Liquid Gloss Liquid Gloss is a transparent, syrupy two-component epoxy resin we have used since 1997 as a coating in art, architecture and the catering industry. Because of its composition and the manual casting and manufacturing process, Liquid Gloss can be used on a wide variety of objects. The highgloss coating protects colors of valuable paintings and photographs, stops the aging of materials, and prevents stains and scratches on furniture, such as tables and bar tops. Art Liquid Gloss has a natural augmenting and illuminating quality, which makes colors and lines stand out. The resin is designed in such a way to preserve colors and materials in their intended form. We use a specific and professional method to pour our resin onto a photograph, canvas, or other materials. Subsequently, your artwork is pasted onto a Dibond aluminum sandwich panel (4 mm thick), and covered by our coating. We offer both a matt and gloss coating and optionally provide a nice hanging system. Interior Liquid Gloss is mainly used on wood, metal, paper and textiles. But the resin can be applied to all conceivable materials in varying sizes and shapes. Liquid Gloss makes furniture scratch resistant, beautifully shiny and easy to clean. 2 Wood With a high- gloss coating wood is protected and the character of wood stands out even more. The furniture also needs little to no maintenance. Rust Liquid Gloss halts the corrosion of metal so it keeps it from rusting. The rust spots already present in the material stand out under a high-gloss coating. Oxidized metal with a layer of resin is the base of a stylish piece of furniture. Textile A bar with an inlaid rug where drinks can be consumed without causing stains. Wallpaper in the bathroom, or fabric as a base for a table top or tile. With a layer of Liquid Gloss each piece of print, fabric or other textile becomes a scratch resistant, waterproof and stain-free piece of furniture. Technical specifications of Liquid Gloss Chemical resistance: very high. Hardness : very high. Flexibility : very high. Surface Scratch Resistance: very high. Gloss : very high. Yellowing Factor 5: a UV filter has been mixed into the material, which means a minimum discoloration due to weather conditions. Thickness : 1 layer = 1 mm, 2 layers = 1.8 mm. Anti - graffiti : paint will not stick to the resin, therefore graffiti can be removed easily. Fire Safety Liquid Gloss does not enlarge the risk of fires. - It is sulfate free. - The melting point is 200 º C. - The coating is not harmful to the environment. - Fire Behavior : NEN 3883 DIN 4102 B1. - Flame spread : Class 2. - Flashover : intensity class 2. 3 Oyster Club The Oyster Club is a stylish restaurant in Amsterdam, with a cocktail bar and a lounge. The main focus of the restaurant is, naturally, the oyster. For The Oyster Club we gave the finishing touch to the furniture by coating it with Liquid Gloss. OPTIONS Concept Store OPTIONS is an online store for lovers of Dutch design. OPTIONS temporarily opened a concept store in the city centre of Amsterdam. Together with the Japanese artist Jo Nagasaka we produced vintage display tables, finished with Color Coating. The work of Paco illustrates the diverse application of the resin. Because the tables he designs are co-created. A partner company produces the table-tops. Paco turns them into wonderful works of art. We finish the tables with Liquid Gloss. Color coating By adding color pigments to Liquid Gloss we create a special colored coating. By using this special coating, wooden table tops, tiles, photographs, but also bar tops and other furniture get a unique look. On each different type of wood Color Coating has a different effect. G- Star Bread & Butter Berlin Company works for G - Star RAW on a regular basis. For their stand on the international fashion fair Bread & Butter in Berlin we provided stylish presentation furniture with a Liquid Gloss finish. Suitsupply Suitsupply produces tailor-made suits and sells accessories, shoes and bags to the sophisticated man. Globally, we finish the instore artwork with Liquid Gloss and a hanging system of aluminum Dibond sandwich panels, for a look that coincides with this successful brand. Brendan de Clercq Brendan de Clercq is an Irish / Dutch photographer and mixed media artist. His artwork always arises from his own photography work, mostly black / white. As an artist Brendan likes working with a lot of color and our Liquid Gloss fits in well with his approach. Brendan is an ambassador for Olympus and is among the top photographers in the Netherlands. Matthijs Wateler Matthijs Wateler uses the remains that are left in the Liquid Gloss production process to create amazing works of art With Matthijs ideas and expertise of Company, a beautiful object of light has been created. His work has featured in Paris and Helsinki, and he exhibits in New York in 2014.

4 Metallic / Gold look Any material can get the rich look of precious metal, by using a special technique and Liquid Gloss. We can give a table, a bar top or other furniture the look of gold, silver or bronze. Depending on the structure of the material, the appearance is always different. In our showroom you can view examples including brushed raw material, wood with fine lines or smooth surfaces. Heineken Experience The Heineken Experience is one of the touristic hotspots in Amsterdam. We have worked with Heineken to provide the Starbar - at which 2000 people drink beer on a daily basis with a high gloss finish. Both the tables and the bar, with cast aluminum shavings, come from our factory. Robbert Fortgens Artist Robbert Fortgens combines painting, photography and raw materials on canvas. Part of his work, we cover at Company with Liquid Gloss. Yves Krief The French artist Yves Krief edits photos into special compositions. Company finishes the art work with Liquid Gloss, so the colors and details are even more impressive and really catch the eye of spectators. Jacqueline Bozon Jacqueline Bozon paints colorful works. We made a design with Colored Liquid Gloss which we then covered with several layers of transparent resin. We also added lighting effects to create this special bar. Tax Office Rotterdam by Esther Tielemans Together with artist Esther Tielemans we brightened up the tax office in Rotterdam. We provided a glossy finish to the color panels she designed. Hans Boodt Mannequins Hans Boodt is the number one supplier of display mannequins. These mannequins are, for example, used during the Amsterdam Fashion Week. Hans Boodt has showrooms in Rotterdam, Paris, Milan and Tokyo. To present the display mannequins of Hans Boodt, Company has produced catwalks finished with Liquid Gloss. Because of the mirroring effect of these catwalks, the dolls and clothes stand out even more. Harbour Club Scheveningen Our business relationship with the Harbour Club started with their branch in Scheveningen. In this location we gave the furniture and the bar a glossy look. After this successful collaboration, we have also cooperated on the interior of the Harbour Clubs in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

6 Boutique 1 Dubai For Boutique 1 in Dubai, we have given the furniture, the walls, and some of the floors a glossy finish. Company is experienced in shop design. Harbour Club Rotterdam In Harbour Club Rotterdam, we have finished the furniture with a scratch-resistant, easy to remove, Liquid Gloss coating. G-star RAW Barcelona With G-star RAW we have cooperated a lot. For example, in their office in Barcelona we have given the bar and furniture a glossy finish. Beauty Resort Devarana With Sauna & Beauty Resort Devarana in Den Bosch, we have worked together on the interior design. Both the welcome desk, the walls and furniture have been finished with Liquid Gloss by Company. We have developed the bar with a technique that creates a Metallic / Gold- look. Art Tiles Company developes merchandise tiles for brands and museums. We have developed tiles for the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam and the Hundertwasser House in Vienna for example. Liquid Gloss Wall Decoration We have worked together with photographers and artists to give their work a professional finishing touch. Through a special molding process we apply a layer of Liquid Gloss on a photo, print or other work. The resin is designed to preserve the colors as they were intended. Because Liquid Gloss has a natural augmenting and illuminating quality, which makes colors and lines stand out. We additionally provide a nice hanging system to attach the artwork onto a wall. Esther Tielemans Artist Esther Tielemans makes decorated and monochrome colored works. Like the beautiful panels

This makes the colors look even more powerful. Alusion With Alusion we produce special bar tops, tables and other interior designs. The aluminum foam is poured in with Liquid Gloss, creating "air bubbles " in the process. By adding LED lighting, we create brilliant color and lighting effects. We d love to brainstorm with you about a custom design. Magiflex Magiflex is a film that gets a graceful effect through a process with light and specific movements. The shiny foil is available in 22 variants and colors, both transparent and opaque. We often use the opaque film to coat bars or pieces of furniture, and the transparent film lends itself well for use in lamps. We deliver Magiflex in rolls and sheets of 60cm wide. Barney's Cafe Barney's is a hot spot for tourists on the Haarlemmerstraat in Amsterdam. We have provided the design for the table tops and the bar for this cafe. We also finished the table tops and the bar with Liquid Gloss, a Metallic / Gold effect, and a technique of aluminum shavings. Club Bozzini With Club Bozzini in Kerkrade, we have cooperated on the design of various bars and furniture. For the bar fronts we used Magiflex and for the bar tops we used Alusion: a special aluminum foam, which gives a spectacular coloring en lighting effect in combination with Liquid Gloss and LED lighting. News Friends of Company : Paco Raphael What inspires you to create your impressive works? "My inspiration comes from everything! Fashion, townscapes, sometimes eroticism, or beautiful cars. I go on holiday and I shoot my own images. In New York, or other metropoles for example. I often really fall in love with a photo I ve made and I build from that. " Then you really get going with that photo? " I do throw the image in a kind of blender yes. I combine it with other pictures, then I make a collage on my computer. Liquid Gloss Liquid Gloss is een transparante, stroperige twee-componentenhars die we al sinds 1997 gebruiken als coating in de kunst, architectuur en horeca. We werken de hars zowel mat als in hoogglans af en zorgen desgewenst voor een mooi ophangsysteem. Interieur Liquid Gloss wordt vooral gebruikt op hout, metaal, papier en textiel. Maar eigenlijk is de hars toe te passen op alle denkbare materialen, uiteenlopende formaten en vormen. Met Liquid Gloss maken we meubels krasvast, prachtig glanzend en makkelijk schoon te houden. Tafels, barbladen, krukken, tegels: you name it. Hout Met een high-gloss coating wordt het hout beschermd en komt het karakter van het hout nóg mooier uit en is het meubel zo goed als onderhoudsvrij. Roest Liquid Gloss eindigt het oxidatieproces van metaal, zodat het roesten stopt. De roestplekken die al in het materiaal zitten komen met een high-gloss coating juist mooi tot hun recht. Geoxideerd metaal vormt met een laag hars de basis van een stijlvol meubelstuk. Textiel Een bar met een ingelegd kleed waar zonder vlekken een drankje aan gedronken kan worden. Behang in de badkamer, of een stof als basis voor een tafelblad of tegel. Met een laag Liquid Gloss wordt elke print, stof of ander textiel bruikbaar als krasvast, waterdicht en vlekvrij meubel. 12 samen. De tafelbladen worden gemaakt via een partner van Company, Paco maakt er vervolgens prachtige kunstobjecten van en wij werken de tafels af met Liquid Gloss. Color coating Door kleurpigmenten toe te voegen aan Liquid Gloss creëren we een bijzondere, gekleurde coating. Houten tafelbladen, tegels, foto s, maar ook barbladen en ander meubilair krijgen zo een unieke look. Op elk houtsoort heeft Color Coating een ander effect. In onze showroom kun je talloze voorbeelden bekijken. En ook als je een specifieke kleur zoekt kunnen we die voor je maken, als we die niet al in onze vaste collectie hebben. Voor de stand op de internationale modebeurs Bread & Butter in Berlijn zorgden we met een Liquid Gloss-afwerking voor stijlvol presentatiemeubilair. Suitsupply Suitsupply maakt tailor made pakken en verkoopt accessoires, schoenen en tassen voor de stijlvolle man. Wereldwijd werken we het instore artwork af met Liquid Gloss en een ophangsysteem van aluminium Dibond sandwich-panelen, voor een uitstraling die bij het succesvolle merk past. Brendan de Clercq Brendan de Clercq is een Iers/Nederlandse fotograaf en mixed media kunstenaar. Zijn kunstwerken ontstaan altijd uit zijn eigen fotografiewerk, voornamelijk zwart/wit. Als kunstenaar werkt Brendan graag met veel kleur en onze Liquid Gloss past daar goed bij. Brendan is ambassadeur van Olympus en behoort tot de topfotografen van Nederland. Zijn kleurrijke collectie is te verkrijgen bij onze partner Ginvi. Matthijs Wateler Matthijs Wateler gebruikt de restanten van het Liquid Gloss-productieproces om geweldige kunstwerken te maken. Met de ideeën van Matthijs en de expertise van Company is er een prachtig lichtobject tot stand gekomen. We hebben hierin een methode gevonden om ons materiaal op een creatieve manier te recyclen.

13 Ron Moret Het levensverhaal van kunstenaar Ron Moret is bijzonder. Zijn verrassende objecten zijn een resultaat van zijn verzamelwoede. Hij maakt combinaties van spullen die hij tegenkomt op vlooienmarkten, die hij vervolgens door Company laat vereeuwigen in een dikke laag Liquid Gloss. Inmiddels heeft zijn werk gehangen in Parijs en Helsinki en exposeert hij in 2014 in New York. Metallic/Gold-look Elk materiaal kan het rijke uiterlijk van edelmetaal krijgen, door een speciale techniek en Liquid Gloss. Zo geven we een tafelblad, een barblad of andere meubelen de look van goud, zilver of brons. Afhankelijk van de structuur van het materiaal is de uitstraling steeds anders. In onze showroom kun je voorbeelden bekijken van o.a. ruw geborsteld materiaal, hout met fijne lijnen of gladde oppervlakken. Heineken Experience De Heineken Experience is een van dé toeristische hotspots in Amsterdam. We hebben samengewerkt met Heineken om de starbar waar dagelijks door 2000 mensen een biertje gedronken wordt te voorzien van een hoogglans afwerking. Zowel de (sta)tafels, als de bar met ingegoten aluminiumsnippers komen uit onze fabriek. Robbert Fortgens Kunstenaar Robbert Fortgens combineert schilderkunst, fotografie en ruwe materialen op canvas. Een deel van zijn werk begieten we bij Company met Liquid Gloss. Yves Krief De Franse kunstenaar Yves Krief bewerkt foto s tot bijzondere composities. Company werkt de kunst af met Liquid Gloss, zodat de kleuren en details nog indrukwekkender zijn en het werk van de muur afspat.

14 Jacqueline Bozon Jacqueline Bozon schildert kleurrijke werken. Company geeft de kleuren extra body door haar werk te begieten met Liquid Gloss. Jacqueline Bozon exposeert o.a. in Eindhoven, Den Haag, Barcelona en Ibiza. Bob van Persie- One man Full house Bob van Persie s werk is gemaakt van materialen die eigenlijk waardeloos zijn. Hij kleurt het en maakt er opvallende kunst van, dat Company voor hem begiet met een dikke laag Liquid Gloss. Nissim Men Nissim Men is beeldend kunstenaar en fotograaf. In zijn project City Portraits brengt hij meerdere dimensies van een stad samen in een kunstwerk. Voor zijn exposities werken we de foto s af met Liquid Gloss en voorzien ze van een ophangsysteem. Concrete floors & walls Company levert betonnen vloeren, muren en lichtobjecten in verschillende kleuren. Het zogenaamde beton-laminaat wordt gebruikt voor winkelinrichting, horeca of kantoren. In onze showroom kunnen we je nog meer voorbeelden laten zien. Tafelbladen Elk tafelblad krijgt een mooie glans en een krasvast oppervlak met een laag Liquid Gloss. Maar eigenlijk kunnen we bij Company alles met een tafelblad. Een bijzondere foto, print of poster erin verwerken bijvoorbeeld. Of steigerhout voorzien van (color) coating. Ook vintage materialen kunnen bewerkt worden met de glossy hars. Een idee is eigenlijk nooit te gek. We kunnen alle gewenste maten, kleuren en ontwerpen maken. Om die locaties te vinden reist hij rond in heel Europa. Company voorziet zijn werk van een laag Liquid Gloss en een ophangsysteem. Door het vergrotende effect van de transparante hars komen lijnen, details en kleuren in het beeld nog beter tot hun recht.

15 Vintage Collection Met een speciaal ontworpen laag van Liquid Gloss krijgt een antiek dressoir of houten bijzettafel een nog unieker uiterlijk. Je kunt vintage meubelen customizen naar je eigen smaak. We hebben zelf een mooie collectie vintage meubelstukken, maar uiteraard kun je ook je eigen meubel aanleveren. We brainstormen graag met je! Liquid Gloss kan op alle materialen en stukken worden aangebracht. Judith Wiersema Kunstenares Judith Wiersema is bekend om haar sculpturen van vrouwelijke vormen, gemaakt van brons en aluminium. We werken regelmatig met haar samen om de stukken laag voor laag in te gieten met Liquid Gloss. Grand Café Mynt In het hart van het Amsterdamse winkelgebied zit Grand Café Mynt. Met gekleurde Liquid Gloss maakten we een design waarover we laag voor laag transparante hars goten. Met toegevoegde lichteffecten maakten we deze bijzondere bar. Belastingdienst Rotterdam by Esther Tielemans Samen met kunstenares Esther Tielemans fleurden we het kantoor van de Belastingdienst in Rotterdam op. De door haar ontworpen kleurpanelen hebben we voorzien van een glossy coating, waardoor ze spiegelen en een nog knallender effect hebben. Metropolitian Deli Amsterdam Midden in Amsterdam zit chocolade walhalla, ijssalon en espressobar Metropolitan Deli. We gaven het interieur van deze mooie zaak een finishing touch door het meubilair te coaten met Liquid Gloss. De side table is gemaakt van een grof stuk oud hout dat een glossy look kreeg. We kunnen elk soort hout begieten met Liquid Gloss, waardoor de nerven nog mooier zichtbaar zijn, het krasvast en makkelijk afneembaar wordt en bovendien niet verder veroudert.

16 Hotel The Exchange Hotel The Exchange ligt in hartje Amsterdam. Voor dit fashionable hotel maakten we de bar, die volledig is opgebouwd uit goudstaven. Althans, zo lijkt het. Met Liquid Gloss kunnen we een goudkleurig object laten glimmen alsof het echt is. Bekijk hier meer voorbeelden van de Metallic/Gold-look. Hans Boodt Mannequins Hans Boodt is dé leverancier van paspoppen, etalagepoppen en etalagefiguren. Hij showt deze bijvoorbeeld op Amsterdam Fashion Week en heeft een showroom in Rotterdam, Parijs, Milaan en Tokio. Om de poppen van Hans Boodt te presenteren maakt Company catwalks afgewerkt met Liquid Gloss. Door de spiegeling van de catwalk komen de poppen en de kleding nog mooier tot hun recht. Harbour Club Scheveningen Onze relatie met de Harbour Club begon met de vestiging in Scheveningen, waar we het meubilair en de bar een glossy look gaven. Na de succesvolle samenwerking hebben we ook meegewerkt aan het interieur van de Harbour Club in Amsterdam en Rotterdam. Boutique 1 Dubai Voor Boutique 1 in Dubai hebben we het meubilair, de wanden en een gedeelte van de vloeren voorzien van een glossy coating. Company is ervaren in winkelinrichting. Liquid Gloss geeft bijvoorbeeld presentatiemeubilair een stijlvol uiterlijk, maar we denken ook graag mee over de balie, de vloer en de rest van het winkelinterieur. De mogelijkheden zijn eindeloos. Harbour Club Rotterdam In de Harbour Club Rotterdam hebben we het meubilair voorzien van een krasvaste, makkelijk afneembare Liquid Gloss-coating. Ook met Harbour Club-vestigingen in Scheveningen en Amsterdam werkten we samen.

17 Harbour Club Amsterdam We werken samen met alle Harbour Club-vestigingen in Nederland. In Amsterdam ontwikkelden we de coating voor de bar en de tafelbladen, waardoor deze een stijlvol uiterlijk krijgen, krasvast zijn en goed afneembaar. G-star RAW Barcelona Met G-star RAW werken we veel samen. Voor het kantoor in Barcelona hebben we bijvoorbeeld het meubilair en de bar voorzien van een glossy coating. Beachclub O Met Beachclub O in Noordwijk hebben we samengewerkt aan het design van de bar en de tafelbladen. De meubelen lijken gemaakt van massief bamboehout. In werkelijkheid bevestigen we bamboe-fineer op een simpele MDF-plaat, die we voorzien van Liquid Gloss. Erg stijlvol, maar wél een goedkopere oplossing. Beauty Resort Devarana Met Sauna & Beauty Resort Devarana in Den Bosch hebben we samenwerkt aan het interieurdesign. Zowel de welkomstbalie, de wanden en het meubilair zijn door Company afgewerkt met Liquid Gloss. De bar hebben we ontwikkeld met een techniek die een Metallic/Gold-look creëert. Art Tegels Company maakt merchandise-tegels voor merken en musea. Bijvoorbeeld voor het Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam en voor het Hundertwasser House in Wenen. De tegels zijn 20 x 20 en worden gemaakt met uiteenlopende prints en ingegoten voorwerpen. In onze showroom kunnen we je talloze voorbeelden laten zien. Ook maken we tegels met een persoonlijke touch. Met ingegoten geboortekaartjes, kleine cadeautjes of mooie herinneringen bijvoorbeeld. We denken daarover graag met je mee. Alle ideeën zijn meer dan welkom! Liquid Gloss Wall Decoration We werken samen met fotografen en kunstenaars om hun werk een professionele finishing touch te geven. Door een speciaal gietproces brengen we een laag Liquid Gloss aan op een foto,

18 print of ander werk. De hars is zo ontwikkeld dat kleuren geconserveerd blijven zoals ze bedoeld zijn. Omdat Liquid Gloss een natuurlijk vergrotend effect heeft komen de kleuren en lijnen nog mooier tot z n recht. We kunnen de hars zowel mat als in hoogglans afwerken. Het kunstwerk wordt op een aluminium Dibond sandwichpaneel van 4 mm dik geplakt. Dit kan ook op hout of canvas. We zorgen bovendien voor een ophangsysteem, waarmee je het mooi aan de muur kunt bevestigen. Esther Tielemans Kunstenares Esther Tielemans maakt gedecoreerde en monochroom gekleurde werken. Zoals de fraaie panelen voor haar expositie in het Van Abbemuseum in Eindhoven, die hieronder te zien zijn. Company werkt met haar samen om de felgekleurde kunst te voorzien van een laag Liquid Gloss, waardoor de kleuren nog krachtiger over komen. Alusion Met Alusion maken we bijzondere barbladen, tafels en andere interieurontwerpen. Het aluminium-schuim wordt ingegoten met Liquid Gloss, waardoor er luchtbellen ontstaan. Door hieraan LED-verlichting toe te voegen, creëren we schitterende kleur- en lichteffecten. We brainstormen graag met je over een design op maat. Magiflex Magiflex is een filmfolie dat door een proces met licht en specifieke bewegingen een sierlijk effect krijgt. Het glimmende folie is verkrijgbaar in 22 varianten en kleuren, zowel transparant als ondoorzichtig. Het niet-transparante folie gebruiken we vaak voor bekleden van bars of meubelstukken, en het transparante folie leent zich goed om te verwerken in lampen. We leveren Magiflex in rollen en vellen van 60cm breed. Het product wordt gebruikt in interieurdesign, voor bijvoorbeeld lichtbronnen en barbladen, maar ook voor verpakkingen, stickers, displays of in kleding. Meer weten? Neem gerust contact met ons op. Barney s Café Barney s is een hotspot voor toeristen op de Haarlemmerstraat in Amsterdam. We hebben voor dit café het design van de tafelbladen en de bar uitgevoerd, met Liquid Gloss, een Metallic/Goldeffect en een techniek van aluminiumsnippers. Club Bozzini Met Club Bozzini in Kerkrade hebben we samengewerkt aan de verschillende bars en het meubilair. Voor de barfronts hebben we Magiflex gebruikt en de barbladen zijn gemaakt met

19 Alusion: een bijzonder aluminium-schuim, dat in combinatie met Liquid Gloss en LEDverlichting een spectaculair kleur/licht-effect geeft. Nieuws Vrienden van Company: Paco Raphael Wat inspireert jou tot deze indrukwekkende werken? "Mijn inspiratie komt uit van alles! Fashion, stadsbeelden, erotiek soms. Mooie auto s. Ik ga op reis en daar schiet ik zelf mijn beelden. In New York, of andere wereldsteden bijvoorbeeld. Ik word vaak echt verliefd op een foto die ik gemaakt heb en daar werk ik dan mee verder." Dan ga je helemaal los op die foto? "Ik gooi het beeld wel in een soort blender ja. Ik combineer het met andere foto s, waarmee ik een collage maak op mijn computer. Het geheel print ik en vervolgens bewerk ik die print na, met de hand. Met stencils, typografie, paint brush, verf, stift Om nóg meer detail aan te brengen. Uiteindelijk komt daar dan een Liquid Gloss-toplaag overheen. Dat is wat Company voor mij doet." Hoe belangrijk is die toplaag van Liquid Gloss? "Heel belangrijk. Het geeft mijn werk meer elan. Ik werk met heel veel kleuren, detail en nuanceverschillen. Er zitten soms wel 200 tot 300 foto s in één werk. Liquid Gloss heeft het karakter een beeld te verhelderen en intenser te maken. Ten opzichte van gewoon glas is dat een groot verschil. De hars werkt vergrotend en mijn werk bereikt daarmee nog intensiever zijn doel. En! Ook heel belangrijk. Een doek kan poreus worden, of mat na verloop van tijd. Liquid Gloss biedt een hele goede beschermlaag, waardoor je werk langer houdbaar is. Je wilt natuurlijk wel dat je werk er na tien jaar nog steeds goed uitziet." Wat vind je fijn aan de samenwerking met Company? "We hebben een speciale band opgebouwd. Ze geven zó veel service. En ze doen meer dan alleen Liquid Gloss. Ze denken met me mee als ik een idee heb en ik kan altijd nieuwe concepten testen. Het is af en toe bijna een laboratorium bij Company!" Cool! Ben je zo ook tot het idee van die designtafels gekomen? "Nou, ik had het idee al om tafels te maken. Maar daar komt veel techniek aan te pas, en die kennis heb ik niet. Company heeft dat wel, omdat ze met veel partijen samenwerken. Ze hebben tafelbladen voor me laten maken, die ik vervolgens bewerkt heb in mijn stijl en daarna heeft Company ze weer afgewerkt met Liquid Gloss."

20 Heb je een tip voor mensen die met Liquid Gloss willen werken? "Kijk, er zit natuurlijk een prijskaartje aan en je moet het mooi vinden. Maar probeer het gewoon! Laat een keer een test maken van je idee. Ik vraag ook altijd aan Eyal of hij nieuwe, toffe dingen heeft om te laten zien en daardoor raak ik weer geïnspireerd. Op die manier verbreed je als kunstenaar je horizon en zie je steeds meer mogelijkheden. Het is daarom altijd leuk om bij Company naar binnen te stappen!" Meer zien van het werk van Paco?
