NeFCA, in association with the department of Media and Communication and Erasmus Research Centre for Media, Communication and Culture ERMeCC, is hosting the Etmaal 2013 Conference on Communication Science at Erasmus University Rotterdam on February 7 th and 8 th, In the opening session of the Etmaal 2013, Prof. dr. Jostein Gripsrud (University of Bergen) and Prof. dr. Ingrid Volkmer (University of Melbourne) will give their views on the importance and complexities of internationally comparative research in and media. During the rest of the Etmaal, a wide variety of panels and papers on topics relevant to the current state of research will be given.
