3 PROFILE PERFORMANCE POSSIBILITIES About us Dutch Industrial Fasteners is manufacturer of studbolts and special fasteners for the oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation and heavy engineering industries. Quality has always been an integrated part of the company policy. Our ISO 9001 certification and remarking competence for ASTM materials make sure that we offer you value for money! Within our young and enthusiastic team, each member has its own specialty from a different angle of the business. Thanks to this flexible organization we can focus on your specific wishes and we are able to provide individual solutions with a personal touch. When components are outside our own manufacturing capacity, we have an extensive network of international suppliers for larger demands. The fact that we can choose from these options, is your guarantee for fast delivery of fully traceable materials. Dankzij deze flexibele manier van werken is onze bedrijfsvoering georganiseerd rondom uw wensen, zodat we altijd een passende oplossing bieden. Naast producent treden we bij grote projecten ook op als handelsagent voor buitenlandse productiebedrijven. Het feit dat wij uit deze mogelijkheden kunnen kiezen, is voor u de garantie op de beste verhouding prijs-levertijd met vanzelfsprekend de beste kwaliteit. 3

4 Studbolts & materials In our modern warehouse we carry extensive stocks of fully certified bar material, always produced rolling, including B7, B16, L7, L7M, B7M, B8, B8M (incl cl.2) and B8T; for nuts in 2H, 2HM, Gr.3, Gr.4, Gr.7, Gr.7M, Gr.8, Gr.8M and Gr.8T. The dimensions go from 3/8 to 4, M12 to M64, and even larger diameters are available. We even stock oversized hot dipped galvanized nuts to improve our delivery times. For the same reason we continously expand the range of our stock. Emergency manufacturing service is therefore no problem! Our suppliers are selected with care to guarantee a constant quality of materials. We operate a formal Quality System accredited by LRQA and most of our deliveries can be accompanied with a certificate 3.1. Other certificates like 3.2 are on request. We adhere to procedures and controls to guarantee full traceability on supplied materials: from threaded rods to studbolts. If desired we can mark the stud with a specific unique code, so that even after mounting, the materials are still traceable. Studbolts & materialen In ons moderne magazijn houden we grote voorraden gerolde draadstangen in B7, B16, L7, L7M, B7M, B8, B8M (incl klasse 2) en B8T; moeren in 2H, 2HM, Gr.3, Gr.4, Gr.7, Gr.7M, Gr.8, Gr.8M en Gr.8T. De afmetingen kunnen variëren van 3/8 tot 4, M12 tot M64 en zelfs grotere diameters zijn verkrijgbaar. Ook overmaats getapte hdg moeren houden we op voorraad om onze levertijden te optimaliseren. Om dezelfde reden wordt de breedte van onze vooraad constant uitgebreid. Voor spoedklussen bent u bij ons aan het goede adres. Onze toeleveranciers zijn met zorg gekozen, zodat u altijd verzekerd bent van stabiele kwaliteit van materialen. We zijn ISO 9001/ doorstempelbevoegd PED (Lloyd s) gecertificeerd en de meeste van onze leveringen kunnen worden voorzien van een materiaalcertificaat 3.1. Andere certificaten als 3.2 zijn op aanvraag. Dankzij ons Certificatenbeheersysteem is het door ons geleverde materiaal volledig traceerbaar; van basismateriaal naar draadstangen tot studbolts in de verpakking. Indien gewenst kunnen we studbolts met een unieke code markeren, zodat zelfs na montage de materialen te traceren zijn. 4

7 PROFILE PERFORMANCE POSSIBILITIES A brief selection of materials: Een greep uit Specials and coatings Special fasteners is a specialty in which we have a large supplier database, each within a specific area. The materials vary from standard to highly specialized like CrMo, duplex, inconel, titanium and everything in between. For surface treatment like zinc plating, PTFE coating, Hot Dipped Galvanizing, sherardizing, aluminizing and cadmium plating, we cooperate with our solid partners. Thanks to this cooperation and our in house carrier, delivery within one week is part of our standard service. Specials en oppervlaktebehandeling Speciaalbouten is maatwerk, maar ook een specialisatie waarin we u van dienst kunnen zijn. Staalsoorten van standaard tot (zeer) bijzondere zoals CrMo, duplex, inconel, titaan en alles wat er tussen zit, zijn ons niet vreemd. Ook voor oppervlaktebehandelingen kunt u prima bij DI Fasteners terecht. Voor verzinken (electrolytisch), PTFE coatings, Hot Dipped Galvanized (thermisch verzinken), cadmium, aluminium coating en sheradiseren werken wij samen met vaste leveranciers. Our facility is equipped with high-end machinery for chamfering and marking of studs. Our qualified operators produce standard studs just as easy as custom made. For additional technical support we have a team of bolting professionals available. DI Fasteners is member of Industrial Bolting Technology and Supply Group.
