3 1. Collect a stool sample by Fecal Calprotectin Sample Collection Kit en KAPEPKT843, 48 tubes a. Clean the bowl and flush the toilet two times. Unfold and lay a sample collection paper directly on the top of the water in the toilet bowl (the paper should float above the water). b. After bowel movement, take the sampling tube and unscrew the sampling lid (Blue Cap), keeping the sampling tube in a vertical position to prevent loss of solution (the solution contains water, Sodium Chloride, Proclin 300, Bovine Serum Albumin and Proprietary Ingredients) Sampling lid Thumb Grip 1. Hold the sampling lid by the Thumb Grip. 2. Use the tip of the sampling lid to dip into stool in multiple times (3-5 sites) and collect a small amount of fecal sample. 1. Insert and screw the sampling lid back into the sampling tube in a vertical position. Do not spill any solution from the tube. 2. Tightly seal the lid with the tube. 3. Flush toilet. 4. The collected sample should be send to laboratory within 3 days. 4 1. Recueillir un échantillon de selles comme suit : a. Nettoyer la cuvette et tirer la chasse d'eau deux fois. Déployer et placer le papier destiné au recueil de l'échantillon directement sur la surface de l'eau de la cuvette (le papier doit flotter sur l'eau). b. Après avoir été à selles, prendre le tube d'échantillonnage et dévisser le capuchon d'échantillonnage (capuchon bleu), tout en gardant le tube d'échantillonnage en position verticale pour éviter toute perte de solution (la solution contient de l'eau, du chlorure de sodium, du Proclin 300, de l'albumine sérique bovine et des ingrédients exclusifs). Plonger la pointe du capuchon d'échantillonnage dans les selles plusieurs fois (à 3 à 5 endroits différents) pour recueillir une petite quantité d'échantillon fécal. 1. Insérer puis revisser le capuchon d'échantillonnage dans le tube d'échantillonnage en position verticale. Ne pas déverser de solution hors du tube. 2. Refermer hermétiquement le tube avec le capuchon. 3. Tirer la chasse d'eau. 4. L'échantillon recueilli doit être envoyé au laboratoire dans les 3 jours. 5 1. Neem als volgt een ontlastingstaal: Fecal Calprotectin Sample Collection Kit nl KAPEPKT843, 48 buisjes a. Maak de toiletpot schoon en spoel het toilet twee keer door. Vouw voor het nemen van het staal een velletje papier open en leg dit op het water in de toiletpot (het velletje papier moet op het water drijven). b. Pak na de stoelgang het staalnamebuisje en draai de afsluitdop (blauwe dop) met het staalnamestaafje ervanaf, met het staalnamebuisje in een verticale stand om morsen van de oplossing te voorkomen (de oplossing bevat water, natriumchloride, ProClin 300, runderalbumine en gepatenteerde bestanddelen) Afsluitdop met staalnamestaafje Geribd oppervlak 1. Houd het staalnamestaafje vast met het geribde oppervlak van de afsluitdop. 2. Steek het uiteinde van het staalnamestaafje aan de afsluitdop meerdere keren (3-5 plekken) in de ontlasting en neem een staal met een kleine hoeveelheid ontlasting. 1. Plaats met het staalnamebuisje in een verticale stand het staalnamestaafje terug in het staalnamebuisje en draai de afsluitdop er weer op. Zorg ervoor dat er niet met de oplossing in het buisje wordt gemorst. 2. Draai de afsluitdop stevig vast. 3. Spoel het toilet door. 4. Het genomen staal moet binnen 3 dagen naar het laboratorium worden gezonden. Hier stevig afsluiten Staalname -buisje Ontlasting Opmerking: Het staalafnamemateriaal voor fecaal calprotectine moet in combinatie met een kwantitatieve Elisa-test voor fecaal calprotectine worden gebruikt. LEES ALLE INFORMATIE IN DEZE BIJSLUITER ALVORENS OVER TE GAAN TOT HET NEMEN VAN EEN STAAL Bewaren bij 2-8 C. Buiten het bereik van kinderen houden. Voor in-vitro diagnostiek. Desdoble y coloque el papel para toma de muestra directamente sobre el agua en el inodoro (el papel debe flotar en el agua) b. Después de defecar, tome el tubo para la muestra y desatornille la tapa de muestra (Tapa Azul), manteniendo el tubo de la muestra en posición vertical para evitar la pérdida de solución (la solución contiene agua, cloruro sódico, Proclin 300, albúmina de suero bovino y ingredientes proprietarios) Tapa de muestra Agarre para el pulgar 1. Tome la tapa de la muestra por el Agarre para el Pulgar. 2. Utilice la punta de la tapa de la muestra e introdúzcala en las heces varias veces (en 3 a 5 sitios) tomando una pequeña cantidad de muestra fecal. 1. Inserte la tapa nuevamente en el tubo y atorníllela manteniendo el tubo en posición vertical. No derrame la solución del tubo. 2. Apriete la tapa sellando el tubo. 3. Descargue la cisterna. 4. La muestra debe ser enviada al laboratorio dentro de 3 días.
