Of this group we want 10% to register a profile, download a brochure, have contact with an expert, or write a comments below an article Actively inform and involve stakeholders internally and externally

6 Insights so far 1. Rating: Expert function adds value to the platform (70%) 3. Most traffic from social media (facebook) 4. Organic traffic keeps growing, but slowly 5. Most searched information: people worried about themselves of someone else 6. Hard to get people to register a profile 7. Don t expect to get everything right the first time 8. To be succesful; you need the whole organisation (publicity, input, marketing) 9. Involving partners for financial support and their network
