24 Lange weg van het elektronisch voorschrift (e-vs) e-vs maken (dr + dokterssoft) online zetten(dokterssoft/recip-e) papieren e-vs (dokterssoft) e-vs uitvoeren (apotheker).

26 1.Mycarenet Werkt voorlopig slechts 98% van tijd Als plat >>> geen aflevering mogelijk indien enkel online VS beschikbaar Papieren e-vs is dan uitvoerbaar bij huisapotheker (verzekeringsgegevens zijn gekend) Na platliggen, veel extra administratief werk > UBC, gegevens aanvullen Daarbij lokaal de gekste foutmeldingen in codetaal. Bijzonder ergerlijk.

27 2. Wat is niet mogelijk met e-vs (dokterssoftware) en wel essentieel Voorschrijven op stofnaam = VOS dwz (actief bestanddeel, dosis, aantal, vorm) dit is nochtans universeel en op stock Vb. Simvastatine 20mg 100 tabletten Magistrale bereidingen : helemaal niks voorzien?! actieve bestanddelen, (TMF/NF/MFS)formules, vb. R/ Sulpiride 50mg pro gel una dt 60 gel Voorschrijven voor max 3 maanden (90 dagen) als :actief bestanddeel, dosis per dag, tijdsduur R/ Burinex 5mg, 20 tabletten dt 1 doos apo levert af : 1 doos R/ Bumetanide 5mg per dag voor 3 maanden apo levert af : 4 dozen Hoe zit het met verdoving? Onderlijnen/paraaf van dokter op voorschrift (dosis)?

28 3.Fouten 3.1. afzender is niet dezelfde als voorschrijver ( nochtans zelfde dokter!)

29 3.2. Bij problemen niet echt een adres waar apotheker terecht kan. automatische mail naar helpdesk j/n

35 3.8. Slechts 1 product op papieren e-vs, 2 produkten op online e-vs + aantallen! beter toch eens terugbetaling bekijken van veelvoudige van specialiteiten op 1 voorschrift!

37 4.Oplossingen en bijsturen! Nuttig voor apotheker : een identificatie van gebruikte doktersoft op e-vs bij foutmeldingen naar helpdesk recip-e (eventueel automatische foutmeldingen) (evaluatie soft >> minimum-eisen!) Nuttig voor dokter : WYSIWYG van voorschrift in dokterssoft (zien voor afdruk: online en papier) + oproepen voorschrift (scannen van barcode) voor eventuele schrapping of aanvulling. Nuttig voor dokter en apotheker: betere communicatie : feed-back naar dokter van wat werd afgeleverd of niet? vb. : Uitgestelde Aflevering (UA) wordt gemaakt bij de apotheker en doet dienst als een voorschrift waarmee het product later kan worden opgehaald >>compliance-controle door dokter kan niet wegens geen zicht op afgeleverd of uitgesteld en waarom (stockbreuk/contingentering, )

38 Dokterssoft moet werk maken VOS Voorstel: Voorschrift Op Stofnaam (VOS) als 1 e keuze in dokterssoft, daaronder merknamen (nu al Anti-biotica en Anti-mycotica te kiezen door apotheker) Als dokter typt : glucop; 850;100;t; (naam;dosis;aantal;vorm;merk) krijgt hij volgende mogelijkheden uit databank met cursor op 1 e lijn vb1 Metformine 850mg 100 tabletten Glucophage 850mg 100 tabletten Als dokter typt : metfor;850;100;t; (dokter kan ook kiezen voor 2 e,3 e, 4 e of 5 e lijn ) vb2 Metformine 850mg 100 tabletten Metformine 850mg 100 tabletten MYLAN Metformine 850mg 100 tabletten PFEIZER Metformine 850mg 100 tabletten SANDOZ Metformine 850mg 100 tabletten TEVA

39 Dokterssoft moet werk maken VOS Voordelen VOS (Voorschrift op stofnaam) Zeker op stock (positief voor patiënt en voor apo) Dokters halen quotum VOS (positief voor dr.) stofnamen worden evident bij dokters (# VOS stijgt) goedkopere medicatie voor patiënt makkelijke besparing in volksgezondheid

40 Dokterssoft moet werk maken van magistraal Actieve producten, alle formules uit standaardwerken (MFS, Nationaal formularium, TMF, ) Waar gegevens? Tarificatiedienst? data van apothekerssoft, firma s die vracprodukten leveren, data beschikbare vrac bij groothandels (uit handel)
