All the tasks are different every day and every task is worth a certain amount of health points. The more points one earns the higher their ranking in the leaderboard. Thanks to the SMART 30 Day Health Challenge your employees will walk the path of a healthy lifestyle. All the healthy daily tasks will result in a giant healthy leap forward. All the challengers will receive an MySmartMethod App where they can define what kind of healthy tasks they finished that day and how many health points are rewarded. 6 A fit voice in your pocket All the challengers of the SmartMethod Health Challenge will receive their own SmartMethod App. With this app they will see what kind of healthy tasks need to be completed and how many points are rewarded for these individual tasks. Besides their own fully private profile there will be an overall ranking where everybody can see what their total score is and who is leading the challenge. The person with the most points at the end of the challenge wins! Webapp All challengers receive their own app to keep track of all their health points and to see who is leading the ranking. Videos Through the Web App you can view a variety of instructional videos so that all exercises are performed correctly.

9 SmartMethod workshops RELAX WORKSHOP STOELMASSAGE & DRUKPUNTEN HEALTH WORKSHOP HEALTH CHECK & FITNESS TEST Heerlijke stoelmassages op uw bedrijfslocatie verzorgd door echte massage professionals. Elke deelnemer zal ervaren hoe het voelt om gedurende 20 minuten een professionele ontspanningsmassage te ondergaan. Bij de health check worden bloeddruk, lichaamsgewicht, BMI en lichaamsomtrekken gemeten en vergeleken met een norm. Bij de fitness test wordt de sit up test, push up test en planking test getest en vergeleken met een wetenschappelijke norm. VOEDINGS WORKSHOP DIEET CHECK & VOEDING CONSULT WINNERS WORKSHOP RESULTAATMETING & PRIJSUITREIKING Bij de dieet check worden de voedingsdagboeken van de deelnemers geanalyseerd en voorzien van professionele input. Onze professionals zullen uw werknemers adviseren over het inkopen en voorbereiden van gezonde voeding. Aan het eind van de challenge komen onze professional nog een keer terug om de health check en de fitness testen nogmaals af te nemen. Zo kunnen de resultaten worden vergeleken en de winnaars bekend worden gemaakt.
