Gildeweg NB BARNEVELD tot verkrijging van een toelating als bedoeld in artikel 19 van de Verordening (EU) 528/2012, voor het biocide op basis van de werkzame stof difenacoum, Sorkil-G Alternatieve handelsnamen: AgriChem Sorkil-G Somitrol-N Sorkil-G Tarwekorrels Rodtox-G Rattox-G (alleen voor professioneel gebruik) Sorkil-G Muizenkorrels (alleen voor niet-professioneel gebruik) BESLUIT HET COLLEGE als volgt: 1.1 Toepassingen De toelating van het middel Sorkil-G, welke expireert op 1 april 2014 wordt voor de in bijlage I genoemde toepassingen verlengd onder nummer 10085N. Het middel Sorkil-G wordt toegelaten als rodenticide (PT14) voor de in bijlage I genoemde toepassingen. 1.2 Expiratiedatum De toelating eindigt op 10 oktober Samenvatting van Productkenmerken (SPC) SORKIL-G N 1

2 De productkenmerken worden vastgesteld als voorzien in bijlage I bij dit besluit. Bijlage I omvat een SPC voor professioneel gebruik en een SPC voor niet-professioneel gebruik. 1.4 Samenstelling, vorm en verpakking De toelating geldt uitsluitend voor het middel in de samenstelling, vorm en de verpakking als waarvoor de toelating is verleend. 1.5 Gebruik Het middel mag slechts worden gebruikt met inachtneming van de in bijlage I onder punt 3 weergegeven toepassingen en volgens de in punt 5 weergegeven gebruiksvoorschriften. 1.6 Classificatie, verpakking en etikettering De classificatie, verpakking en etikettering op basis van art 69 van de verordening bevat de informatie zoals weergegeven in bijlage I bij dit besluit. P301 + P310 NA INSLIKKEN: Onmiddellijk een ANTIGIFCENTRUM of een arts raadplegen. 1.7 Motivering Voor de gronden van dit besluit wordt verwezen naar bijlage II bij dit besluit. 1.8 Opgebruik- en aflevertermijn Op grond van artikel 52 van Verordening EU 528/2012 mag het middel Sorkil-G voor niet meer toegelaten toepassingen: 1. voor de periode van 28 maart 2014 tot 28 maart 2015 nog worden gebruikt en in voorraad of voorhanden worden gehouden; 2. voor de periode van 28 maart 2014 tot 28 september 2014 nog op de markt worden gebracht. 3 2 DETAILS VAN DE AANVRAAG EN TOELATING 2.1 Aanvraag Het betreft een aanvraag tot herregistratie van een toelating op basis van wederzijdse erkenning van de Franse toelatingen FR (professioneel) en FR (nietprofessioneel) van het middel Sorkil-G (10085N), een middel op basis van de werkzame stof difenacoum. Het middel wordt toegelaten als middel ter bestrijding van bruine ratten en muizen in afgesloten ruimten voor professioneel gebruik en als middel ter bestrijding van muizen in afgesloten ruimten voor niet-professioneel gebruik. 2.2 Informatie met betrekking tot de stof Er zijn in Nederland reeds andere middelen op basis van de werkzame stof difenacoum toegelaten. De werkzame stof difenacoum is bij Richtlijn 2008/81/EC, dd 29 juli 2008 van de Europese Commissie opgenomen in Bijlage I van Richtlijn 98/8/EG. 2.3 Karakterisering van het middel Sorkil-G is a blue turquoise grain ready-to-use rodenticide based on the active substance difenacoum. Anticoagulants rodenticides disrupt the blood-clotting mechanisms. Signs of poisoning in rodents are those associated with an increased tendency to bleed, leading ultimately to profuse haemorrhage. After feeding on bait containing the active substance for 2-3 days the animal becomes lethargic and slow moving. Signs of bleeding are often noticeable and blood may be seen around the nose and anus. As symptoms develop, the animal will lose its appetite and will remain in its burrow or nest for increasingly long periods of time. As the active substance has a long acting action, death will usually occur within 3-11 days of ingesting a lethal dose and animals often die out of sight in their nest or burrow. 2.4 Voorgeschiedenis De aanvraag is op 13 januari 2014 ontvangen; op 20 december 2013 zijn de verschuldigde aanvraagkosten ontvangen. 2.5 Eindconclusie Bij gebruik volgens de voorschriften is het middel Sorkil-G op basis van de werkzame stof difenacoum voldoende werkzaam en heeft het geen schadelijke uitwerking op de gezondheid van de mens en het milieu. Degene wiens belang rechtstreeks bij dit besluit is betrokken kan gelet op artikel 4 van Bijlage 2 bij de Algemene wet bestuursrecht en artikel 7:1, eerste lid, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht, binnen zes weken na de dag waarop dit besluit bekend is gemaakt een bezwaarschrift indienen bij: het College voor de toelating van gewasbeschermingsmiddelen en biociden (Ctgb), Postbus 217, 6700 AE WAGENINGEN. Het Ctgb heeft niet de mogelijkheid van het elektronisch indienen van een bezwaarschrift opengesteld. Instructions for use Professioneel gebruik ter bestrijding van bruine ratten en huismuizen Sorkil-G is verpakt als losse lokaaskorrels of lokaaskorrels in zakjes tegen bruine ratten en huismuizen. Elk zakje bevat 25 gram lokaas. Het zakje waarin Sorkil-G zich bevindt niet openen de knaagdieren eten hier doorheen. De lokaasdozen uitzetten op plaatsen waar de bruine ratten of huismuizen geregeld komen: in de nabijheid van holingangen, op looppaden (sporen!), in verborgen ruimten zoals verlaagde plafonds en op plaatsen waar de dieren voedsel halen of knagen. Het middel dient gedurende een aantal dagen in voldoende mate te worden gegeten door bruine ratten of huismuizen. Tijdens een bestrijdingsactie dient zo weinig mogelijk additioneel voedsel beschikbaar te zijn. Het gebruik van dit middel is alleen toegestaan indien het een onderdeel vormt van een integrated pest management systeem (IPM). Het middel mag niet preventief gebruikt worden. Controleer de eerste opname na 3 dagen en vervolgens regelmatig op basis van opname (wekelijks of elke 14 dagen). Vervang verdwenen lokaas. Middel dat beschimmeld of verontreinigd is totaal vervangen. Indien bij een lokaaspunt alle lokaas verdwenen is, onmiddellijk lokaas bijvullen en meer lokaaspunten inrichten en/of de controlefrequentie verhogen. Het lokaas verversen tot er in het geheel geen opname meer plaatsvindt. In de meeste gevallen zal de bestrijding met behulp van dit middel binnen 35 dagen voltooid zijn. Indien na 35 dagen nog activiteit van huismuizen en/of bruine ratten wordt waargenomen, moet de mogelijk oorzaak hiervan worden onderzocht en maatregelen worden getroffen. Verder de nodige maatregelen (laten) treffen in het belang van rat- en muiswering (ingangen afdichten, mogelijk voer verwijderen, etc.). Indien in naburige ruimten ook bruine ratten of huismuizen en voedselbronnen aanwezig zijn, zullen de resultaten slechts blijvend zijn, wanneer ook deze bij het IPM proces worden betrokken. Voor de werkzame stof aanwezig in het middel, difenacoum, is er een risico dat muizen of ratten resistentie ontwikkelen. Gebruik dit middel daarom niet in gevallen dat resistentie waarschijnlijk is, bijvoorbeeld in gevallen dat vorige bestrijdingsacties met difenacoum bevattende middelen niet hebben geresulteerd in een duidelijke vermindering van de populatie Particulars of likely direct or indirect effects, first aid instructions and emergency measures to protect the environment Plaats het lokaas in lokaasdozen buiten bereik van andere dieren (bijvoorbeeld vogels, zoogdieren, huis- of landbouwdieren) en kinderen. 9 Sorkil - G Katten en honden tijdens een bestrijdingsactie extra goed voeren. Draag geschikte ademhalingbescherming bij het afschenken van losse lokaaskorrels. Gebruik een schepje bij het vullen van lokaasdoosjes met losse lokaaskorrels. De lokaasdozen niet toepassen in de buurt van waterafvoersystemen waar het middel met water in contact kan komen. Na gebruik handen wassen. Houdt dit etiket beschikbaar wanneer medisch advies wordt ingewonnen. In geval van nood contact opnemen met een dokter. Tegengif: Vitamine K1 (onder medische begeleiding) Instructions for safe disposal of the product and its packaging Uiterlijk 6 weken nadat de opname van lokaas gestopt is, de resten van het lokaas verzamelen en veilig verwijderen als gevaarlijk afval (cf. Het zakje niet openen de knaagdieren eten hier doorheen. Plaats de lokaasdoosjes buiten bereik van andere dieren (bijvoorbeeld vogels, zoogdieren, huisdieren) en kinderen. De lokaasdoosjes uitzetten op plaatsen waar muizen geregeld komen: in de nabijheid van holingangen, op looppaden (sporen!), in verborgen ruimten zoals verlaagde plafonds en op plaatsen waar de dieren voedsel halen of knagen. Tijdens een bestrijdingsactie dient zo weinig mogelijk ander voedsel voor muizen beschikbaar te zijn. Het zakje niet openen de knaagdieren eten hier doorheen. Plaats het lokaaszakje in hiervoor geschikte lokaasdoosjes buiten bereik van andere dieren (bijvoorbeeld vogels, zoogdieren, huisdieren) en kinderen. De lokaasdoosjes uitzetten op plaatsen waar muizen geregeld komen: in de nabijheid van holingangen, op looppaden (sporen!), in verborgen ruimten zoals verlaagde plafonds en op plaatsen waar de dieren voedsel halen of knagen. Katten en honden tijdens een bestrijdingsactie extra goed voeren. Houd dit etiket beschikbaar wanneer medisch advies wordt ingewonnen. In geval van nood contact opnemen met een dokter. 23 2.2.3 Proposal for the classification and labelling of the formulation concerning the environment No classification is required based on the environmental properties of the product based on both 1999/45/EC and Reg (EC) 1272/ Physico/chemical properties and analytical methods For the assessment of the physical and chemical properties we refer to Product Assessment Report of the original authorisation. 2.4 Risk assessment for Physico-chemical properties For the risk assessment for physico-chemical properties we refer to Product Assessment Report of the original authorisation. 2.5 Effectiveness against target organisms For the assessment of the effectiveness against target organisms we refer to the Product Assessment Report of the original authorisation by the RMS France (SORKIL G GRAINS, March 2013). The conclusions of the RMS are acceptable. Post-authorisation requirements: In the Product Assessment Report by the RMS France it is stated that: In the absence of supporting data on Rattus rattus, suitable information (as a field test) demonstrating the efficacy against black rats of SORKIL G GRAINS (= Sorkil-G in NL) will need to be provided in support of the authorisation. The CMS NL has the specific requirement that for a claim against rats (i.e. brown and black rats) efficacy against both brown and black rats should be provided. In NL it is not acceptable to provide efficacy data against Rattus rattus (black rats) post-authorisation. Furthermore it is stated that a monitoring of the resistance phenomenon of rodent populations toward the active substance difenacoum and resistant strategies management must be put in place. The collected information must be sent every 2 years to the Anses within the framework of a post-authorization monitoring. The CMS NL does not have such an extended resistance monitoring system in place. The CMS NL is therefore of the opinion that such a post-authorization requirement cannot be enforced upon the (professional) users of this product in NL The label claim The applicant has provided three Dutch labels; one for 25 g sachets and loose grain bait for use in bait stations against mice and rats for professional users, one for ready-to-use bait stations prefilled with one 25 g sachet against mice for non-professionals and one for loose 25 g sachets for use in bait stations against mice for non-professionals. These have been adapted to the standard format of the SPC. Target species According to the PAR, the organisms claimed to be controlled are rats and mice. For this product, no efficacy studies were provided against black rats whereas this is a specific requirement for a claim against rats in NL (see also post-authorisation requirements). Therefore, this product in NL is only authorised for use against brown rats and mice.

24 Outdoor use According to the PAR/SPC this product is intended for use indoors and outdoors around buildings. However, authorisation for this product in NL is only allowed for indoor use due to national policy. Efficacy against mice and rats resistant to other anticoagulants The applicant provided Dutch labels on which efficacy against mice and rats resistant to other anticoagulants among which warfarin is claimed. This claim is not mentioned in the PAR and is not substantiated by the studies provided. Therefore, this claim is removed from the labels. Dose According to the PAR, for rat infestations g and for mice infestations 25-30g of bait needs to be placed per bait point. The CMS NL is of the opinion (based on expert opinion) that the minimum application rate for rodenticides should be 100g for rats and 30 g for mice. As the products is placed in a 25 g sachet with bait and comparable doses were used in the field tests for this product a dose of 1 sachet (or g of loose bait) will be allowed for use against mice. For rats, the dose has been adapted to 4-8 sachets or grams per bait point for rats. Comparable doses were used in the field tests. Distance between bait stations According to the PAR, the distance between bait points for high and low infestations of rats is 15 m and for mice 3 m. The CMS NL is of the opinion (based on expert opinion) that these distances are too high for high infestations of rats and mice. The distances have been adapted to 5-15m for rats and 1-3 m for mice. 2.6 Exposure assessment Description of the intended use(s) For the description of the intended uses(s) we refer to Product Assessment Report of the original authorisation Assessment of exposure to humans For the assessment of the exposure to humans we refer to Product Assessment Report of the original authorisation. The formulation Sorkil-G contains 0.005% difenacoum as an active substance and is intended for the use against rats and mice inside buildings (PT14). The formulation is a grain bait supplied as a loose grain (for professional use only) in the packs of 800 g 25 kg, in protective polyethylene or polypropylene sachets (professional and non-professional use) or as prefilled bait boxes (non-professional use only). The weight of one sachet is 25 g. The intended doses are g bait for the use against rats and 25 g bait for the use against mice. The Product Assessment Report (PAR) was prepared by the RMS France. Difenacoum is an existing active substance, included in the Union List of Approved Substances under Regulation 528/2012/EC. The classification and labelling of difenacoum in the PAR is identical to classification and labelling of difenacoum in the final CAR of difenacoum (2009, RMS Finland). For difenacoum also specific concentration limits were set in May 2007 by the Technical Committee on Classification and Labelling of Dangerous Substances, which were also included in the final Assessment Report on difenacoum. These specific concentration limits are however not included in the PAR by the RMS.

25 The applicant has submitted acute dermal toxicity study, skin and eye irritation and skin sensitization study with another grain bait product containing 0.005% difenacoum. All the ingredients in two formulations were identical with comparable concentrations, except for the cereal which was replaced with a slight increase by whole wheat. The studies on acute dermal toxicity, skin and eye irritation were found acceptable by the RMS France. For skin sensitization, a non-radioactive LLNA using cell counting was submitted. The method is currently not validated, therefore the study was not accepted by the RMS. Based on the results of these studies, the formulation Sorkil-G does not need to be classified for acute dermal toxicity (LD50 > 2000 mg/kg bw and is considered to be not irritating to skin and eyes. The evaluation of the RMS is accepted by the Ctgb. For dermal absorption, a study with a pellet bait containing 0.005% difenacoum using human skin in vitro was provided. The pellet bait was applied to 6 replicates of the moistened human skin at the concentration of 20.4 µg difenacoum/cm 2 for 8 hours, followed by a skin wash, and the absorption was measured for a further 16 hours period (24 hours in total). The results are presented in Table T.1.: Table T.1.: in vitro human dermal absorption study with pellet bait containing 0.005% difenacoum. The results of the stratum corneum tape strips were pooled, therefore the total amount in stratum corneum was considered to be potentially absorbed. As the standard deviation was 25% of the mean values for several compartments, the standard deviations were added to the mean values in accordance with the EFSA Guidance on dermal absorption (2012). 1 However, the Ctgb disagrees with the derived value, as the amount of the substance in the remaining skin and in the receptor fluid was not considered by the RMS. The total potentially absorbed dose should be derived as the amount of the substance in the donor chamber, receptor fluid, remaining skin and stratum corneum and is equal to 0.056%. This value will be used by the Ctgb in the risk assessment. For difenacoum the AEL acute, medium- and long-term of 1.1 x 10-6 mg/kg bw/day has been derived in the CAR. The same AEL was used in the risk assessment of Sorkil-G performed by the RSM France. This is considered acceptable by the Ctgb. Professional exposure 1 EFSA Guidance on dermal absorption. 26 The exposure assessment was conducted based on the operator exposure study of Chambers and Snowdon (2004) 2 in which the exposure of a professional operator during the loading of the grain bait into the bait box using a scoop and subsequent cleaning of the bait box was determined. The indicative exposure per loading of one bait box with 200 g of loose grain bait was 2.04 mg biocidal product on hands. For cleaning of the bait boxes the indicative value of 3.79 mg biocidal products on hands was derived in the Chambers and Snowdon (2004) 1 study. The loading of 63 bait boxes per day and cleaning of 16 bait boxes per day was considered by the RMS France in agreement with the HEEG Opinion on the harmonization of the number of manipulations in the assessment of rodenticides (2010) agreed at TM III This is considered acceptable by the Ctgb. Based on this the following exposure estimates are derived: Total amount of biocidal product on hands for 63 loading and 16 cleaning operations: 2.04 x x 16 = mg Corrected for 0.005% difenacoum and 0.056% dermal absorption and considering 60 kg body weight for a professional user this results in the systemic exposure to difenacoum of: x 0.005% x 0.056% / 60 = 8.8 x 10-8 mg/kg bw/day. It should be noted that the use of a scoop for the filling of bait boxes was considered in the risk assessment. Therefore as a precaution the following sentence will be added to the SPC: Use a scoop to fill the bait boxes. Furthermore, the formulation is supplied in packs of 800 g - 25 kg. It is presumed that in case of packaging above 10 kg a professional user will need to decant the portions of 3 kg of bait from a > 10 kg pack into a plastic bucket before filling the baits. During the decanting both dermal and inhalation exposure will occur. The indicative inhalation exposure during the decanting was derived based on the Chambers and Snowdon (2004) 1 study and was 9.62 mg/m 3. The RMS has performed the calculation of the total amount of bait which needs to be decanted by considering that 63 bait boxes will need to be filled with 200 g biocidal product each. In order to feel 63 bait boxes with 200 g bait each, the total amount of the product which needs to be decanted is (63 x 200 =)12600 g = 12.6 kg. The RMS assumed the duration of 3 minutes per 3 kg decanted product; respectively, exposure duration of 15 minutes was considered for decanting of 12.6 kg product. This is considered acceptable by the Ctgb. The indicative dermal exposure during decanting operations was mg biocidal product on hands based on the study of Chambers and Snowdon (2004). Considering that 12.6 kg product needs to be decanted and 3 kg product will be decanted per 1 time, the total amount of biocidal product on hands is (52.34x12.6/3=) mg. Considering 0.005% difenacoum in the formulation, 0.56% dermal absorption and 60 kg body weight, the following systemic exposure to difenacoum is calculated: x 0.005% x 0.056% / 60 = 1.0 x 10-7 mg/kg bw/day For inhalation exposure, considering 100% inhalation absorption, breathing rate of 1.25 m 3 /h and 15 minutes exposure duration, the total amount of inhaled biocidal product is: 9.62 x 15 x 1.25 x 100% / 60 = 3.0 mg biocidal product Corrected for 0.005% difenacoum and 60 kg professional user body weight, this corresponds to (3.0 x 0.005% / 60 = ) 2.5 x 10-6 mg/kg bw/day difenacoum 2 Chambers JG, Snowdon PJ. 27 In summary, the total systemic exposure following (12.6/3 =) 4.2 decanting operations per day, loading of 63 bait boxes and cleaning of 16 bait boxes is: 2.5 x x x 10-7 = 2.7 x 10-6 mg/kg bw/day difenacoum If this value is compared with the AEL of 1.1 x 10-6 mg/kg bw/day, the resulting risk index is (2.7 x 10-6 /1.1 x 10-6 =) Based on this, adverse systemic effects from systemic exposure to difenacoum cannot be excluded for unprotected professional user during the use of Sorkil-G as a loose grain bait. The use of respiratory protective equipment (during the decanting phase) will result in 90% reduction of respiratory exposure. Respectively, the following exposure estimates are derived: 2.5 x 10-6 / x x 10-7 = 4.4 x 10-7 mg/kg bw/day By comparing this value with AEL of 1.1 x 10-6 mg/kg bw/day, the resulting risk index of (4.4 x 10-7 /1.1 x 10-6 =) 0.40 is derived. Therefore no adverse effects from exposure to difenacoum are expected for protected (respiratory protective equipment) professional user due to the application of Sorkil-G as a loose grain bait against rats and mice. The RMS France has also considered the application of Sorkil-G grain bait in protective sachets. Due to the sachets no exposure will occur during the loading phase, therefore only the exposure during the cleaning phase needs to be estimated. Based on the indicative value of 3.79 mg biocidal products on hands derived from the study of Chambers and Snowdon (2004) 1, the resulting exposure in case of 16 cleaning operations is: 3.79 x 16 = mg biocidal product on hands Correcting this value for 0.005% difenacoum, 0.056% dermal absorption and 60 kg professional user body weight, the resulting systemic exposure to difenacoum is: x 0.005% x 0.056% / 60 = 2.8 x 10-8 mg/kg bw/day. If this value is compared with the AEL of 1.1 x 10-6 mg/kg bw/day, the resulting risk index is (2.8 x 10-8 /1.1 x 10-6 =) Based on this, no adverse systemic effects from systemic exposure to difenacoum are expected for unprotected professional user during the use of Sorkil-G grain bait supplied in protective sachets. Non-professional exposure The exposure assessment for non-professional users was conducted based on the same operator exposure study of Chambers and Snowdon (2004) 1, but considering 5 loading and 5 cleaning operations per day in accordance with the HEEG Opinion on the harmonization of the number of manipulations in the assessment of rodenticides (2010) agreed at TM III As non-professional use against rats is forbidden in the Netherlands by the national specific policy, only the use against mice is considered. As the grain is pre-packaged in protective sachets for non-professional user, the exposure during the loading phase is considered to be negligible. Afterwards the packaging will be damaged by rodents and exposure to the biocidal product may occur during the cleaning phase. Therefore only exposure during the cleaning phase needs to be considered. Based on the study of Chambers and Snowdon (2004) 1 the amount of product on fingers/hands during the cleaning was 3.79 mg for the assessment of more than 4 manipulations per day and 4.52 mg for the assessment of up to 4 manipulations per day. Considering 5 cleaning manipulations per day for non-professional user, the total amount of biocidal product on hands is: 3.79 x 5 = mg biocidal product

28 Corrected for 0.005% difenacoum and 0.056% dermal absorption and considering 60 kg body weight for a non-professional user this results in the systemic exposure to difenacoum of: x 0.005% x 0.056% / 60 = 8.8 x 10-9 mg/kg bw/day. If this value is compared with the AEL of 1.1 x 10-6 mg/kg bw/day, the resulting risk index is (8.8 x 10-9 /1.1 x 10-6 =) <0.01. Based on this, no adverse systemic effects from systemic exposure to difenacoum are expected for unprotected professional user during the use of Sorkil-G grain bait in protective sachets against mice. Secondary exposure The RMS France considered a secondary exposure of a child ingesting a poisonous bait. The RMS has performed a reverse reference calculation to estimate the amount of bait need to be consumed by a 10 kg child to exceed the AEL. The oral absorption of 68% was used for difenacoum based on the CAR. This is considered acceptable by the Ctgb. Considering the body weight of 10 kg, the concentration of difenacoum of 0.005% and the oral absorption of 68%, the total amount of bait that needs to be ingested to reach the AEL is: 1.1 x 10-6 x 10/(0.005% x 68%) = 0.32 mg. This indicates that infants are at significant risk of poisoning. Therefore the following restrictions need to be included on the label: - Keep out of the reach of children (P102) - Prevent access to bait by children, domesticated animals and pets, (particularly cats, dogs and pigs). When these risk management measures are taken into consideration, the risk of secondary exposure for children is considered to be mitigated. 2.7 Risk assessment for human health For the risk assessment for human health we refer to Product Assessment Report of the original authorisation. Based on the risk assessment no adverse effects from exposure to difenacoum are expected for protected (respiratory protective equipment) professional user during the application of Sorkil-G supplied as a loose grain bait for the control of rats and mice. As a precaution the following sentence should be added to the label: Use a scoop to fill the bait boxes. Based on the risk assessment no adverse effects from exposure to difenacoum are expected for unprotected professional user during the application of Sorkil-G bait grain supplied in protective sachets for the control of rats and mice. Based on the risk assessment no adverse effects from exposure to difenacoum are expected for unprotected non-professional user during the application of Sorkil-G bait grain supplied in protective sachets for the control of mice. Based on the risk assessment adverse effects from secondary exposure to difenacoum cannot be excluded for an infant incidentally swallowing the bait. Therefore the following precautionary phrases should be added to the product label: - Keep out of the reach of children (P102) - Prevent access to bait by children, domesticated animals and pets, (particularly cats, dogs and pigs).
