidopage de l UCI s applique intégralement à la présente épreuve. Ainsi, en confomité avec les lois da Communauté Flamande, la loi antidopage Belge et Flamande est applicable. Le contrôle antidopage aura lieu chez Topco, Bergestraat 49/3 à 9550 Steenhuize. Anti-doping control The UCI anti-doping regulations are entirely applicable to this race. In addition the Belgian and the Flemish anti-doping are applicable as well. Art.10 Ceremonie Volgens artikel van de UCI reglementen dienen volgende rensters zich aan te bieden voor de huldiging: de eerste 3 van de uitslag, de winnaar(s) van de Bergprijs en de Rushes alsook de leider van de Lotto Cycling Cup. Protocole Conformément à l article du règlement UCI, les coureuses suivants doivent se présenter au protocole: les 3 premiers de l épreuve, le vainqueur des Rushes et le prix de la montagne et également le leader du Lotto Cycling Cup.
