Gent II.1.4) Korte beschrijving van de opdracht of de aankoop(aankopen) : Deze opdracht voor aanneming van werken kadert in de totaalrenovatie van het complex Ledeganck. De eerste stap hierin bestaat in het project P'Renovatie Laagbouw P'. Onderhavige opdracht omvat de sanitaire installatie, statische verwarming, de ventilatie en koeling voor de renovatie van de laagbouw van het complex Ledeganck van de Universiteit Gent. De bestaande HVAC-en sanitaire installatie wordt afgebroken binnen het perceel architectuur. Het gebouw wordt voorzien van een volledige nieuwe HVAC-installatie en sanitaire installatie. De laagbouw bestaat uit laboratoria met bijhorende kantoorruimte. Voor een uitgebreide technische beschrijving van deze opdracht wordt verwezen naar de technische bepalingen van het bestek. De aanneming van werken omvat: 1. de uitvoering van de werken en leveringen vermeld op de plannen, in de inschrijving en de opmetingsstaat gevoegd bij het bestek;

2 2. alle andere werken niet speciaal gedetailleerd op de plannen en in de opmetingsstaat, maar die door hun aard afhangen van of solidair zijn met deze voorkomend op de plannen of vermeld in de opmetingsstaat, de te nemen zekerheidsmaatregelen, de onkosten van alle aard. Er wordt uitdrukkelijk verstaan dat de plannen en de overeenstemmende aanduiding der werken en der leveringen in de opmetingsstaat moeten beschouwd worden als wederzijds aanvullend en als deel uitmakend van de aanneming; 3. alle aanpassingswerken die zouden nodig blijken om de verwezenlijking toe te laten vermeld in de documenten, die als basis van de aanneming hebben gediend, alsmede voor de uitvoering van de afwerkingen; 4. het onderhoud gedurende de waarborgtermijn. Het Bestuur behoudt zich het recht voor bij toepassing van art. 17, par. 2, 2 b) van de Wet van 24 december 1993 via een onderhandelingsprocedure zonder naleving van bekendmakingsregels eventueel nieuwe werken, bestaande uit de herhaling van soortgelijke werken, te gunnen aan de aannemer die de oorspronkelijke opdracht kreeg toegewezen, gedurende een periode van 3 jaar na de gunning van de oorspronkelijke opdracht. Gent II.1.4) Short description of the contract or purchase (s): This assignment of works fits into the overall renovation of the Training Centre. The first step is to project Low-rise P'Renovatie P '. This contract includes the health system, static heating, ventilation and cooling for the renovation of the low rise of the Training Centre of Ghent University. The existing HVAC and plumbing installation is removed within the architectural field. The building is equipped with a complete new HVAC system and sanitary system. The low-rise building consists of office space with associated laboratories.

4 For a detailed technical description of this command refer to the technical provisions of the specifications. The procurement of works includes: 1. the execution of works and supplies listed on the plans, the registration and bill of quantities attached to the frame; 2. all other work not specifically detailed on the plans and in the bill of quantities, but which by their nature are dependent on or in solidarity with those appearing on the plans or specified in the bill of quantities, to be taken security measures, the expenses of any kind. It is expressly understood that the plans and the corresponding description of the works and supplies in the bill of quantities should be regarded as mutually complementary, and as part of the adoption; 3. all installation work that would be necessary to allow the creation on documents which were the basis of adoption have served and for the implementation of the finishes; 4. maintenance during the warranty period.
