De ploegen bestaan uit min. 4 en max. 6 renners. Art. 4 Permanentie De permanentie wordt gehouden op zaterdag 30 maart 2019 van 14u00 tot 18u30 in Vleeshuis, Neermarkt 8, 8900. De ploegen worden verwacht de rugnummers op te halen tussen 15u00-16u15. De vergadering van de ploegleiders en de jury is gepland om 16u30. De permanentie aan de aankomst is op zondag maart 2019 van 7u00-17u00 in Vleeshuis, Neermarkt 8, 8900. De debriefing tussen jury en organisatie is voorzien onmiddellijk na de wedstrijd. FR RÈGLEMENT À LA COMPÉTITION 2019 Art. 1 Organisation Gent-Wevelgem GP André Noyelle U19 est organisé par le vélo club K.Y.W Pensenstraatje 2, 8900 et se déroule le dimanche mars 2019. Directeur de course est Jesper Yserbijt, Enclus du Haut 33/1.3, 7750 Orroir, +32 475 38 51 11 Art. 2 Type d épreuve L épreuve est inscrite sous la catégorie Men Junior 1.Ncup conformément aux règlements de l UCI. Conformément au règlement de l UCI, elle attribue les points suivants pour le classement de la coupe des Nations UCI hommes juniors. (tableau Art. 5 Radio Tour De wedstrijdinformatie wordt uitgezonden via Radio Tour op de frequentie 160.10625 Mhz. Art. 6 Neutrale materiaalwagens Er zijn 2 neutrale wagens en 1 neutrale motor ter beschikking. Art. 7 Veiligheid De deelnemers en de toegestane volgers zijn verplicht alle aanwijzingen van officials en federale politie onmiddellijk op te volgen. De persfotografen op de motor en aan de aankomst dienen de reglementaire kazuifel te dragen. Art. 8 Startcontrole Iedere deelnemende renner is verplicht eigenhandig het controleblad te komen tekenen tussen 7.45u. en 8.45u. op het podium op de Grote Markt. Het rugnummer is verplicht. De organisator zal de volgorde van de teams vastleggen, waarin het controleblad wordt getekend en de presentatie van het volledige team zal gebeuren. Iedere renner is verplicht zich aan de officieuze startlijn op te stellen en vandaar de start te nemen. Art. 9 Uitschakeling door achterstand Ieder renner die later aankomt dan de tijd van de winnaar vermeerderd met 8%, wordt niet weerhouden in de uitslag. Deze limiet kan in uitzonderlijke omstandigheden verhoogd worden door de wedstrijdjury in overleg met de koersdirectie. Art. 10 Klassementsprijzen Het individueel prijzenbedrag bedraagt 1.650 EUR onderverdeeld in 20 prijzen: 350-200-150-125-100-90-80-70-60-50-50- ci-dessous) Art. 3 Participation Gent-Wevelgem GP André Noyelle est ouvert aux équipes suivantes: équipes nationales, équipes régionales et équipes mixtes. Le debriefing entre le jury et l organisation est prévu 50-50-50-50-25-25-25-25-25 Art. 11 Medische controle - Antidopingcontrole Het antidopingreglement van de UCI wordt integraal toegepast. Bovendien wordt de antidopingswet van de Vlaamse Gemeenschap toegepast conform de geldende Belgische en Vlaamse wetgeving. De antidopingcontrole heeft plaats in IFF Museum- café, Grote Markt 34,. Iedere renner dient zich persoonlijk ervan te vergewissen of hij zich moet aanbieden bij de antidopingcontrole. De agent zal aan het antidopinglokaal een lijst uithangen met de rugnummers van de renners die zich moeten aanbieden voor de dopingcontrole. De organisator zorgt voor de chaperons. Art. 12 Protocol De eerste 3 renners worden na de aankomst gehuldigd op het podium aan de aankomstlijn. De renners dienen zich beschikbaar te houden en worden begeleid tot aan het podium. De winnaar van de wedstrijd wordt vervolgens verwacht op het huldigingspodium te Wevelgem. Hier wordt hij gehuldigd met alle andere winnaars van de 7 Gent-Wevelgem-wedstrijden. Art. 13 Wegwijzers De organisatoren kunnen op geen enkele manier aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor wegvergissingen door renners en/of volgers. Art. 14 Boetes De boetes zijn overeenkomstig het UCI-reglement. directement après l arrivée. Art. 5 Radio Tour Les informations sur la course sont émises sur la fréquence Radio Tour de 160.10625 MHz. Art. 6 Assistance Technique Neutre 2 voitures de matériel neutres et 1 moto seront disponibles. - 2019 GP ANDRE NOYELLE U19 est obligatoire. L organisateur fixera l ordre de passage par équipe pour la signature de la feuille de départ et la présentation des équipes complètes. Chaque coureur est obligé de se placer à la ligne de départ officieuse et d y prendre son départ. Art. 9 Délais d arrivée Tout participant arrivant dans un délai dépassant 8% du temps du vainqueur n est plus retenu au classement. En cas de circonstances exceptionnelles, le délai peut être augmenté par le jury de la compétition, en consultation avec l organisateur. Art. 12 Protocole La cérémonie protocolaire des trois premiers coureurs aura lieu au podium de la ligne d arrivée, Avant la cérémonie, ils doivent se rassembler et ils seront accompagnés vers le podium. Le vainqueur est ensuite attendu sur le podium de la cérémonie à Wevelgem. Ici, il sera honnoré avec les autres gagnants des 7 courses Gent Wevelgem. The debriefing with the jury and the organisation team takes place immediately after the race. Art. 5 Radio Tour All competition announcements will be broadcasted on the radio tour at frequency 160.10625 Mhz. Art. 6 Neutral cars The organisers will provide 2 neutral cars and 1 neutral motorcycle. Art. 7 Security All participators and authorized followers are obligated to obey immediately to instructions given by the officials and by the federal police. The press photographers on the bike and the arrival must wear a legal chasuble. Art. 8 Control sheet Each participating rider must sign the control sheet between 7.45 and 8.45 am on the platform on the Market Square. The competitors number is mandatory. The organizer will set up the order of the teams, for the signing of the control sheet and the presentation of the complete team. Each participator must present himself at the semi-official start line from which he will start. Art. 9 Time limit Any rider finishing in a time exceeding that of the winner by more than 8%, shall not be placed in the classification. The time limit might be increased, in exceptional circumstances, by the commissaires panel in agreement with the organizer. NL ZELFKLEVERS Op alle stickers is er ruimte voor een nummer. Dat nummer dient altijd leesbaar te zijn. Enkel de wagens /motoren met stickers met opdruk RACE CONVOY worden toegelaten in de wedstrijdkaravaan, tussen de rode en de groene vlag. Het corresponderende volgnummer moet ook gekleefd worden op de achterruit. Elke ploeg (Elite Mannen) ontvangt twee langwerpige RACE CONVOY stickers, één met rood nummer voor de wagen van de sportdirecteur en één met zwart nummer voor de tweede sportdirecteur. FR AUTOCOLLANTS Tous les autocollants ont un espace prévu pour un numéro. Ce numéro doit toujours être lisible. Seuls les véhicules/motos munis d un autocollant RACE CONVOY sont admis dans la caravane de course entre le drapeau rouge et le drapeau vert. Le numéro de suite correspondante, doivent être affichés sur l arrière de la voiture. Chaque équipe (Hommes Elite) reçoit deux autocollants (oblongs) RACE CONVOY, l un avec un numéro noir pour la voiture du directeur sportif et l autre avec un numéro rouge pour le deuxième directeur sportif. EN STICKERS On every sticker is space for a number. This number always has to be legible. Only the vehicles/motorbikes with a pink sticker RACE CONVOY are allowed in the race caravan, between the red and the green flag. The corresponding follow number must also be adhered at the back of the car. Each team (Men Elite) receives two rectangular RACE CONVOY stickers, one with a black number for the sports director's car and one with a red number for the second sports director.
