19 1. The negotiator (See no evil, hear no evil) You are a trained specialist in negotiation. Your main goal is to reach a good and especially peaceful resolution keeping the HTs happy and making them feel in control while you try to achieve your objectives. You wish to avoid injury and death at all costs. You are a crisis negotiator, and due to this you prefer to use negotiation to diffuse a volatile situation rather than lethal force, which is the SWAT captain's specialty. When it comes to your job: you are the job and take your work seriously. You have the ability to place yourself in the mind of the subject and create an understanding. However, you sometimes get a little lost in your empathy and forget you are not always dealing with hapless victims, but hardened criminals as well. You know how to reach out, and how to talk to people on their level - whether it's a hardened gang member, or a troubled youth about to make a mistake. You are empathetic, and gentle when it comes to handling subjects. You believe in the goodness of humankind and believe in a non-violent resolution above all.
