8 IO-Link vs SIO De volgende besturingsmodus zijn vastgelegd voor IO-Link master en device: IO-Link Mode In IO-Link mode wordt de masterpoort gebruikt voor IO-Link communicatie. SIO Mode In SIO mode wordt de masterpoort gebruikt voor standaard IO besturing. DI: - De masterpoort is een digitale ingang - Het device gedraagt zich als binaire sensor (aan/uit) DQ: - De masterpoort is een digitale uitgang - Het device gedraagt zich als binaire actuator Page 8

9 Cyclische en acyclische IO-Link communicatie 4 beschikbare data types 48 Procesdata... cyclisch verzonden in een datatelegram, waarbij het formaat wordt bepaald door het device. Per device, procesdata van 0 tot 32 bytes is mogelijk (input en output). Statusinformatie... geeft aan of een proceswaarde geldig of niet geldig is. De status wordt cyclisch meegestuurd met de procesdata. Device data... parameters, identificatiedata en diagnose-informatie. De data wordt acyclisch verstuurd wanneer gevraagd door de IO-Link master (read, write). Events... Foutmeldingen, b.v. kortsluiting en signaleringen zoals b.v. overbelasting of einde levensduur.
