43 Centre Scientifique et Technique de la Construction Duurzaamheidsevaluatie-systemen in focus Naar een inspirerende leeromgeving, Instrument voor duurzame scholenbouw, GO Agion, mei 2010 In opdracht van GO / AGION EVR architecten PPS Scholenbouw bevat verwijzing in zijn Outputspecificaties naar dit duurzaamheidsinstrument De duurzaamheid zal afgewogen worden aan de duurzaamheidsmeter uitgewerkt door GO! en AGIOn. Dit instrument meet niet alleen de duurzaamheid maar tracht ze vooral van bij de start van het project te implementeren. Aan de hand van 10 thema s worden alle aspecten van duurzaamheid in kaart gebracht en afgetoetst in het ontwerp van schoolgebouwen. ( ) Duurzame schoolgebouwen ontstaan vanuit een voorkomend denken en gaan in deze zin efficiënter om met energie, water, grondstoffen, natuurlijke voordelen (en beperkingen) en financiële middelen. Een totale score van 70% wordt vooropgesteld, naast een minimumscore per thema van 50%.

Steun een financiële steun van 10 /m2 voor de ontwerper (architect, studiebureau ) (max per project) een financiële steun van 90 /m2 voor de bouwheer van het project, met een maximum van per project een kosteloze technische ondersteuning om de ontwerpers en de bouwheren te helpen om hun kwaliteitsdoelstellingen te bereiken

De certificatie is van toepassing op: nieuwe gebouwen, bestaande gebouwen of renovaties de bekwaamheid van organisaties in het ontwerpen en bouwen van duurzame bouwwerken Valideo is gericht op het leveren van een duidelijke meerwaarde op lange termijn zowel voor de gebruiker als eigenaar van een gebouw.

59 Centre Scientifique et Technique de la Construction Conclusies De normalisatie van duurzaamheidsevaluatie is in volle beweging De as milieu-performantie is verregaand genormaliseerd in al zijn onderdelen Duurzaamheidsevaluatie is een multi-criteria-analyse De keuze voor een bepaald materiaal of technologie is een combinatie van verschillende aandachtspunten, keuzes en technische oplossingen Materiaalevaluatie in het kader van duurzaamheidsevaluatie evolueert naar een gebalanceerde mix van Hergebruik van bestaande gebouwdelen Milieu-impactevaluatie van materialen op element of gebouwniveau Responsible sourcing van materialen Juiste product/materialen op de juiste plaats Gezondheidsaspecten Afvalbeheer Er is een grote divergentie in de milieu-impactevaluatie van materialen in de Belgische rating-systemen. Milieu-product-informatie (EPDs), LCA databanken en bijhorende tools of referentie-publicaties ivm milieu-impact zijn de sleutel tot een meer coherente benadering van de milieu-impact van het materiaalgebruik over de levenscyclus van een gebouw
