2 Context EBGL imposes TSO to submit by 6 months after entry into force T&C BRP and T&C BSP = 18/6/2018 Art 18 of EBGL imposes some aspects to be included in those T&C : For BRP, nearly* all those aspects are today in ARP contract but content of ARP contract is wider than the mandatory list. For BSP, the mandatory aspects are today either included in Balancing Rules and/or in GFAs. Content of GFAs is also wider than the mandatory list. Beginning of reflexions has been done within ELIA with aim to be compliant with EBGL and to ensure a certain degree of coherency and no overlap between documents. Nevertheless the result could vary taking into account the history and goals for each of those T&C. Important to ensure customer readability develop mapping tables providing the necessary guidance in the reorganisation of existing structure/content. 2
