Ineffectieve procedures of processen (bv. instabiel, inconsistent, onbegrijpelijk, enz.) Inefficiente procedures of processen ( not-streamlined ) De betrokken actoren verliezen hun Strategic Resources (zoals facturering gegevens van de klant, data over klanten gedrag, wensen en behoeftes, klants profiel, enz.) 18 Grootschalig enqueteonderzoek Doel: Achterhalen van hordes op strategisch, organisatorisch, standaardisatie en technisch vlak bij smart living platforms Middel: Vragenlijst op basis van theoretische concepten en ervaringen in eerder onderzoek Status: Vragenlijst getest en reeds ingevuld door 144 bedrijven in installatiebranche Volgende stap: Uitzetten vragenlijst in KNX community 18

19 Kortom Met uw hulp, zijn Wij in staat om verschillende aspecten van Smart Living concept, o.a. de kwestie dat collaboratie ondermijnen of commercialisatie onmogelijk maken, grondig te onderzoeken. En obv de resultaten en analyse, bent U in staat onze praktijkgerichte kennis en inzichten toe te passen in uw lopende en toekomstige projecten: Hoe innovatieve samenwerkingen te verbeteren, En hoe van een innovatieve samenwerking een commerciële succes te maken. 19
