Entretien du mitigeur thermostatique - Pour le nettoyage, utilisez exclusivement de l eau savonneuse et un chiffon doux. N utilisez ni crème à récurer, ni produits anticalcaire qui détériorerait l aspect de votre robinetterie. - Pour retarder le dépôt de calcaire sur la cartouche de température, manoeuvrez régulièrement le croisillon de température. Maintenance of thermostatic mixer - For cleaning, use only water with soap, and a soft rag. Remplacement ou détartrage des cartouches du mitigeur thermostatique Replacement or descaling of cartriges of thermostatic mixer - Ne procéder au démontage des cartouches de température ou de vanne d arrêt que si vous constatez une anomalie : Défaut de mitigeage, perte de pression, difficulté à manoeuvrer les croisillons. Pour toute intervention faîtes appel à un professionnel. - Disassemble the temperature or valve cartriges only if you note any problem : temperature defect, pressure loss, difficulty to move handles. For any intervention, please call professionnal people only. 1) TEMPERATURE A)- Fermer les alimentations eau chaude et eau froide. - Retirer l ensemble cartouche + croisillon. ( Ne pas désassembler la cartouche du croisillon ) A)- Cut off hot and cold water alimentations. - Remove the set cartridge + handles ( Don t disassemble the cartridge from the handle ) Cartouche / Cartridge Vis / screw BTR Ø3 Croisillon / Handle 48 Clé mâle pour vis à 6 pans creux Ø3 Allen key for hex socket screws Ø3 38 B)- Faire tremper les parties grillagées de la cartouche environ 2 HEURES dans un mélange de vinaigre d alcool et d eau chaude. - Ensuite, vérifiez que l on peut manoeuvrer le croisillon sans effort. ( Sinon renouveler l opération. ) 2 heures / 2 hours B)- Put the wire netting part during about 2 hours, in a mixed solution of alcool vinegar and hot water. - Then, check that it s easy to move handles without any effort. ( If not, do the operation again. ) 48 38 Mélange moitié vinaigre d alcool/ moitié eau chaude Mixed solution half vinegar/ half hot water C)- Graisser les 3 joints toriques, vérifiez la propreté de l intérieur du mitigeur, puis repositionner la cartouche + croisillon dans son logement et fixer avec la vis BTR Ø3. C)- Grease the 3 toric gaskets, check the cleanliness inside the mixer. Then install the cartridge and the handle on their seating and fix them with BTR Ø3 screw. D)- Si des problèmes persistent, procéder à un remplacement de l ensemble cartouche + croisillon. D)- If problems remain, replace the set cartridge + handle. (20)
Vervanging of ontkalking van de binnenwerken van de thermostatische mengkraan Replacement or descaling of cartriges of thermostatic mixer - Verwijder de binnenwerken (temperatuur en debiet) enkel in geval van het vaststellen van onregelmatigheden : gebrek aan regeling van de temperatuur, drukverlies, moeilijkheden bij het verdraaien van de grepen. A)- Cut off hot and cold water alimentations. - Remove the set cartridge + handles ( Don t disassemble the cartridge from the handle ) Binnenwerk / Cartridge Schroef / screw BTR Ø3 Greep / Handle 48 Allensleutel voor zeshoek schroefje Ø3 Allen key for hex socket screws Ø3 38 B)- Laat het roostergedeelte van het binnenwerk gedurende ongeveer 2 uur weken in warm water met azijn. - Ga vervolgens na of de greep kan verdraaid worden zonder krachtinspanning. 2 uur / 2 hours B)- Put the wire netting part during about 2 hours, in a mixed solution of alcool vinegar and hot water. - Then, check that it s easy to move handles without any effort. ( If not, do the operation again. ) 48 38 Mélange moitié vinaigre d alcool/ moitié eau chaude Mixed solution half vinegar/ half hot water C)- Smeer de 3 pakkingen in, kijk de binnenkant van de kraan na op onzuiverheden en plaats het binnenwerk en de greep terug. Bevestig met schroef BTR Ø3. C)- Grease the 3 toric gaskets, check the cleanliness inside the mixer. Then install the cartridge and the handle on their seating and fix them with BTR Ø3 screw. D)- Indien de problemen aanhouden, vervang dan het binnenwerk en de greep. D)- If problems remain, replace the set cartridge + handle. (21)
2) VANNE D ARRET / STOP VALVE A)- Fermer les alimentations eau chaude et eau froide. - Retirer le croisillon et desserrer la cartouche du corps du mitigeur. A)- Cut off hot and cold water alimentations. - Remove the handle and unscrew the cartridge from the mixer body. 48 38 Utilisez une clé plate de 17 pour desserrez la cartouche. Use a spanner of 17 to loosen the cartridge B)- Faire tremper la cartouche environ 2 HEURES dans un mélange de vinaigre d alcool et d eau chaude. - Ensuite, vérifiez que l on peut manoeuvrer la cartouche sans effort. Sinon renouveler l opération. B)- Put the cartridge during about 2 hours, in a mixed solution of alcool vinegar and hot water. 2 heures / 2 hours Mélange moitié vinaigre d alcool/ moitié eau chaude Mixed solution half vinegar/ half hot water - Then, check that it s easy to move cartridge without any effort. ( If not, do the operation again. ) Positionner le croisillon sans le fixer. Install the handle without fixing it C)- Resserrez la cartouche sur le corps du mitigeur, et remontez le croisillon. C)- Screw the cartridge on the mixer body, and assemble the handle. D)- Si des problèmes persistent, procéder à un remplacement de la cartouche. D)- If problems remain, replace the cartridge. (22)
2) DEBIETBINNENWERK / STOP VALVE A)- Sluit de koud- en warmwater toevoer af. - Verwijder de greep en draai het binnenwerk los uit het lichaam van de kraan.. A)- Cut off hot and cold water alimentations. - Remove the handle and unscrew the cartridge from the mixer body. 48 38 Gebruik een platte sleutel van 17 om het binnenwerk los te draaien. Use a spanner of 17 to loosen the cartridge B)- Het binnenwerk gedurende ongeveer 2 uur laten weken in warm water met azijn. - Ga vervolgens na of het binnenwerk kan verdraaid worden zonder krachtinspanning. Indien niet, handeling opnieuw uitvoeren. B)- Put the cartridge during about 2 hours, in a mixed solution of alcool vinegar and hot water. 2 uur / 2 hours Mengeling van warm water en azijn Mixed solution half vinegar/ half hot water - Then, check that it s easy to move cartridge without any effort. ( If not, do the operation again. ) Plaats de greep op het binnenwerk zonder te bevestigen Install the handle without fixing it C)- Schroef het binnenwerk in het lichaam van de kraan en bevestig de greep. C)- Screw the cartridge on the mixer body, and assemble the handle. D)- Indien de problemen aanhouden, vervang dan het binnenwerk. D)- If problems remain, replace the cartridge. (23)
