Bouwvormen van lieren Lieren zijn er in diverse uitvoeringen/bouwvormen. Vier veelvoorkomende bouwvormen ziet u hieronder. Winches are available in many different construction types, depending on the application. Find below 4 main types. treklier hauling winch hijslier lifting winch Bij een treklier wordt de last getrokken in het horizontale vlak. Trekkracht is afhankelijk van de te verplaatsen last en de rolweerstand. Een hijslier hijst of viert de last en houdt deze vast. Last beweegt zich verticaal of onder een hellingshoek/schuine baan. Hauling winch only for moving a load horizontally. Pulling effort depends on the load and on the friction between load and surface. A lifting winch is for lifting or lowering a load and holding the load in position. This vertically or on a slope. positioneer lier positioning winch kaapstanders - capstan winch Bij een positioneer lier beweegt kan men de last twee kanten op bewegen. Zo is het mogelijk bijvoorbeeld een wagen in twee richtingen te verplaatsen. Kaapstaanders zijn zgn eindeloze lieren. Touw of kabel wordt een aantal keren om de trommel geslagen, om zo de benodigde wrijving te creëren. Toepassing met name op schepen. A positioning winch can be used for positioning gates, trolleys etc. The drum is grooved for 1 rope but is supplied with a second rope fastening attachment placed face to face with the fl anged wheel. Capstan winches are mainly used on ships. One could name them endless winches. The cable or rope is wrapped several turns around the drum to create the needed friction.

4 ELLER-WINCH-PORTY Elektrische kabellieren ELLER-WINCH-PORTY De kleine elektrische kabellieren PORTY zijn speciaal ontworpen voor gebruik op bouwterreinen en in de handel- en industriesector. De lieren kunnen aan de verbindingsstangen worden gedragen en kunnen overal waar een vaste, vlakke ondervloer is eenvoudig worden bevestigd. De positie van de installatie speelt hierbij geen rol! Voor hijsen en trekken De kabel kan in elke gewenste richting worden afgerold. De zelfsmerende en blokkerende wormwieloverbrenging vormt een betrouwbaar remsysteem tijdens het trekken van ladingen. Als de kabellier als hijslier wordt ingezet, wordt de elektromotor als remmotor uitgevoerd. De standaardmotor is eenvoudig te vervangen. Electric rope winches ELLER-PORTY The small electrical PORTY rope winch was designed specifi cally for use on construction sites and for installations in trade and industry. It can be carried by the connecting rods and simply screwed in place, wherever a fi rm, level foundation is available. The position of the installation is irrelevant here! For lifting and pulling purposes The rope can travel in any required direction. The permanently lubricated, self-locking worm gear works as a reliable brake for pulling of loads. The motor functions as a brake when the winch is used as a hoist (lifting winch). The commercially available standard motor is easy to replace. 7 Kabellieren ELLER-WINCH-SB ELLER-WINCH-SB De SB kabellieren vormen de basis voor verschillende typen lieren voor het hijsen en trekken van lasten. De SB-serie is modulair opgebouwd. Een zijde van de trommel is voorzien van een staand lagerblok en de aandrijfas steekt direct in de planetaire tandwielkast, welke wordt aangedreven door een draaistroomremmotor. Wanneer de lengte van de installatie een probleem vormt, kan op aanvraag een haakse aandrijving worden geleverd voor de SB-serie. De keuze voor een kabel is afhankelijk van de trekkrachten die op de 5e kabellaag worden uitgeoefend en waarbij de trommeldiameter minimaal 16 maal de kabeldiameter moet zijn (aandrijfgroep 1Am). In deze brochure presenteren we slechts een aantal mogelijkheden omdat andere fl ens- en trommelgroottes, extra overbrengingen en veel verschillende motortypen kunnen worden ingebouwd om de lieren te confi gureren naar uw eisen en wensen. Winches ELLER-SB The SB type cable winch forms the basis for many designs and variations used for lifting and pulling loads. The SB series is modular by design. One drum side is retained by a pillow block bearing and its drive shaft penetrates the fl ange-mounted planetary gear, which is installed upstream of a three-phase braking motor. Where the installation length poses a problem, the SB series is also available with an angular drive on request. The selection of the cable is dependent on the pulling force on the 5th cable layer, whereby the drum diameter must be min. 16 times the cable diameter (drive mechanism group 1Am). However, we are only illustrating some of the options here because alternative fl ange and drum sizes, additional gear stages and numerous types of motor can be incorporated, in order to confi gure winches precisely in accordance with your requirements. 14 ELLER-WINCH-MC Kabellieren ELLER-WINCH-MC De compacte en robuuste MC-E kabellieren, met blokkerende wormwieloverbrenging (i = 100) welke fungeert als stoprem, is de beste keuze voor het verplaatsen van ladingen in horizontale richting; zoals het opstellen van treinwagons, het verplaatsen van voertuigen zonder aandrijving in fabriekshallen of het verwijderen van omgezaagde bomen. Wanneer een lading omhoog of naar beneden of langs een helling wordt verplaats, fungeert de motor als remmotor zodat ook zakkende lading veilig kan worden afgeremd. Drie motortypen De MC is verkrijgbaar met een elektromotor, hydraulische motor of persluchtmotor. Standaarduitvoeringen hebben een draagvermogen van 170 tot kg. ELLER MC-Series The compact and robust MC-E cable winch with self-locking worm gear (ratio 1:100), which acts as a holding brake, is particularly well suited for lifting loads in a horizontal direction, e.g. shunting wagons, shifting vehicles without motors into halls or moving felled trees. If a load is moved up or down, or along a sloped surface, the motor is designed to act as a braking motor in order to brake the load safely as it is lowered. Three motor types The MC is available with an electric, hydraulic or compressed air motor. The load-bearing capacities range from 170 kg to kg. 17 ELLER-WINCH-FD Compacte kabellieren ELLER-WINCH-FD In de trommel van de FD-lieren ( Flying Drum ) is een complete meertrapse planetaire tandwielkast gemonteerd. De bouwgrootte van de installatie is hierdoor zeer klein. FD-lieren worden voornamelijk gebruikt wanneer slechts een korte kabel nodig is en een kleinere trommel dus voldoende is. Het tweede buitenlager wordt hierdoor overbodig, omdat alle krachten worden opgenomen door een tandwielkastlager. Compact Rope Winch ELLER-FD The FD ( Flying Drum ) winch has compact multi-stage planetary gear, installed inside the drum. As such, the installation length of the winch is very short. The FD is primarily used when the required cable length is short and the drum is therefore only small. This saves the second outer bearing, because all of the forces are absorbed by the transmission bearing.
