Important information We were lucky and happy to plan this extra race again, but.. Our raceweek is scheduled between two busy weekends. At Monday oct 6th 2014 the race- and trainingsslope will be open for limited lanes, please send if you want that extra day. Arrival is possible from Sunday 5th of october 2014, but you can only freeride on Sunday. Official training is on Tuesday and Wednesday. Departure is on Friday because of the weekend afterwards. Late checkout is not possible, we try to keep the waxcabins at ;ate checkout, so you can keep luggage there. If you do NOT stay in the Snowworld Landgraaf Hotel, you have to pay 30 EUR per person per raceday or trainingday extra for the use of the special slope. Program / Schedule Official arrival Monday Oct 6th, Raceoffice open from and check in all day. (Limited training possible) Training day 1 Tuesday Oct 7th Training day 2 Wednesday Oct 8th FIS NC PSL Thursday Oct 9th FIS PSL and departure Friday Oct 10th (early race as possible!) Again, mainly only departure possible on Friday 10 th, please contact hotel reservations for details if you want to stay longer. I will organize the race as early as possible for easy travelling afterwards! I have some suggestions, drive 5 hrs aftre the race to a F1 hotel halfway or drive all the way home with two drivers, which should be good with earlier finish. 2

3 Official training The training on both Tuesday and Wednesday will be in different slots, I will divide the courses. We have enough room, so you can do 2 trainings a day. If you want to have a certain time and spot, please send an extra to pepijnvanschijndel@gmail.com and I will plan you when possible. You can download it at the FIS site here and it will be used for both HOTEL AND ENTRY. Fill out as complete as possible! (Try to give a short list extra of names together for a room when possible) Please when possible make a preliminary entry and reservation before end of august to make sure you have accomodation! The competition entry itself will be closed at friday Oct 3rd But again, be earlier to have accomodation! 4 Inschrijving en reservering NEDERLANDSE TEAMS Schrijf je in voor de WEDSTRIJDEN via jouw club of, zodat het wedstrijdsecretariaat niet elke keer een gewijzigde inschrijving hoeft te doen. Je kunt altijd contact opnemen met jouw club als je vragen daarover hebt, individuele deelnemers kunnen met Carla Redegeld bij de NskiV contact opnemen! Let op! We hebben een speciale deal voor accommodatie. Als je daar geen gebruik van wenst te maken moet je per dag (zowel op trainingsals racedagen) 30 EUR extra betalen voor het pisteprogramma, ook als je een jaarkaart hebt. Gebruikmaking van het Snowworld Landgraaf Hotel voorkomt de hele hoge pistehuur, waardoor de wedstrijd anderts niet door zou gaan! Hotelreserveringen kunnen direct bij Snowworld zelf, schrijf je mail aan en CC met als mailonderwerp FIS SB Slalom Reserveer wel als het kan met meerdere op een kamer, we hebben maar een beperkt aantal kamers en willen graag dat zoveel mogelijk atleten mee kunnen doen. We will ask 50 EUR deposit per team for the bibs. NOTE! If you do NOT sleep in the Snowworld Landgraaf Hotel, you have to pay 30 EUR per person per raceday or trainingday extra for the pisteprogram! Eligible are alle competitors mentioned by the national racing association. The names of the competitors, the officials and their coaches have to be mentioned on the entry form. In addition we ask to obey the rules of the IWO. 4

5 Accomodation The All-Inclusive deal is 92,50 EUR per person per night with two or more persons per room excl 2,50 EUR tourist tax at Snowworld Landgraaf Hotel, all based on availability of course. We have a maximum number of rooms blocked, so please be quick. We provide a single room for the trainer for the same price when necessary. Multiple staff will be asked to share rooms too, so we have as much rooms as possible available during this busy week. Thank you for understanding.
