5 Wedstrijdreglement GP Sprint Elite, junioren en Nieuwelingen Event Regulations GP Sprint Elite (men/women) juniors(women) and <17 PROGRAMM Friday April uur: Mogelijkheid infietsen op de wielerbaan / Allowed to ride on the Velodrome uur: Kwalificatie 200m 3 ½ ronde / Qualification 200m 3 ½ lap Classified on time after 200 meters: 3 riders in the each heat Sprints all heats First rider of a heat promotes Last rider of a heat degrades There will be 3 heats for every participater Keirin Six riders in each race. From the bottom to the top classified Puntentelleing Voor de tijdrit, de eindstand sprint en keirin worden punten toegekend. Voor de nummer 1 één punten nummer 2 twee punten enz. De einduitslag geldt over de 3 onderdelen. Bij gelijkheid in punten is de uitslag van de sprint doorslaggevend. There will be points for teh time trial, ein qualification of the sprint and keirin. For the number 1 one point, the number 2 two points and so on. If after this 3 races (time trial, sprint and keirin) the point are equal the sprint is leading for the endresults. Rugnummers / bodynumbers Vanaf 17h00: ophalen (en inleveren) op het middenterrein. From 17h00: one hour before first competition: infield. Het sprintwedstrijd wordt verreden onder reglementen van de UCI/KNWU. Dit aanvullend reglement is eveneens van toepassing en doorslaggevend ingeval van dispuut. The International contest will be run under the auspices and according the regulations, decisions, conditions and instructions of the UCI/KNWU. Artikel 2. Het onder Titel XlV opgevoerde Antidoping Controle Reglement is van toepassing. De controlelocatie is gevestigd in het Omnisport Apeldoorn. The Antidoping Controle Rules (title XIV) is applicable. The control location is in Omnisport Apeldoorn. Artikel 3. Het KNWU straffenbarema is van toepassing. The KNWU penalty scale is the only one which is applicable. Artikel 4. De in het Sportpaleis Alkmaar gelegen geheel overdekte houten baan is 250 meter lang. The track in Sportpaleis Alkmaar is 250m. Artikel 5. Juryvergaderingen / meeting jury and teammanagers meeting Meetingroom / Vergaderruimte: Bestuurskamer w.v. Alcmaria Victrix Teammanagers meeting: 17h30 Bij de uitgifte rugnummers op het middenterrein Jury meeting: 17h00

8 Artikel 6. Deelname aan de sprintwedstrijd staat open voor: mannen, vrouwen, junior-mannen, junior-vrouwen, nieuwelingen-jongens en nieuwelingen-meisjes. Ook buitenlandse deelnemers worden toegelaten. Participation in the GP Sprint competition is open for: men, women, junior-men, juniorwomen and boys and girls <17. Foreign participants are admitted. Inschrijving en deelname Sprintwedstrijd / Participation GP Sprint: Artikel 7. Iedereen die aan de sprintwedstrijd 21 apr. wil deelnemen dient tijdig,15 april 2012, in te schrijven via Mijn KNWU. The participation is possible for Elite riders (men-women) and Junior/<17 riders. Entries KNWU: before October 11th 7.1 Afschrijvingen kunnen uitsluitend gedaan worden aan: baansport@knwu.nl 7.1 Cancellations can only be done by to: baansport@knwu.nl Artikel 8. Presentatie voor de start / Presentation before the start De renner(s) dienen zich tenminste 5 minuten voor de start bij de juiste startplaats met wedstrijdfiets aan te bieden. Na controle van de fiets mag deze het startgebied niet meer verlaten. The participants must report themself at least 5 minutes before the start with his/her bike. After checking the bike it is not allowed to leave the starting area. Artikel 9. Tot het Rennerskwartier op het middenterrein van de baan hebben uitsluitend toegang: - De deelnemende renners; - Geaccrediteerde begeleiders (dit zijn uitsluitend gelicentieerde trainers, soigneurs, mecanicien of sportartsen of begeleiders waarvan vastgesteld kan worden dat zij daadwerkelijk functioneren als de hiervoor genoemde begeleider). Access to the infield only allowed for: - Participants; - Accredited team-employees.

9 Artikel 10. In het parc-fermé (rennerskwartier) is het nuttigen van alcoholische dranken verboden. It is not allowed to use alcoholic drinks at the parc-fermé. Artikel 11. Renners waarvan begeleidende personen zonder geldige accreditatie niet voldoen aan het verzoek om het parc-fermé (rennerskwartier) of middenterrein te verlaten, worden van verdere deelname aan de wedstrijden uitgesloten. Riders whose accompanying person at the infield has not a valid team-employee card, and who will not leave the infield after a request, will excluded from further participation in the contests. Artikel 12. Vrijwaringsclausule / Safeguarding clause GP Sprint 21 april 2012 Sportpaleis Alkmaar, de KNWU, alsmede andere bij de organisatie betrokkenen, kunnen niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor enige schade en/of ongevallen, opgelopen dan wel veroorzaakt door deelname aan -en/of bijwonen van de sprintwedstrijd in Sportpaleis Alkmaar op 20 april In no event the municipality of Alkmaar, Sportpaleis Alkmaar, the KNWU, as well as other parties involved in the organization, may be held responsible for any damage or accidents, sustained or caused by participating or attending the GP Sprint, April Artikel 13. Onvoorzien: In die gevallen waar het reglement niet in voorziet, beslist in wedstrijdtechnische aangelegenheden het college van wedstrijdcommissarissen in samenwerking met de organisatie. Unforeseen: In those events in which the regulations not supply, the commissaries panel, in conjunction with the organization, will decide.
