Hij is houder van een diploma licentiaat in de toegepaste economische wetenschappen. Sinds oktober 2011 adviseert hij verschillende opdrachtgevers binnen de private en de overheidssector bij het ontwikkelen van interne communicatievraagstukken en employer brand trajecten. Peter is sinds februari 2011 ook voorzitter van de Belgische Vereniging voor interne Communicatie (BViC), de grootste vakvereniging van (interne) communicatiespecialisten met 500 leden. Hij is ook actief lid van de expertgroep Employer & Internal Branding van STIMA. Peter is senior communication advisor working for RCA Group. As a specialist in giving advice on internal communication and employer branding, he is part of the RCA HR department. He studied applied economic sciences at the K.U. Leuven. Since October 2011 he works for different customers in the private and public sector, helping organizations and companies to develop their internal communication and employer brand projects. Peter is also the president of the Belgische Vereniging voor interne Communicatie (BViC) since February 2011, the biggest Flemish group of (internal) communication specialists with 500 active members. He is also an active member of the expert group Employer & Internal Branding at STIMA.

Het doel is om de beeldvorming rond de zorgberoepen realistisch positief in te kleuren om op die manier de zorgsector als een beloftevolle carrière-optie te promoten bij het brede publiek. Er studierte zwischen 2000 und 2009 Pflegemanagement und Kooperationsmanagement an den Katholischen Hochschulen in Köln und Aachen. Seit mehr als 10 Jahren ist er Gesamtpflegedienstleiter und stellvertretender Geschäftsführer der St. Gereon Seniorendienste in Hückelhoven Brachelen. Organisationsberater und Fachbuchautor. Gerd Palm completed his training as a geriatric nurse. Following this he studied social work at the Catholic University in Aachen. Between 2000 and 2009 he successfully studied Health Care Management and Cooperative Management at the Catholic University in Aachen and Cologne. He is director of nursing and Deputy General Manager of the St. Gereon Seniorendienste in Hückelhoven-Brachelen for more than 10 years. Additionally he works as a business consultant and has written several specialist publications.

Het eerste anderhalf jaar werkte hij op het HR-departement. Hij zette diverse rekruteringscampagnes op voor o.a. KPMG, Würth en het Jessa Ziekenhuis. Als digital native was hij vooral geïnteresseerd in online rekrutering en social media. Voor restaurantketen Quick begeleidde hij de ontwikkeling van een nieuwe career site en Punch Powertrain begeleidde hij met hun aanwezigheid op LinkedIn. Het laatste halfjaar werkte Bob voor het social media team. Binnen het team is hij de expert in social media recruitment en employer branding via social media. For Quick Restaurant he accompanied with the development of their new career site and for Punch Powertrain he set up their presence on the social network site LinkedIn. The past year and a half, Bob worked for the social media team where he's the expert in social media recruitment and employer branding true social media.

4 Charlotte Dobbelstein (NL) Training Coordinator, Sevagram, Heerlen Charlotte Dobbelstein is werkzaam als opleidingscoördinator bij Sevagram, een organisatie waar, naast het bieden van kwalitatief hoogstaande zorg, het boeien en binden van (toekomstige) medewerkers, centraal staat. Als opleidingscoördinator is zij verantwoordelijk voor het inzetten van (nieuwe) opleidingstrajecten. Vanuit deze rol mede de grondlegger van het leerconcept "Onderwijs in de praktijk", binnen de Centra voor Zorg, welzijn en leren (ZWL). MBO-studenten (niveau 1 t/m 4), HBO-studenten (niveau 5) alsook VMBO-leerlingen krijgen binnen de Centra ZWL de mogelijkheid om via competentie gericht onderwijs in een krachtige leer-/werkomgeving kennis en ervaring op te doen. Dit in een omgeving waarin onderwijs voor een groot deel plaatsvindt in de snel veranderende beroepspraktijk. Charlotte Dobbelstein is a training coordinator, at Sevagram in Heerlen. Core business of Sevagram is, next to offering highly qualified care for their residents, engaging their current and future employees. As training coordinator Charlotte is responsible for instigating (new) learning trajectories. In this capacity she has assisted in developing the concept learning while practicing at the Centra voor Zorg, Welzijn en Leren (ZWL). Within this concept MBO students (level 1 through 4), HBO-students (level 5) as well as VMBO students, are given the opportunity to learn, based on competences, in a high standard and powerful learning environment, mostly situated in real life. Bert Kusters (NL) Teacher, Arcus College Heerlen Bert Kusters is werkzaam binnen het ROC Arcus College te Heerlen. Hij is daar als docent verbonden aan de afdeling Zorg, niveau 3 en 4 (Verzorgende IG en Verpleegkundige niveau 4). Vanuit de rol als docent is hij verbonden aan het leerconcept "Onderwijs in de praktijk", binnen de Centra voor Zorg, Welzijn en Leren (ZWL). In nauwe samenwerking met de opleidingscoördinator van Sevagram zorgt hij voor de coördinatie tussen enerzijds school en de zorginstelling en anderzijds tussen de verschillende ZWL afdelingen in de zorg. Binnen de ZWL afdelingen krijgen de studenten de mogelijkheid om in een krachtige leeromgeving te werken aan hun beroepscompetenties. Bert Kusters is a teacher at Roc Arcus College in Heerlen. He works at Care, level 3 & 4 (Verzorgende IG en Verpleegkundige). In this capacity he s responsible for connection and coordination between the schools and the healthcare organization, as well between the different departments within the ZWL. In order to do so he works closely with the training coordinator at Sevagram, Charlotte Dobbelstein. Through ZWL the students are given the opportunity to learn, based on competences, in a high standard and powerful learning environment, mostly situated in real life.

5 André Lovinfosse (BE-FR) Directeur honoraire du département infirmier, CHR Citadelle, Liège Après un diplôme de bachelier en soins infirmiers, André Lovinfosse a complété sa formation par un master en gestion hospitalière à l Université de Liège et une formation complémentaire en hygiène hospitalière à l UCL (Université Catholique de Louvain) et en assurance de la qualité des soins à l ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles). Pendant 25 ans, il a successivement occupé les fonctions de Directeur du département infirmier et paramédical puis de Directeur des ressources Humaines et de la Qualité globale au Centre Hospitalier Régional (CHR) de la Citadelle de Liège. Il est l auteur de plusieurs articles sur le Management Participatif Par Objectifs, les programmes de qualité des soins, les défis hospitaliers et la gestion des ressources humaines à l hôpital. After having obtained his Bachelor s degree in nursing, André Lovinfosse complemented his education by a Master s degree in hospital management at the University of Liège and by an additional training in hospital hygiene at UCL (Université Catholique de Louvain) as well as a training in order to ensure the quality of care at ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles). Over a period of 25 years, he had taken up successively posts as a Director of the Nursing and Paramedical Department, Human Resources Director and General Quality Management at the Citadel Hospital Centre (Centre Hospitalier Régional - CHR) in Liège. André Lovinfosse has published several articles on targeted participatory management, quality improvement programmes, challenges facing hospital care and human resources management in hospitals. Ingrid Vanweert (BE-NL) Directeur personeel en organisatie Wit-Gele Kruis Ingrid Vanweert werkt reeds 27 jaar bij het Wit-Gele Kruis van Limburg. Het Wit-Gele Kruis van Limburg wil als dienst voor thuisverpleging kwaliteitszorg leveren aan de individuele patiënt in zijn thuisomgeving. De afgelopen jaren werd sterk geïnvesteerd in leiderschap als hefboom om goede zorg te leveren. Met een actieve betrokkenheid van alle personeelsleden werden de HR-domeinen geïntegreerd als stevige fundamenten van de organisatie: medewerkersbeleid als fundament van zorgbeleid! Ingrid Vanweert has been working for already 27 years for Wit-Gele Kruis Limburg. Wit-Gele Kruis Limburg wants to offer quality home nursing to the individual patient in his home environment. The last years there has been strongly invested in leadership as a lever to deliver professional care. With an active commitment of all the employees the HR domains have been integrated as solid foundations of the organization: employee policy as a foundation of the care policy!

6 Luc Mélotte (BE-FR) Directeur des Ressources Humaines, Intercommunale de Soins Spécialisés de Liège Luc Mélotte est titulaire d'une licence en Psychologie (ULg) et d'un Master en Management des Institutions de soins et de santé (ULB). Il a enseigné à HEC Ecole de gestion et à l'ecole de santé publique de l'ulg. Il pratique la gestion des ressources humaines depuis 1984 dans différents organismes privés et publics. D août 2008 à décembre 2011, il a exercé le mandat de Directeur général de la Direction transversale Personnel (RH) et Affaires générales et juridiques du Service Public de Wallonie ( personnes). Actuellement, Directeur des Ressources Humaines d ISOSL, il est principalement administrateur de NETUX Belgium, société de consultance en stratégie, organisation d entreprises et en informatique (Web, Sécurité réseaux). Luc Mélotte holds a Master in Psychology (University of Liège) and a Master in Management of Healthcare Institutions (University of Brussels). He was a Professor at the Management School of HEC and at the School of Public Health in Liège University. Since 1984, he is active in Human Resources Management in several private and public organizations. He led numerous projects in the field of Human Resources. From August 2008 until December 2011, he acted as Human Resources, Administrative and Legal Director in SPW ( people). Presently Human Resources Director in ISOSL, he is mainly Director of NETUX Belgium, a consultant company in strategy, organisation and IT (web, network security, )
