Dankzij uw donatie (hierna: Donatie) en/of de aanschaf van het The Unknown Runner T-Shirt (hierna: T-Shirt) helpt u ons - A COW SAYS MOO, gevestigd te Amsterdam (KvK-nummer: ) - het project The Unknown Runner te kunnen realiseren. Indien u het T-Shirt aanschaft zijn hierop de Algemene Voorwaarden bij aanschaf T-Shirt van toepassing te vinden op pagina 1 t/m 4 van dit document. Indien u een Donatie doet zijn hierop de Algemene Voorwaarden bij Donatie van toepassing, te vinden op pagina 5 en 6 van dit document. Wij wijzen u erop dat u wordt geacht de op u van toepassing zijnde Algemene Voorwaarden goed door te lezen. Door het plaatsen van een vinkje bij I agree with the terms & conditions voordat de overeenkomst op afstand wordt aangegaan, geeft u aan de Algemene Voorwaarden te hebben gelezen en hiermee akkoord te zijn. ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN BIJ AANSCHAF T-SHIRT 1. TOEPASSELIJKHEID VOORWAARDEN 1.1 Deze algemene verkoop-, leverings- en betalingsvoorwaarden betreffende de aanschaf van het The Unknown Runner T-Shirt (hierna: Algemene Voorwaarden bij aanschaf T-Shirt ) zijn van toepassing indien U (hierna: de Koper) een of meerdere T-Shirt(s) aanschaft via de website com, de website de website of de website www. unknownrunner.nl (hierna gezamenlijk aan te duiden als: de Websites) of via The Unknown Runner-app (hierna: de App). De Algemene Voorwaarden bij aanschaf T-Shirt maken deel uit van de koopovereenkomst die tot stand komt bij de aanschaf van het T-Shirt. De Algemene Voorwaarden worden aan de Koper op zodanige wijze ter beschikking gesteld, dat deze door hem/haar op een eenvoudige wijze kunnen worden opgeslagen op een gegevensdrager. 1.2 Ieder afwijkend beding, of aanvulling of wijziging van de Algemene Voorwaarden bij aanschaf T-Shirt bindt A COW SAYS MOO niet, tenzij deze uitdrukkelijk en schriftelijk en voor iedere transactie afzonderlijk vooraf schriftelijk is overeengekomen. 1.3 De toepasselijkheid van eventuele algemene voorwaarden van de Koper wordt door A COW SAYS MOO uitdrukkelijk afgewezen. 1.4 A COW SAYS MOO behoudt zich het recht voor de Algemene Voorwaarden bij aanschaf T-Shirt te allen tijde te wijzigen en/of aan te vullen, indien en voor zover gewijzigde omstandigheden een dergelijke aanpassing rechtvaardigt. De meest actuele tekst van de Algemene Voorwaarden bij aanschaf T-Shirt is te raadplegen op de Websites. 1.5 Kennelijke verschrijvingen op de Websites en/of de App zijn niet bindend voor A COW SAYS MOO. 2. TOTSTANDKOMING OVEREENKOMST 2.1 De overeenkomst komt uitsluitend tot stand door ontvangst en aanvaarding door A COW SAYS MOO van het door de Koper op correcte wijze ingevulde bestelformulier en slechts indien de betaling zoals bedoeld in artikel 5 door A COW SAYS MOO is ontvangen. (A COW SAYS MOO aanvaardt de overeenkomst door toezending van een orderbevestiging aan de Koper). 2.2 Koper verklaart ten minste 18 jaar of ouder te zijn.

HERROEPING 3.1 Koper is gerechtigd de overeenkomst met betrekking tot de koop van een T-Shirt binnen zeven (7) dagen zonder opgave van redenen schriftelijk (waaronder (maar niet beperkt tot) per brief of ) herroepen. De termijn vangt aan nadat Koper de orderbevestiging van A COW SAYS MOO heeft ontvangen. De schriftelijke herroeping dient in ieder geval te bevatten: - uw naam; - adres; - de orderbevestiging; - de opmerking dat u de koopovereenkomst wilt ontbinden. 3.2 De herroeping dient te worden gestuurd aan A COW SAYS MOO, Duivendrechtsekade 85 A, 1096 AJ Amsterdam of per naar info@acowsaysmoo.nl. 3.3 Indien er sprake is van een rechtsgeldige herroeping zal A COW SAYS MOO binnen dertig (30) dagen na ontvangst van de schriftelijke herroeping van Koper het aankoopbedrag terugbetalen aan Koper en zal Koper het T-Shirt in goede staat retourneren aan A COW SAYS MOO. 4. PRIJZEN EN LEVERING 4.1 Alle op de Websites en/of in de App genoemde prijzen zijn weergegeven in Euro s en zijn inclusief BTW. De prijs van het T-Shirt bedraagt 35,- inclusief BTW en exclusief verzendkosten. 4.2 Levering geschiedt op het door de Koper op het bestelformulier aangegeven adres, tenzij schriftelijk anders overeengekomen. 4.3 Levering geschiedt op basis van de door Koper op het bestelformulier geselecteerde wijze van verzending. Koper heeft keuze tussen standaard verzending (kosten 3,- per verzending) of een zogeheten track en trace verzending (kosten 9,99 per verzending), waarbij de laatste keuze enkel mogelijk is binnen Europa. De keuze voor de wijze van verzending is onomkeerbaar. Indien de Koper kiest voor een track and trace verzending, terwijl het op het bestelformulier aangegeven adres zich buiten Europa bevindt, is A COW SAYS MOO gerechtigd de verzending op basis van de standaard verzending plaats te laten vinden, zonder dat A COW SAYS MOO daarover in contact met Koper hoeft te treden en/of tot restitutie van de teveel betaalde gelden hoeft over te gaan. 4.4 Levering geschiedt zo spoedig mogelijk na de ontvangen betaling. Doch, indien het T-Shirt niet op voorraad is, kan de levertijd maximaal vier (4) weken bedragen. 4.5 Indien levering niet plaatsvindt binnen de in het vorige lid genoemde termijn, is de Koper uitsluitend gerechtigd de Overeenkomst te annuleren en de hierop verrichte betalingen terug te vorderen nadat de Koper A COW SAYS MOO schriftelijk in gebreke heeft gesteld waarbij A COW SAYS MOO alsnog een termijn van ten minste twee (2) weken wordt gegund om na te komen. 5. BETALING & EIGENDOMSOVERDRACHT 5.1 Betaling voor het T-Shirt en de verzendkosten geschiedt door middel van vooruitbetaling via betalingsservice PayPal. Op deze betalingsservice zijn de voorwaarden van PayPal van toepassing, hiervoor wordt verwezen naar de website van PayPal: De verzendkosten zijn afhankelijk van de door de Koper gemaakte keuze betreffende de wijze van verzending als omschreven in artikel Pas wanneer de Koper zijn betalingsverplichting ter zake het T-Shirt en de verzendkosten jegens A COW SAYS MOO volledig is nagekomen gaat het eigendom van het T-Shirt over op de Koper. 6. NON-CONFORMITEIT 6.1 Direct na levering van het T-Shirt dient de Koper het T-Shirt op gebreken te controleren. Indien het geleverde T-Shirt naar het oordeel van de Koper niet beantwoordt aan de overeenkomst dient de Koper hiervan ten spoedigste en in ieder geval binnen twee (2) maanden na de levering schriftelijk bij A COW SAYS MOO melding te maken. Daarbij moet de Koper nauwkeurig omschrijven wat de aard en de grond van het gebrek is.

3 3 6.2 Indien een gebrek is geconstateerd, het gebrek door A COW SAYS MOO is erkend en is voldaan aan de vereisten zoals genoemd in lid 1 van dit artikel zal A COW SAYS MOO in overleg met Koper overgaan tot: a) Restitutie van het door Koper betaalde bedrag, of; b) Vervanging van het gebrekkige T-Shirt voor een deugdelijk exemplaar. 6.3 Indien niet is voldaan aan de vereisten zoals genoemd in dit artikel vervalt het recht op restitutie en vervanging. 7. RISICO Het T-Shirt blijft voor risico van A COW SAYS MOO tot het tijdstip dat het T-Shirt het vestigingsadres van A COW SAYS MOO heeft verlaten. 8. AANSPRAKELIJKHEID 8.1 A COW SAYS MOO aanvaardt geen aansprakelijkheid ten gevolge van (in)directe schade van Koper veroorzaakt door de onjuiste of ontijdige levering van het T-Shirt, tenzij A COW SAYS MOO opzet of grove schuld kan worden verweten. 8.2 Aansprakelijkheid van A COW SAYS MOO is in ieder geval beperkt tot het door Koper betaalde bedrag voor het T-Shirt en de verzending daarvan. 8.3 A COW SAYS MOO is nimmer aansprakelijk voor enige verdere schade, gevolgschade daaronder begrepen en A COW SAYS MOO is mitsdien niet gehouden tot vergoeding van bedrijfsschade, winstderving, schade als gevolg van persoonlijke ongevallen, schade voortvloeiende uit aanspraken van derden jegens Koper of welke andere schade dan ook. 9. OVERMACHT 9.1 A COW SAYS MOO mag de levering van het T-Shirt uitstellen, indien redelijkerwijs onvoorziene gebeurtenissen en omstandigheden het haar onmogelijk maken lopende bestellingen tijdig uit te voeren. A COW SAYS MOO mag in dat geval de koopovereenkomst tevens geheel of gedeeltelijk ontbinden zonder tussenkomst van de rechter en zonder hiervoor een schadevergoeding te hoeven betalen aan de Koper. 9.2 Mocht de overmachtssituatie dermate lang duren dat de Koper redelijkerwijs geen nakoming meer van A COW SAYS MOO kan eisen, dan kan elke partij de overeenkomst zonder rechterlijke tussenkomst en schadevergoeding door een schriftelijke verklaring voor de toekomst ontbinden. 10. INTELLECTUELE EIGENDOM 10.1 Alle intellectuele eigendomsrechten op het aan Koper geleverde T-Shirt berusten bij A COW SAYS MOO en/of haar licentiegevers Het is Koper expliciet niet toegestaan het T-Shirt te verveelvoudigen en/of na te maken. 11. GESCHILLEN 11.1 Alle geschillen, waaronder begrepen die geschillen welke slechts door één partij als zodanig worden beschouwd, die tussen A COW SAYS MOO en de Koper ontstaan met betrekking tot de koopovereenkomst en/of de Algemene Voorwaarden bij aanschaf T-Shirt, zullen uitsluitend worden berecht op grond van het Nederlands recht Voorgenoemde geschillen zullen - voor zover de Wet zulks toelaat - uitsluitend worden berecht door de bevoegde Rechter in het Arrondissement Amsterdam waarin A COW SAYS MOO gevestigd is. 12. (PARTIËLE) NIETIGHEID In het geval (een) artikel(en) van de Algemene Voorwaarden bij aanschaf T-Shirt nietig of vernietigbaar zijn, laat dat de geldigheid van de overige artikelen onverlet. 4 4 ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN BIJ DONATIE 1.TOEPASSELIJKHEID VOORWAARDEN 1.1 Deze Algemene Voorwaarden bij Donatie zijn van toepassing indien u (hierna: de Donateur) een online donatie doet (hierna: de Donatie) via de website de website de website en/of de website (hierna gezamenlijk aan te duiden als: de Websites) en/of via The Unknown Runner-app (hierna: de App) ten behoeve van het project The Unknown Runner (hierna: het Project). 1.2 Ieder afwijkend beding, of aanvulling of wijziging van de Algemene Voorwaarden bij Donatie bindt A COW SAYS MOO niet, tenzij deze uitdrukkelijk en schriftelijk en voor iedere transactie afzonderlijk vooraf schriftelijk zijn overeengekomen. 1.3 De toepasselijkheid van eventuele algemene voorwaarden van de Donateur wordt door A COW SAYS MOO uitdrukkelijk afgewezen. 1.4 A COW SAYS MOO behoudt zich het recht voor de Algemene Voorwaarden bij Donatie te allen tijde te wijzigen en/of aan te vullen, indien en voor zover gewijzigde omstandigheden een dergelijke aanpassing rechtvaardigt. De meest actuele tekst van de Algemene Voorwaarden bij Donatie is te raadplegen op de Websites. 1.5 Kennelijke verschrijvingen op de Websites en/of de App zijn niet bindend voor A COW SAYS MOO. 2. DE DONATIE 2.1 De Donatie wordt gedaan via betalingsservice PayPal. Op deze betalingsservice zijn eveneens voorwaarden van toepassing, hiervoor wordt verwezen naar de website van PayPal: De Donatie komt tot stand indien en zodra de Donatie door A COW SAYS MOO is ontvangen. (A COW SAYS MOO aanvaardt de Donatie door toezending van een bevestiging van ontvangst van de Donatie aan de Donateur). De Donatie is onomkeerbaar. 2.3 De Donatie komt volledig ten goede aan het Project. A COW SAYS MOO verplicht zich derhalve de inkomsten voortvloeiend uit Donatie(s) te gebruiken ten behoeve van (de financiering en continuering) het Project. 2.4 De Donatie leidt niet tot enige zeggenschap, betrokkenheid en/of eigenaarschap van Donateur met betrekking tot het Project en/of jegens A COW SAYS MOO. 2.5 Mocht het Project, om welke reden dan ook, uiteindelijk niet gerealiseerd worden of gerealiseerd worden in een andere vorm dan voorzien, dan vindt onder geen beding restitutie van de Donatie plaats. 3. PLICHTEN A COW SAYS MOO 3.1 A COW SAYS MOO draagt zorg voor een veilige website en neemt passende maatregelen om de elektronische overdracht van data en de Donatie te beveiligen. 3.2 A COW SAYS MOO houdt zich aan het Privacy Statement zoals te raadplegen op de Websites en de App. 4. PLICHTEN DONATEUR 4.1 De Donateur verklaart middels het doen van de Donatie en het accepteren van de Algemene Voorwaarden bij donatie dat de Donatie op vrijwillige basis geschiedt en dat hij/zij de Donatie doet met middelen waarvan hij/zij de houder is en waarover hij/zij de zeggenschap heeft. 4.2 De Donateur verklaart middels het doen van de Donatie en het accepteren van de Algemene Voorwaarden bij donatie 18 jaar of ouder te zijn. 4.3 In het geval de Donateur de leeftijd van 18 jaar nog niet heeft bereikt verklaart de Donateur door het doen van de Donatie dat de Donatie geschiedt met goedkeuring van zijn/haar ouder of voogd. 5. AANSPRAKELIJKHEID A COW SAYS MOO is niet aansprakelijk voor enige schade, direct en/of indirect, die voorvloeit uit of op enige andere wijze verband houdt met de Donatie.

5 5 6. (PARTIËLE) NIETIGHEID In het geval (een) artikel(en) van de Algemene Voorwaarden bij Donatie nietig is of vernietigbaar zijn, laat dat de geldigheid van de overige artikelen onverlet. 7. GESCHILLEN 7.1 Alle geschillen, waaronder begrepen die geschillen welke slechts door één partij als zodanig worden beschouwd, die tussen A COW SAYS MOO en de Donateur ontstaan met betrekking tot de Donatie en/of de Algemene Voorwaarden bij Donatie, zullen uitsluitend worden berecht op grond van het Nederlands recht. 7.2 Voorgenoemde geschillen zullen - voor zover de Wet zulks toelaat - uitsluitend worden berecht door de bevoegde Rechter in het Arrondissement Amsterdam waarin A COW SAYS MOO gevestigd is. Thanks to your donation (hereafter: Donation) and/or the purchase of the The Unknown Runner T-Shirt (hereafter: T-Shirt) you help us A COW SAYS MOO, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (registered in the Trade Register of the Dutch Chamber of Commerce with number ) to realize the project The Unknown Runner. In case you purchase the T-Shirt, the Terms & Conditions for purchase of T-Shirt are applicable. These Terms & Conditions can be found on page 1-5 of this document. In case you make a Donation the Terms & Conditions for Donation are applicable, which can be found on page 6-8 of this document. We point out that you are to be deemed to read the terms & conditions that are applicable to you. By ticking the box I agree with the terms & conditions before the agreement is concluded, you declare that you have read the terms & conditions and that you accept them. Please note that this is a translation into English of the Dutch original version of the Terms & Conditions. In case of conflict between the English translation and the Dutch original version the Dutch version prevails. TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE OF T-SHIRT 1. APPLICABILITY TERMS & CONDITIONS 1.1 These general terms & conditions concerning the purchase of the The Unknown Runner T-Shirt (hereafter: Terms & Conditions for purchase of T-Shirt are applicable when you (hereafter: the Customer) purchase one or more T-Shirt(s) through the website the website www. theunknownrunner.nl, the website or the website (hereafter to be mentioned together as: the Websites) or through The Unknown Runner-app (hereafter: the App). The Terms & Conditions for purchase of T-Shirt are a part of the contract of purchase that comes into effect by the purchase of the T-Shirt. The Terms & Conditions for purchase of T-Shirt are made available to the Customer in such way that he/she can easily save the document on a data carrier. 1.2 Any derogations from and/or additions to the Terms & Conditions for purchase of T-Shirt are not binding for A COW SAYS MOO, unless these derogations/ additions are explicitly agreed upon in writing and prior to any transaction. 1.3 A COW SAYS MOO explicitly excludes the applicability of any terms and conditions of the Customer. 1.4 A COW SAYS MOO reserves the right to alter and/or to supplement the Terms & Conditions for purchase of T-Shirt at all times, in case altered circumstances justify such modification. The most up-todate version of the Terms & Conditions for purchase of T-Shirt can be found on the Websites. 1.5 Typos and/or spelling mistakes on the Websites and/or the App are not binding for A COW SAYS MOO. 2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT 2.1 The contract is concluded solely when A COW SAYS MOO receives and accepts the order form that is filled in correctly by the Customer and solely when the payment as referred to in provision 5 is received by A COW SAYS MOO. (A COW SAYS MOO accepts the contract by sending an order conformation to the Customer). 2.2 Customer declares to be 18 years of age or over. 3. REVOCATION 3.1 Customer is entitled to revoke the contract related to the purchase of the T-Shirt within seven (7) days in writing. The term commences at the moment the Customer receives the order conformation of A COW SAYS MOO. The revocation needs to at least contain the following information: - your name; - your address; - the order conformation; - a statement that you wish to dissolve the contract. Stating of reasons is not necessary.

7 7 3.2 The revocation needs to be sent to A COW SAYS MOO, Duivendrechtsekade 85 A, 1096 AJ Amsterdam, the Netherlands or by to info@acowsaysmoo.nl. 3.3 In case of a legally valid revocation A COW SAYS MOO will refund the purchase price (excluding the postage costs) to the Customer within thirty (30) days after receipt of the revocation in writing. The Customer will return the T-Shirt in perfect condition to A COW SAYS MOO. 4. PRICES AND DELIVERY 4.1 All prices mentioned on the Websites and/or the App are stated in euros and are including VAT. The price of the T-Shirt is 35 including VAT and excluding postage costs. 4.2 Delivery will be made to the address that the Customer filled in on the order form, unless agreed upon otherwise in writing. 4.3 Delivery will take place in the way the Customer selected on the order form. The Customer has the choice between standard mail ( 3 per shipment) or a Track and trace - shipping ( 9,95 per shipment). Please note that the Track and trace option is only possibly within Europe. The choice of shipment method is irreversible. In case the Customer chooses the Track and trace option even though the delivery address as filled in on the order form is outside of Europe, A COW SAYS MOO is entitled to use standard mail without having to contact the Customer and/or without refunding the access costs. 4.4 Delivery will take place as soon as possible after receipt of the purchase price and postage costs. However, in case the T-Shirt is not in stock, the term of delivery can be a maximum of four (4) weeks. 4.5 When the delivery does not take place within the term as referred to in the previous paragraph, the Customer is solely entitled to cancel the order and reclaim the payment made after the Customer has given default to A COW SAYS MOO in writing in which A COW SAYS MOO is granted another term of at least two (2) weeks to fulfill. 5. PAYMENT AND TRANSER OF OWNERSHIP 5.1 Payment for the T-Shirt and the postage costs will be made as payment in advance through payment service PayPal. On this payment service the terms and conditions of PayPal are applicable, these terms and conditions can be found on the website of PayPal: The postage costs depend on the shipping method as chosen by the Customer as referred to in provision The ownership of the T-shirt transfers from A COW SAYS MOO to the Customer not until after the Customer has fulfilled his full payment obligations for the purchase and shipping of the T-Shirt. 6. NON-CONFORMITY 6.1 Immediately after delivery the Customer needs to check the T-Shirt for observable defects. In case the T- Shirt in opinion of the Customer does not conform to the contract, the Customer needs to inform A COW SAYS MOO in writing about the defect as soon as possible and no later than within two (2) months after delivery. The Customer needs to give a detailed description of the nature and grounds of the defect. 6.2 In case a defect is established, the defect is acknowledged by A COW SAYS MOO and the requirements as set out in the previous paragraph are fulfilled, A COW SAYS MOO will after consultation with Customer - decide to: a) Refund the paid purchase price, or; b) Replace the defective T-Shirt with another T-Shirt; 6.3 When the requirements of this provision are not fulfilled the right for refunds and replacement is lapsed. 7. RISKS A COW SAYS MOO carries the risk for the T-Shirt until the moment that the T-Shirt has left the place of business of A COW SAYS MOO.

LIABILITY 8.1 A COW SAYS MOO accepts no liability as a result of (in)direct damages of the Customer caused by the inaccurate or untimely delivery of the T-Shirt, unless A COW SAYS MOO can be blamed gross negligence or intention. 8.2 The liability of A COW SAYS MOO is at all times limited to the purchase price of the T-Shirt and transport costs as paid by the Customer. 8.3 A COW SAYS MOO is never liable for any further damages, including consequential damages. A COW SAYS MOO is therefore not obliged to pay any trade loss, loss of profits, damages resulting from personal accidents, damages arising from claims of third parties and/or any other (in)direct damages whatsoever. 9. FORCE MAJEURE 9.1 A COW SAYS MOO can delay the delivery of the T-Shirt in case of unforeseen circumstances or events that make it impossible to carry out the current orders on time. In such a case A COW SAYS MOO is permitted to dissolve the agreement partially or entirely without judicial intervention or without the need to pay damages. 9.2 In case the force majeure takes so long that the Customer cannot in reason ask A COW SAYS MOO for fulfillment, both parties can dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention by sending a written statement for dissolution of the agreement for the future. 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 10.1 All intellectual property rights on the T-Shirt as purchased by and delivered to the Customer shall remain vested by A COW SAYS MOO and/or its licensors The Customer is explicitly prohibited to reproduce and/or copy the T-Shirt. 11. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT 11.1 All disputes, including disputes that are considered as such by just one of the parties, which arise between A COW SAYS MOO and the Customer in regard to the agreement and/or the Terms & Conditions for purchase of T-Shirt will be governed solely by Dutch law Above-mentioned disputes will within the limits set by the law be handled by the court in the district of Amsterdam, the Netherlands in which A COW SAYS MOO is domiciled In case of any discrepancies and/or differences between the Dutch and English version of the Terms & Conditions for purchase of T-Shirt, the Dutch version of the Terms & Conditions by purchase T-Shirt prevails ( Algemene voorwaarden bij aanschaf T-Shirt ). 12. (PARTIAL) NULLITY If one or more provision(s) of the Terms & Conditions for purchase of T-Shirt prove to be entirely or partially void, this will not effect the validity of the other provision set out in these Terms & Conditions for purchase of T-Shirt. 9 9 TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR DONATION 1. APLLICABILITY TERMS & CONDITIONS 1.1 These general terms & conditions are applicable when you (hereafter: the Donor) make a Donation for The Unknown Runner-project (hereafter: Terms & Conditions for Donation) through the website www. theunknownrunner.com, the website the website or the website (hereafter to be mentioned together as: the Websites) or through The Unknown Runner-app (hereafter: the App). 1.2 Any derogations from and/or additions to the Terms & Conditions for Donation are not binding for A COW SAYS MOO, unless these derogations/ additions are explicitly agreed upon in writing and prior to any transaction. 1.3 A COW SAYS MOO explicitly excludes the applicability of any terms and conditions of the Donor. 1.4 A COW SAYS MOO reserves the right to alter and/or to supplement the Terms & Conditions for Donation at all times, in case altered circumstances justify such modification. The most up-to-date version of the Terms & Conditions for Donation can be found on the Websites. 1.5 Typos and/or spelling mistakes on the Websites and/or the App are not binding for A COW SAYS MOO. 2. THE DONATION 2.1 The Donation is being made through payment service PayPal. On this payment service there are also terms and conditions applicable. These terms and conditions can be found on The Donation comes to terms when and as soon as the Donation is received by A COW SAYS MOO. (A COW SAYS MOO accepts the Donation by sending a confirmation of receival of the Donation to the Donor). The Donation is irreversible. 2.3 The Donation is a benefit to the project The Unknown Runner (hereafter: the Project). Therefore, A COW SAYS MOO is obliged to use the income arising from Donation(s) for (the financing and continuation) of the Project. 2.4 The Donation does not lead to any say, control, involvement and/or ownership regarding the Project and/or A COW SAYS MOO. 2.5 In case, for whatever reason, the Project will not be realized or will be realized in another form than foreseen, the Donation will not be refunded. 3. DUTIES A COW SAYS MOO 3.1 A COW SAYS MOO takes care that its Websites are safe and takes appropriate measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and the Donation. 3.2 A COW SAYS MOO complies with the Privacy Statement that can be found on the Websites and the App. 4. DUTIES DONOR 4.1 By making the Donation and by accepting the Terms & Conditions for Donation the Donor confirms that the Donation is being made voluntarily and that the Donor finances the Donation with his/her own resources, which the Donor has control over. 4.2 By making the Donation and by accepting the Terms & Conditions for Donation the Donor declares that he/she is 18 years old or older. 4.3 In case the Donor has not reached the age of 18, the Donor declares that the Donation is being made with the approval of his/her parent(s) or guardian. 5. LIABILITY A COW SAYS MOO is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that arise out of or in any other way is related to the Donation.

(PARTIAL) NULLITY If one or more provision(s) of the Terms & Conditions for Donation proves to be entirely or partially void, this will not effect the validity of the other provision set out in these Terms & Conditions for Donation. 7. DISPUTE SETTLEMENT 7.1 All disputes, including disputes that are considered as such by just one of the parties, which arise between A COW SAYS MOO and the Donor in regard to the agreement and/or the Terms & Conditions for Donation, will be governed solely by Dutch law. 7.2 Above-mentioned disputes will within the limits set by the law be handled by the court in the district of Amsterdam, the Netherlands in which A COW SAYS MOO is domiciled. 7.3 In case of any discrepancies and/or differences between the Dutch and English version of the Terms & Conditions for Donation, the Dutch version of the Terms & Conditions for Donation prevails ( Algemene voorwaarden bij Donatie ).
