Naast een onderhoudshangaar is er ook een lounge, waar VIP-gasten kunnen wachten voor het vertrek van hun privévliegtuig. Het bedrijf wil met de uitbreiding inspelen op de aanstaande groei van Lelystad Airport. Dat gaat in 2019 open voor commercieel vliegverkeer, wat mogelijk wordt gemaakt door de verlenging van de start- en landingsbaan naar meter.
