3 Welcome Amices Om de 26e verjaardag van de NVA te vieren bent u van harte uitgenodigd op het jaarcongres The femur above and beyond op vrijdag 8 april 2016 in Congrescentrum 1931 te s-hertogenbosch. De wetenschappelijke commissie heeft een solide wetenschappelijk programma voor u samengesteld met een mooi aantal vaderlandse sprekers. Een buitenkans om deze bevlogen collegae over hun specialiteit te horen spreken! Voor de laatste update van het programma kijkt u op Het jaarcongres wordt traditioneel georganiseerd in de lente, een bijzonder jaargetijde bij uitstek geschikt om nieuwe talenten geboren te laten worden en met warme zonnestralen te ondersteunen op hun pad in het artroscopische leven. Alle senioren worden aangemoedigd deze bijzondere fase op waarde te schatten en de jonge klaren met vaardige band te begeleiden en ruimte voor ontplooiing te creëren. 10 Komende NVA activiteiten Scopiecursus 1: Introductie arthroscopie Vrijdag 29 april 2016, OLVG Amsterdam Een eerste kennismaking met de arthroscopische chirurgie en is bedoeld voor ANIOS, assistenten in vooropleiding Orthopedie, AIOS Heelkunde, Verpleegkundig Specialisten en Physician Assistants. Kosten: 100 euro Scopiecursus 4: Advanced Knee Course Vrijdag 7 september 2016, Skills Lab Erasmus MC Rotterdam De scopie 4 en 5 cursusses zijn arthroscopie cursussen die speciaal ontwikkeld zijn voor ervaren arthroscopisten. Tijdens de Advanced Knee Course gaat een ervaren faculty in op tips and tricks bij knie chirurgie en behandelt de VKB, AKB en posterolaterale hoek reconstructie evenals operatieve behandeling van patella instabiliteit. Scopiecursus 5: Advanced Shoulder Course Vrijdag 14 september 2016, Skills Lab Erasmus MC Rotterdam De scopie 4 en 5 cursusses zijn arthroscopie cursussen die speciaal ontwikkeld zijn voor ervaren arthroscopisten. Tijdens de Advanced Shoulder Course gaat men in op tips and tricks bij schouder chirurgie en behandelt zowel cuff letsels, biceps pathologie als instabiliteit De cursus wordt gegeven met ondersteuning van de hoofdsponsoren. De cursussen kenmerken zich door laagdrempelige kennisoverdracht met veel ruimte voor het uitwisselen van ervaring en het bespreken van problemen in diagnostiek, work-up en tijdens de ingreep. Tijdens de cursus is er veel hands-on tijd. Inschrijven kan vanaf heden. Er is in verband met het maximaal aantal preparaten mogelijkheid voor 12 deelnemers.
