7 Wie mag meedoen aan deze wedstrijd? Iedereen met een goed idee mag meedoen, individueel en als groep Aan welke criteria moet mijn inzending voldoen? Inzendingen voor de wedstrijd kunnen bestaan uit (concepten) app s (voor Andoid of ios), toepassingen voor PC s, (serious) games, videofilms, interactieve websites en eventuele andere multimediatoepassingen te beoordeling van de Jury. Nut, toepasbaarheid, creativiteit en haalbaarheid. Voorstellen die op al deze 4 criteria minimaal voldoende scoren Vervolgens: Voorstel, Markt, Planning, Management, Financiering, Strategisch, Juridisch en Ethisch. Tot 1 November 2015 worden inzendingen geaccepteerd. Deze kunnen voor 1 November via het wedstrijdformulier worden ingeleverd.

8 Artikel 4. Geheimhouding en eigendomsrechten a. De Organisatoren betrachten geheimhouding en de uiterste zorgvuldigheid bij de behandeling van de inzendingen, doch is zij is niet aansprakelijk voor misbruik, diefstal of andere calamiteiten, noch voor het publiekelijk bekend raken van de inhoud. b. Door inzending draagt een Deelnemer geen enkel eigendomsrecht van de Inzending over aan de Organisatoren. De Organisatoren krijgen slechts een tijdelijk exclusief gebruiksrecht van de Inzending, vanaf Inzending voor de duur van de wedstrijd tot de prijsuitreiking.
