Vul uw naam etc. in op dit vel en op alle gelinieerde bladen die u inlevert. Dit vel moet samen met uw uitwerkingen aan het einde van het tentamen worden ingeleverd. Het tentamen bevat 5 kort-antwoord-vragen en 7 open vragen. De achterkant van dit vel bevat 5 kort-antwoord-vragen. Bij deze kort-antwoord-vragen hoeft u alleen het antwoord te geven in het daarvoor bestemde kader. Uitwerkingen spelen geen rol bij de beoordeling van dit type vragen. De uitwerkingen van de open opgaven dienen duidelijk geformuleerd en geordend opgeschreven te worden. Ieder antwoord dient onderbouwd te worden. In totaal kunt u 50 punten halen. Het cijfer voor dit tentamen wordt bepaald door het aantal behaalde punten door 5 te delen en tot één cijfer achter de komma af te ronden.
