Voorwerp van de erkenningsregeling II.1) Door de aanbestedende dienst aan de erkenningsregeling gegeven benaming : TR130/030 : Erkenningsregeling voor de uitvoering van in-situ bodemsanering op diverse locaties van bodemverontreiniging gerelateerd aan spoorwegactiviteiten II.2) Type opdracht en plaats van uitvoering van de werken, levering van de goederen of verlening van de diensten : Werken. II.3) Beschrijving van de werken, leveringen of diensten die door middel van de erkenningsregeling moeten worden uitgevoerd, geleverd of verleend : : Opdrachten van werken betreffende de uitvoering van in-situ bodemsanering op diverse locaties verspreid in België (voornamelijk in Vlaanderen) waar huidige en/of voormalige spoorwegactiviteiten doorgaan en/of -gingen. II.4) CPV-classificatie (gemeenschappelijke woordenlijst overheidsopdrachten) : Hoofdopdracht : Bodemsanering II.5) Opdracht valt onder de Overeenkomst inzake overheidsopdrachten (GPA) : neen.

2 Afdeling III. Juridische, economische,\e financiële en technische inlichtingen III.1) Voorwaarden voor deelneming. III.1.1) Voorwaarden voor de erkenning. Voorwaarden waaraan de ondernemingen voor hun erkenning moeten voldoen : 1 erkenning in de categorie G klasse 1 of hoger; 2 over een certificaat van "Quality Management System" volgens de normen EN ISO 9001:2000 of 2008 beschikken; 3 (enkel voor de bestekken op het Vlaams grondgebied) voldoen aan het Achilles veiligheid-, gezondheid- en milieuzorgsysteem en in het kader van dit zorgsysteem een certificaat bezitten voor bodemsaneringswerken type "standaardwerken" voor de uitvoering van standaardwerken van bodemsaneringen en/of een certificaat bezitten voor bodemsaneringswerken type "complexe in-situ saneringen" voor de uitvoering van de complexe in-situ saneringen; 4 over een V.C.A.-attest beschikken; 5 ervaring en technische bekwaamheid : voorleggen van een lijst met referenties (minimum 10) m.b.t. de werkzaamheden inzake in-situ saneringsprojecten van de afgelopen 5 jaren; 6 menselijke middelen : aanstellen van een projectleider voor de algemene coördinatie van de werken ter plaatse (technisch, financieel, administratief, communicatief...), die een diploma Burgerlijk, Bio of Industrieel Ingenieur heeft en ten minste drie jaar ervaring als projectleider saneringswerken. Methoden waarmee elk van deze voorwaarden zal worden geverifieerd : Samen met zijn kandidatuur bezorgt de kandidaat die geselecteerd wenst te worden, de bijkomende gevraagde inlichtingen in het document voor aanvraag tot deelname aan de erkenningsregeling (te downloaden op het adres van het kopersprofiel hernomen in I.1) van deze publicatie) III.1.2) Voorbehouden opdrachten : neen. IV.1.1) Gunningscriteria : Economisch meest voordelige aanbieding, gelet op de in het bestek, in de uitnodiging tot inschrijving of tot onderhandeling vermelde criteria. 3 erkenningsregeling betreft enkel het splitsen van deze erkenningsregeling in opdrachten "standaardwerken bodemsanering" en opdrachten "complexe in-situ saneringen"; de geselecteerde kandidaten zullen in functie van het certificaat van het Achilles veiligheid-, gezondheid- en milieuzorgsysteem waarover ze beschikken (standaardwerken en/of complexe in-situ sanering) voor de opdrachten uitgenodigd worden.
