1 DESIGNERS PIET BOON Piet Boon is in 193 opgericht door de internationaal gerenommeerde Nederlandse ontwerper en ambachtsman met dezelfde naam. De internationale designstudio heeft zich ontwikkeld tot een internationaal luxury lifestyle merk met private, corporate en commerciële klanten in 46 landen over de hele wereld. Piet Boon (195) begon zijn carrière als aannemer en als ambachtelijk vakman met een voorliefde voor natuurlijke materialen en bijzondere details. Hij ontdekte dat hij zijn visie pas ten volle kon realiseren als hij zich met het totaalconcept kon bezighouden. Al vrij snel verlegde hij bij zijn ontwerpen de focus naar functionaliteit, comfort, tijdloosheid en duurzaamheid. Dit heeft geresulteerd in een internationaal portfolio van klanten en projecten. In 196 werd zijn vrouw Karin Meyn (1961) zakenpartner en creatief directeur. Samen geven Piet Boon en Karin Meyn leiding aan een dynamisch en internationaal team van architecten, ontwerpers, stylisten en ambachtelijke vaklieden.
