LEGAL DUTCH VERSION ALGEMENE INTENTIES EN VOORWAARDEN WILDE WIJZE VROUW Opgesteld te Noordwijkerhout, 21 september 2011, laatst bijgewerkt 17 sept 2015 Het is de intentie van Wilde Wijze Vrouw om onze visie te vertalen naar alle aspecten van het leven, dus ook naar het vorm geven van onze activiteiten. Een van onze speerpunten is co-creatief leiderschap vanuit een spirituele levenshouding en we willen hierin een voorbeeld geven. Dit betekent dat we werken vanuit vertrouwen én dat we heldere afspraken maken en vastleggen. Deze intenties en voorwaarden betreffen de organisatie Wilde Wijze Vrouw- aan te duiden met Wilde Wijze Vrouw of met wij- en de deelneemster of deelnemer, leerling, cliënt of student- aan te duiden met leerling of jij. Ook betrekken wij hierin expliciet de trainer, docent, priesteres, coach, therapeut, of begeleider namens Wilde Wijze Vrouw- aan te duiden met trainer. Onder activiteit verstaan we alle workshops, individuele sessies, dansavonden, trainingen en opleidingen live, per skype of telefonisch verzorgd door Wilde Wijze Vrouw. DE BASIS Wij staan voor toewijding aan het werk, de Bron, elkaar en jezelf. Voor commitment, inzet, vakmanschap, gelijkwaardigheid én respect voor verschillende rollen en taken, en werken vanuit innerlijke kracht. Wij bieden dit als organisatie en je mag dit verwachten van onze trainers. Wij vragen dit ook aan jou als leerling. INTENTIEVERKLARING TRAINERS Onze trainers zijn unieke mensen, pioniers op hun vakgebied, die met grote toewijding in het leven staan. Ze zijn committed om jou verder te begeleiden op je pad, passend bij de activiteit waar je aan deelneemt, en maken een persoonlijke investering in jou en je weg. Ze zijn up to date in hun vakgebied via hun blijvende interesse, bijhouden literatuur en voortdurende bij- en nascholing. Ze zijn transparant, integer en authentiek en they walk their talk. Ze gaan een open ontmoeting aan met jou in het moment, gedragen door vakmanschap. Ze zijn in staat om bij strijdig lijkende standpunten en conflicten de beide kanten te waarderen en naar het licht te brengen, en gericht op het vinden van een overstijgend perspectief. Ze zijn zich bewust dat ze als trainer bij jou sterke gevoelens kunnen oproepen en gaan daar in alle zorgvuldigheid mee om. Ze gaan zelf een spiritueel pad. Een deel van hun werk voor Wilde Wijze Vrouw verrichten ze als seva (selfless service of spiritueel vrijwilligerswerk). Wij streven ernaar hen voor het overige deel een reëel honorarium te betalen, evenredig met opleiding, investering, ervaring, tijdsbesteding en inzet. De trainers respecteren jou in wie je bent, wat je doorleefd hebt, je talenten en in wat je te doen hebt in dit leven. Ze inspireren en motiveren en begeleiden jou om dit waar te maken. De trainer zet zich in om de relatie met jou schoon te maken c.q. houden van ladingen uit jouw, haar of zijn verleden.

2 INTENTIEVERKLARING WILDE WIJZE VROUW Wilde Wijze Vrouw werkt bewust kleinschalig en heeft geen winstoogmerk, ze streeft ernaar haar medewerkers en trainers een reëel honorarium te betalen. Wij werken vanuit vertrouwen in de goede intenties van beide partijen, ook bij strijdig lijkende standpunten, tenzij het tegendeel bewezen wordt. We werken vanuit afstemming op het grote geheel, de tijdsgeest, de groep en het individu. We streven naar diversiteit in de deelnemersgroep bij onze activiteiten en om deze ook toegankelijk te laten zijn voor minder validen. Wij spannen ons in om in een duurzame cyclus samen te leven en werken met al onze verwanten ; dat wil zeggen met collega s, familie, vriendinnen en vrienden, de natuur, de aarde etc. We zoeken waar mogelijk eenvoudige accommodaties waar we dicht bij de natuur kunnen leven en werken. GEVRAAGDE INTENTIES VAN LEERLINGEN Gezien de grote persoonlijke investering die wij en onze trainers in jou maken, vragen we ook van jou veel. Wij vragen je toewijding aan het werk, de Bron, elkaar en jezelf. We vragen je commitment, eerlijkheid, inzet, dat je werkt en leert vanuit gelijkwaardigheid én respect voor verschillende rollen en taken, en we vragen dat je werkt en leert vanuit contact met je innerlijke kracht. We vragen dat je verantwoordelijk bent voor jezelf en je gedrag onder alle omstandigheden. VOORWAARDEN VOOR DEELNAME Hieruit voortvloeiend zijn er een paar basis voorwaarden voor deelname aan een van onze activiteiten die wij met je willen vastleggen: 1. Aanmelden en inschrijven Je kunt je op ieder moment online inschrijven voor een activiteit van Wilde Wijze Vrouw via de betreffende pagina op de website en direct per paypal of soms IDeal een aanbetaling of volledige betaling te doen. Door je aanmelding ga je akkoord met deze algemene intenties en voorwaarden. 2. Lesgeld Bij online inschrijven wordt of het totale lesgeld of, bij hogere bedragen, een inschrijfbedrag direct per paypal of soms IDeal betaald. 3. Bedenktijd Na aanmelding heb je 14 dagen bedenktijd, tenzij I. je binnen 14 dagen voor de startdatum inschrijft, II. er een deadline voor inschrijven is, en je binnen 14 dagen vóór deze deadline inschrijft. In beide gevallen ga je ermee akkoord dat je afziet van de bedenktijd en je inschrijving is dan definitief. Is de bedenktijd geldig en ontvangen wij binnen deze termijn schriftelijk je afmelding dan krijg je al het betaalde retour en vervalt je inschrijving. Stuur je afmelding via het contactformulier op de

3 website. Vermeld je naam en de training waarvoor je je afmeldt, en geef als reden van annuleren aan: 14 dagen bedenktijd. 4. Kortingen Wij bieden vroegboekkortingen om je te stimuleren om tijdig je beslissing voor deelname te nemen en deze te laten rijpen. Om voor de vroegboek korting in aanmerking te komen moet de inschrijving en aanbetaling, en als dat aangegeven staat ook het volledige bedrag en alle relevante formulieren, binnen zijn vóór de datumgrens. Deze vind je in de relevante brochure of webpagina. Ook het bedrag van de korting vind je daar. 5. Eigen Verantwoordelijkheid Tijdens de activiteit ben je verantwoordelijk en aansprakelijk voor je eigen handelen en je eigen fysieke gesteldheid. Je zal Wilde Wijze Vrouw noch de begeleiding aansprakelijk stellen voor je gedrag of enige door jou opgelopen materiële of immateriële schade, noch voor enige door jou veroorzaakte materiële of immateriële schade, zoals opgetreden op enig moment tijdens deze activiteit. Als leerling breng je de begeleiding middels het inschrijfformulier op de hoogte van alle relevante informatie omtrent jou en je fysieke en psychische gezondheid. Tijdens de activiteiten ben je niet onder invloed van alcohol, drugs, antidepressiva of andere bewustzijn beïnvloedende middelen. 6. Annuleringsregeling Wij moedigen je aan om bij een besluit tot deelname te blijven ook als er monsters opduiken. Dit omdat de ervaring is dat het aangaan van deze monsters een belangrijk onderdeel is van het pad. Mocht annulering toch nodig zijn dan geldt de volgende regeling: 1. Dansworkshops en andere events van één dagdeel of dag: geen restitutie mogelijk 2. Meerdaagse workshops, retreats etc. in Nederland: tot 3 weken voor startdatum 100 annuleringskosten, daarna 100%. 3. Workshop, retreat etc. in buitenland: tot 2 maanden voor startdatum 150 annuleringskosten, daarna 100%. 4. Opleidingen en trainingen: tot 2 maanden 150 annuleringskosten, daarna 100%. 5. Mocht je tijdens de activiteit besluiten om op te stoppen met de activiteit, dan ontvang je geen restitutie. 6. Voor alle activiteiten: wanneer de opleiding vóór de startdatum door Wilde Wijze Vrouw geannuleerd moet worden krijg je al het betaalde terug, tenzij om redenen van natuurgeweld, nationale calamiteiten en dergelijke. 7. Lesmateriaal Het lesmateriaal wordt per toegestuurd of tijdens de activiteit uitgereikt, maar mag niet anders gebruikt worden dan voor persoonlijke studie. Het auteursrecht en het intellectueel eigendomsrecht

4 liggen bij Wilde Wijze Vrouw en of bij de trainer. Wij zetten ons in om kwalitatief hoogwaardig materiaal uit te delen. Wilde Wijze Vrouw is niet aansprakelijk voor eventuele fouten in het lesmateriaal of voor het toepassen cq uitvoeren van de oefeningen in of buiten de activiteiten door de leerling of door een ander persoon. 8. Beeld en Geluid Tijdens de activiteiten kunnen beeld en geluidsopnames gemaakt worden in opdracht van Wilde Wijze Vrouw voor lesmateriaal, monitoring van de trainer of promotiedoeleinden. De opnames worden met respect en integriteit gemaakt. Wanneer tijdens een activiteit opnames worden gemaakt in opdracht van Wilde Wijze Vrouw dan wordt dit van tevoren aangekondigd en kan je aangeven als je niet herkenbaar in de opname wilt zijn. Hiermee wordt rekening gehouden. De intentie van het promotiemateriaal is om de kracht en eigenheid van Wilde Wijze Vrouw en de mensen die hier actief zijn zichtbaar te maken. Door ondertekenen ga je akkoord dat de opnames kunnen worden gebruikt voor lesmateriaal, monitoring van de trainer en of promotie doeleinden. Als iemand een opname wil maken van een activiteit buiten een opdracht van Wilde Wijze Vrouw om, dan kan dat niet tijdens werktijden, workshops, rituelen etc. Vooraf overleg met de leerlingen en de trainer is noodzakelijk, en nee is nee. Deze opnames kunnen uitsluitend voor privé doeleinden worden gebruikt. 9. Veiligheid Wij zetten ons in voor de veiligheid van de leerlingen, de trainers, de gebruikte materialen en ruimtes, en de aarde. Wanneer een leerling zich niet houdt aan de gemaakte voorwaarden of ander risicovol gedrag vertoont dat naar mening van de trainer of Wilde Wijze Vrouw leidt tot een situatie die de groep of het proces ernstig verstoort en of ernstig risico oplevert voor de betreffende leerling, de groep, de trainer, de gebruikte materialen en ruimtes, en of de aarde dan zal de trainer of een vertegenwoordiger van Wilde Wijze Vrouw de betreffende persoon waarschuwen en zich inzetten om met deze persoon tot een oplossing te komen. Als de situatie blijft voortbestaan heeft de trainer dan wel vertegenwoordiger het recht de leerling per direct te schorsen van deelname aan de activiteit. Restitutie van deelname geld is dan niet mogelijk. Na afloop zet de trainer zich in om contact met de betreffende leerling op te nemen. 10. Aanvullende Regelingen Voor trainingen en retreats gelden er aanvullende intenties en voorwaarden, deze vind je via de terms and conditions pagina van de website Vertrouwelijk We beseffen ons dat persoonsgegevens privacygevoelig zijn. Alle persoonlijke informatie die bij ons binnenkomt is vertrouwelijk. Persoonsgegevens worden vertrouwelijk behandeld en niet aan derden verstrekt. 12. Vergissingen

5 Aan kennelijke fouten en of vergissingen in pr- materiaal, mailverkeer, roosters, studiegidsen en dergelijke kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend. 13. Gevonden Voorwerpen Achtergebleven kleding en voorwerpen worden maximaal 3 weken bewaard, en daarna naar een kringloopwinkel gebracht. Binnen die 3 weken kan je het zelf komen ophalen, via het contactformulier kan je achterhalen of je spullen gevonden zijn en zo ja waar de spullen zijn. Er wordt niets na gestuurd of nagebracht. 14. Geschillen Wij gaan er vanuit dat geschillen in onderling overleg op te lossen zijn. Mocht dit niet lukken, dan verzoeken we betrokkenen gebruik te maken van de klachtenprocedure om zo via een onpartijdige klachtencommissie alsnog tot een oplossing te komen. De klachtenprocedure is te downloaden via de terms and conditions pagina van de website: Onvoorzien In onvoorziene gevallen beslist Wilde Wijze Vrouw in de lijn van de intenties en voorwaarden die hierboven zijn omschreven. They are committed to guide you further on your path to match the activity you participate in, and make a personal investment in you and your way. They are up to date in their field through their continued interest, keeping literature and ongoing training. They are transparent, honest and authentic and They walk Their talc. They go to an open meeting with you at the time, carried by craftsmanship. They are able to appreciate both sides by seemingly contradictory positions and conflicts and bring them to the light, and focus on finding a transcendent perspective. They are aware that as a trainer with you can evoke strong feelings and go there all along to care. They own a spiritual path. Part of their work for Wild Wise Woman as they perform seva (selfless service or spiritual volunteering). We strive to pay them for the rest a real fee commensurate with training, investment, experience, time and commitment. The trainers respect you who you are, what you have lived, your talents and what you have to do in this life. They inspire and motivate and guide you to make this happen. The trainer is committed to the relationship with you to clean or keep your loads from her or his past. DECLARATION OF INTENT WILD WISE WOMAN Wild Wise Woman works deliberately small and not for profit, she strives to pay its employees and trainers a real fee. We operate from trust in the good intentions of the parties, even in seemingly contradictory positions, unless the contrary is proved. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION Resultant there are a few basic conditions for participation in any of our activities we want to lay with you: 1. Application and enrollment

7 You can register online at any time for an activity of Wild Wise Woman through the relevant page on the website and directly by paypal or sometimes IDeal to make a deposit or full payment. By signing up you agree to these terms and conditions intentions. 2. Tuition In online subscription, the total tuition or, in higher amounts, a registration fee directly by paypal or sometimes paid IDeal. 3. Cooling After registration, you will have 14 days to think, unless: I. you register within 14 days for the start date, II. There is a booking deadline and you book within 14 days of that deadline. In both cases the cooling term is not valid and your booking is definitie. In case the cooling term is valid and we received in writing within this period your cancellation you get your fees returned and the booking is cancelled. Please send your cancellation via the contact form on the website and add your name and the course for which you cancel. Give as reason to cancel: 14 day cooling off period. 4. Discounts We offer early booking discounts to encourage you to take timely decision for your participation and to mature them. To qualify for the early bird discount, the registration and payment, and if that is also shown in full and all relevant forms in before the date line. These can be found in the relevant brochure or web page. The amount of the discount you will find there. 5. Personal Responsibility During the activity, you will be responsible and accountable for your own actions and your own physical condition. Wild Wise Woman is not liable for any errors in the manual or applying or performing the exercises in or out of the business by the pupil or another person. 8. Sound and Vision During the activities, the image and sound recordings to be commissioned by Wild Wise Woman for teaching materials, monitoring the trainer or promotional purposes. The recordings are made with respect and integrity. When during an activity recordings are made for Wild Woman Wise then this shall be announced in advance and you can specify if you do not want to be recognizable in the image. This is taken into account. The intention of the promotion is to make the strength and uniqueness of Wild Wise Woman and the people who are actively visible. By signing, you agree that the recordings can be used for teaching materials, monitoring the trainer or promotional purposes. If someone wants to take a picture of an activity outside an assignment of Wild Wise Woman to, it could not during working hours, workshops, rituals etc. Pre-consultation with the students and the trainer is essential, and 'no is no. 9 11. Confidential We realize that personal privacy sensitive. All personal information that comes to us is confidential. Personal data are confidential and not disclosed to third parties. 12. Errors By manifest errors and mistakes in PR material, mail, schedules, study guides and the like are not legally binding. 13. Lost and Found Retarded clothing and objects are kept up to 3 weeks, and then taken to a charity shop. Within those three weeks you can come pick it yourself, using the contact form you can find out if you have found stuff and if so where the stuff is. Nothing is sent or after nagebracht there. 14. Disputes We assume that to resolve the dispute in mutual consultations. Should this fail, we request that involved use of the complaints in order to get through an impartial complaints yet a solution.
