Overeenkomstig het UCI-reglement worden volgende punten voor het klassement van de UCI Men Junior Nations Cup toegekend. (zie tabel onderaan) TYPE D ÉPREUVE L épreuve est inscrite sous la catégorie Men Junior 1.Ncup conformément aux règlements de l UCI. Conformément au règlement de l UCI, elle attribue les points suivants pour le classement de la coupe des Nations UCI hommes juniors. (see below) ART. 3 DEELNAME Gent-Wevelgem GP André Noyelle staat open voor volgende ploegen: nationale ploegen, regionale ploegen, clubploegen en mixed ploegen. De ploegen bestaan uit min. 4 en max. 6 renners. PARTICIPATION Gent-Wevelgem GP André Noyelle est ouvert aux équipes suivantes: équipes nationales, équipes régionales, équipes de club et équipes mixtes. Le nombre de coureurs par équipe est de minimum 4 et de maximum 6 coureurs. PARTICIPATION The following teams can participate in the competition Gent-Wevelgem GP André Noyelle: National teams, regional teams, clubteams and mixed teams. The number of cyclists per team is minimum 4 and maximum 6. ART. 4 PERMANENTIE De permanentie wordt gehouden op zaterdag 25 maart van 14u00 tot 18u30 in IFF Museumcafé, Grote Markt 34, 8900. De ploegen worden verwacht de rugnummers op te halen tussen 15u00-16u15. De vergadering van de ploegleiders en de jury is gepland om 16u30. De Permanentie aan de aankomst is van 7u30-17u00 in IFF Museumcafémarkt 34, 8900. De debriefing tussen jury en organisatie is voorzien om 13u00. PERMANENCE La permanence au depart se tient le samedi 25 mars dans IFF Museumcafé, Grote Markt 34, 8900 de 14h00 à 18h30. Les équipes sont invitées à venir chercher leurs dossards entre 15h00 et 16h15. La réunion entre les responsables sportifs et le jury est prévue à 16h30. NEUTRAL CARS The organisers will provide 2 neutral cars end 1 neutral motorcycle. ART. 7 VEILIGHEID De deelnemers en de toegestane volgers zijn verplicht alle aanwijzingen van officials en federale politie onmiddellijk op te volgen. De persfotografen op de motor en aan de aankomst dienen de reglementaire kazuifel te dragen. SECURITÉ Les participants et les suiveurs autorisés sont obligés de suivre séance tenante les directives des officiels et de la police fédérale. Les photographes de presse à moto et à l arrivée doivent porter la chasuble règlementaire. SECURITY All participators and authorized followers are obligated to obey immediately to instruction given by the officials and by the federal police. The press photographers on the motorcycle and at the finish must wear the legal chasuble. ART. 8 STARTCONTROLE Iedere deelnemende renner is verplicht eigenhandig het controleblad te komen tekenen van 8u25-9u10 op het podium op de Grote Markt. Het rugnummer is verplicht. De organisator zal de volgorde van de teams vastleggen, waarin het controleblad wordt getekend en de presentatie van het volledige team zal gebeuren. Iedere renner is verplicht zich aan de officieuze startlijn op te stellen en vandaar de start te nemen. CONTRÔLE AU DÉPART Tout participant est tenu obligatoirement de signer personnellement la feuille de départ, de 8h25 à 9h10, sur le podium sur la Grand Place. Le dossard est obligatoire. L organisateur fixera l ordre de passage par équipe pour la signature de la feuille de départ et la présentation des équipes complètes. Chaque coureur est obligé de se placer à la ligne de départ officieuse et d y prendre son départ. CONTROL SHEET Each participating rider must sign the control sheet between 8.25 am and 9.10 am on the platform on the Market Square. The competitors number is mandatory. The organizer will set up the order of the teams, for the signing of the control sheet and the presentation of the complete team. Each participator must present himself at the semi-official start line from which he will start. ART. 9 TIJDSLIMIET Iedere renner die later aankomt dan de tijd van de winnaar vermeerderd met 8%, wordt niet weerhouden in de uitslag. Deze limiet kan in uitzonderlijke omstandigheden verhoogd worden door de wedstrijdjury in overleg met de koersdirectie. DELAIS D ARRIVÉE Tout coureur arrivant dans un délai dépassant 8% du temps du vainqueur n est plus retenu au classement. En cas de circonstances exceptionnelles, le délai peut être augmenté par le jury de la compétition, en consultation avec l organisateur. TIME LIMIT Any rider finishing in a time exceeding that of the winner by more than 8% shall not be placed in the classification. The time limit might be increased, in exceptional circumstances, by the commissaires panel in agreement with the organizer. Bovendien wordt de antidopingwet van de Vlaamse Gemeenschap toegepast conform de geldende Belgische en Vlaamse wetgeving. De antidopingcontrole heeft plaats in het IFF Museumcafé, Grote Markt,. Iedere renner dient zich persoonlijk ervan te vergewissen of hij zich moet aanbieden bij de antidopingcontrole. De agent zal aan het antidopinglokaal een lijst uithangen met de rugnummers van de renners die zich moeten aanbieden voor de dopingcontrole. De organisator zorgt voor de chaperones. ANTIDOPAGE Le règlement antidopage de l UCI s applique intégralement à la présente épreuve. En outre, la législation antidopage de la Communauté Flamande s applique conformément aux dispositions de la législation belge et de la Communauté Flamande. Le contrôle antidopage a lieu dans IFF Museumcafé, Grote Markt. Chaque coureur doit s assurer personnellement si il doit se présenter au contrôle antidopage. Le responsable de l anti-dopage affichera au local antidopage, une liste avec le numéro des dossards des coureurs devant se présenter au contrôle antidopage. Des chaperons seront présents. ANTI-DOPING TESTS All UCI anti-doping regulations are valid for this competition. Moreover as the Flemish anti-doping legislation will be valid in conformity with the Flemish Community legislation. The anti- doping test will take place in IFF Museumcafé, Grote Markt, 8900. Each rider has to check for himself on the list of the anti-doping agent, if he is indicated for a control. ART. 12 HULDIGING De eerste 3 renners worden gehuldigd na de aankomst op het podium aan de aankomstlijn. De renners dienen zich beschikbaar te houden en worden begeleid tot aan het podium. De winnaar van de wedstrijd wordt vervolgens verwacht op het huldigingspodium te Wevelgem. Hier wordt hij gehuldigd met alle andere winnaars van de zeven Gent-Wevelgem wedstrijden. REMISE DU TROPHÉE La cérémony protocole des trois premiers coureurs aura lieu au podium à la ligne d arrivée, Avant la cérémonie, ils doivent se rassembler, Wevelgem et ils seront accompagnés vers le podium. Le gagnant est ensuite attendu sur le podium à Wevelgem où il sera honoré avec les autres gagnants des sept courses Gent - Wevelgem. OFFICIAL CEREMONY The official award ceremony for the first three riders will be held at the platform nearby the finish line. The riders must assemble and will be escorted to the platform. The winner is then expected at the podium in Wevelgem whereat he will be honored with the other winners of the seven races Gent-Wevelgem. ART. 13 WEGWIJZERS De organisatoren kunnen op geen enkele manier aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor wegvergissingen door renners en/of volgers. PANNEAUX INDICATEURS Les organisateurs ne peuvent en aucun cas être tenus responsables pour les erreurs de parcours des coureurs et/ou suiveurs.
