REGLEMENT TOERNOOI U9

REGLEMENT TOERNOOI U9 Datum : Het toernooi vindt plaats op Zondag 16 April. Algemeen: Bij uw aankomst, presenteert u onmiddellijk op het secretariaat om de wedstrijdformulieren in te vullen, uw lijst van aangesloten spelers overhandigen en de laatste instructies en informatie te ontvangen. Uw team moet klaar zijn nabij het terrein 10 ' voor zijn match. Timing eerbiedigen!!! (In geval van overdreven te laat komen zal de andere ploeg winnaar worden) Niets achterlaten in de Kleedkamers (andere bezigheden). Kleren en tassen moeten aan de voorziene plaats afgegeven worden. (Tent) Vergeet niet alle waardevolle spullen aan uw afgevaardigde toe te geven, de club is niet verantwoordelijk in geval van diefstal. De flessen water zullen aan de vertegenwoordigers bij het inschrijven van het scheidsrechter blad overhandigd worden. Op het terrein zijn enkel toegestaan de organisatoren, de personen die op het scheidsrechter blad voorkomen, de fotografen van pers en het gemeentepersoneel voor het onderhoud worden. Een heerlijke warme maaltijd zal tot alle spelers en hun verantwoordelijken opgediend worden. Een speciale restauratie tent is voor de ouders en de fans voorzien. De bekers en medailles zullen niet voor de laatste ceremonie geleverd worden. Het Team : Samenstelling van de teams: 4 spelers + 1 doelman.. Elk team kan 10 spelers op het scheidsrechter blad inschrijven. Het toernooi is voor de spelers die in 2008 geboren zijn gereserveerd. De federale kaart of een officieel document van identiteit met foto moeten voor het begin van het toernooi gepresenteerd worden. Een controle van de kaarten voor het begin van de eerste match zal plaatsvinden. De proef van een speler van een andere club wordt toegestaan. Elk team moet 2 sets voetbalkleren van verschillende kleuren en zijn eigen ballen voor de opwarming meebrengen. Het bezochte team wisselt van kleuren. Duur van de match : De duur van de wedstrijd is : 1 x 15 minuten Finale : 2 x 10 minuten De sono van het secretariaat duidt het begin en het eind van de reglementaire tijd aan. Maar enkel het definitieve fluitsignaal van de scheidsrechter bepaalt het eind van de match.

Indeling: De overwinning: 3 punten Nul zonder doelpunt: 1 punt Nul met doelpunten: 2 punten Verloren : 0 punt Toewijzing van de punten: Indeling in volgorde van 1 Punten 2 Overwinningen 3 Verschil in Goals 4 Gemaakte Goals 5 Resultaat tussen de twee teams 6 Strafschoppen De ploegen geklasseerd om de eerste en tweede positie spelen van de 1e tot 16e plaats De ploegen geklasseerd om de derde positie spelen van de 17e tot 24e plaats De ploegen geklasseerd om de vierde positie spelen van de 25e tot 32e plaats De ploegen geklasseerd om de vijfde positie spelen van de 33e tot 40e plaats De ploegen geklasseerd om de zesde positie spelen van de 41e tot 48e plaats De Finales : In geval van gelijkspel, worden 3 strafschoppen genomen, daarna eventueel gouden goal. Arbitrage : Een gele kaart geeft aanleiding tot de uitsluiting van de speler met toegelaten vervanging Een rode kaart geeft aanleiding tot de uitsluiting van de speler zonder vervanging en een match van opschorting De scheidsrechter kan opschorten voor de duur van het toernooi, de schuldige speler van bruutheid. Voor alle niet voorziene gevallen zal een beslissing door het organiserende comité genomen. Als een team afwezig is of zich onthoud zal een schikking van 500 geeist worden. De overhandiging van Challenge : De winnaar van de Challenge zal zijn gegevens doorgeven en verbindt zich ertoe om zijn titel te verdedigen volgend jaar.
