Entry Championship Rally: The Rally counts for the following KNAF Championships: Nederlands Rallykampioenschap (NRK) Kampioenschappen Short Rally: The Shortrally counts for the following KNAF Championships: Nederlands Short Rallykampioenschap (NSRK) The rally counts for the following Cups, Challenges, and Trophies: West Euro Rally Cup (WERC) One Day Rally Challange (ODRC) Nissan 350Z Challange BMW 325i Challange Opel FWD Challange Foreign licensees have to download the entry form from the website and send this in, duly completed and signed, to the permanent Rally Secretariat before the closing date of entries, as described in these Supplementary Regulations. In case the entry form will be sent via , the original form has to be received by the organizer within 2 days after closing of the entry. The entry will only be accepted if the secretary has received both the entry and the full payment of the entry fee. The entry fee should be received by the organizer ultimately on the day of closure of the entries (June 10, 2016 at 24:00). Service area The service area is at the Parking P2 of the, Hardenberg. The area is open for the (Short) Rally on Saturday June 18, 2016 from 06:30 hr till 22:00 hr. All service teams must report first on Saturday June 18, 2016 from 06:30 hr at the Public parking IN/OUT where they will receive their documents (sticker for servicecar) and the location of the allocated service area. Facilities: Toilets EHBO Catering Teams need to bring there own water and electricity. Pagina 5

Entrance tickets The Vechtdal Rally will take place on public roads in and around Hardenberg. All stages are free. The service area: The car park P2 will be used as a service area. Public may enter the service area walking, the instructions of officials should immediately follow up. The service area is only accessible for vehicles of participants or vehicles with the sticker "SERVICE" pasted on the windscreen (top left corner). This sticker will be provided by the organization. In accordance with Article SRR 2016 the tenderer and team during the entire event responsible for the behavior of their service technicians and all other persons who may be regarded as helpers of the tenderer and / or team. Incorrect, fraudulent or unsporting behavior of these individuals can be as incorrect, fraudulent or unsportsmanlike behavior by the applicant and / or team considered. Pagina 7
