Als u niet zeker weet of bepaalde beleggingsopties bij u en uw persoonlijke omstandigheden passen, raadpleeg dan een onafhankelijke financieel adviseur. This questionnaire can be found on the DC Plan s website at Your answers to the questionnaire will result in a total score which you then complete on the form "Confirmation customer profile and participant s investment choice. On this form, based on your score, you tick the box indicating your risk profile and the box how you want to invest. You may then complete this selection form. If you are unsure whether or not particular investment options are right for you and your circumstances, you should consult an independent financial adviser.
