8 Gedeelde Aansluiting Bijlage 11 Aansluitingscontract Niew ontwerp na ontvangst opmerkingen WG Opmerkingen ontvangen op 20/09: Algemeen: + Elia staat in voor de conformiteit tussen de bepalingen van deze Bijlage en de andere bijlagen van de aansluitingscontracten van de ondertekende Netgebruikers. Art. 4: Conformiteit reeds geïnstalleerde/in dienst te nemen installaties + In geval van niet-conformiteit van de Installaties van één Netgebruiker kan Elia de Gedeelde Aansluitingsinstallatie toch in dienst nemen indien de niet-conforme Installaties kunnen worden afgezonderd. Art. 7: Substantiële wijziging: ref. algemene voorwaarden aansluitingscontract Art. 13: Hoofdelijke aansprakelijkheid: wordt behouden Identificatie fout op installaties Netgebruikers niet (altijd) éénduidig mogelijk voor Elia Art. 14: Algemene Clausule, bij ontbreken gemeenschappelijke beslissing NG s: + zal Elia hierover de betrokken Gebruikers van de Gedeelde Aansluitingsinstallaties inlichten.
