Via dit netwerk kunnen wij u helpen met vragen en problemen rond het zakendoen in Europa zoals informatie over het EU-beleid, Europese wet- en regelgeving; Europese financiering of programma s; relevante informatie uit andere EU lidstaten (wetgeving, marktinformatie, ); doorgeven van opmerkingen of klachten over Europees beleid aan de EU; het zoeken naar zakenpartners in Europa. Via de BUSINESS COOPERATION DATABASE kan Enterprise Europe Vlaanderen u helpen bij uw prospectie naar geschikte kandidaten. Deze databank bevat zakenvoorstellen van Europese ondernemers die op zoek zijn naar handelspartners of nieuwe afzetmarkten in de 27 lidstaten van de Europese Unie en aangrenzende regio s. Het Agentschap Ondernemen maakt elke maand uit de databank een lijst op van de nieuwe samenwerkingsvoorstellen van Europese bedrijven die partners zoeken op de Belgische markt. In deze nieuwsbrief vindt u de selectie van DECEMBER 2009 gerangschikt per sector. Het volledig profiel kunt u verkrijgen door een mailtje te sturen naar: sandra.vangyseghem@agentschapondernemen.be. Wenst u zelf te zoeken naar een zakenprofiel dat het best bij uw activiteiten past, ga naar klikken op zakendoen in Europa, en vervolgens op link naar Samenwerkingsvoorstellen. 4 Page 5 of 6 INTERNATIONALE BEDRIJVENCONTACTDAGEN Enterprise Europe Vlaanderen is regelmatig mede-organisator van internationale bedrijvencontactdagen. Dergelijke events zijn een ideale gelegenheid om via business-to-business meetings eerste onderhandelingen op te starten met collega-producenten, toeleveranciers, verdelers uit verschillende landen. De contactdagen duren maximum twee dagen en worden niet als een gewone beurs georganiseerd. Zakenmensen ontmoeten er elkaar volgens een afsprakenprogramma opgesteld volgens eigen wensen want elke deelnemer kan vooraf uit de lijst van ingeschreven bedrijven die contacten selecteren die voor hem interessant zijn. Daarom wordt in de voorbereidingsfase aan elke deelnemer gevraagd om in een zakenprofiel aan te geven welke specifieke producten zij aanbieden of zoeken. Kortom, B2B bedrijvencontactdagen zijn een uniek platform om op korte tijd en aan beperkte kostprijs met een groot aantal potentiële partners te onderhandelen over een toekomstige samenwerking. In het kader van het Erasmus voor Jonge Ondernemers programma is het Agentschap Ondernemen regelmatig op zoek naar Vlaamse gastondernemers voor buitenlandse nieuwe ondernemers. Het Erasmus voor Jonge Ondernemers programma heeft als doel nieuwe ondernemers te helpen bij het verwerven van vaardigheden die nodig zijn om een KMO te leiden. Daartoe biedt het programma de mogelijkheid aan nieuwe ondernemers om gedurende een periode van minimaal 1 maand en maximaal 6 maanden samen te werken met een ervaren ondernemer in een andere EU-lidstaat. Gedurende deze periode kan de nieuwe ondernemer zich ondermeer toeleggen op marktonderzoek, projectontwikkeling, O&O, financieel en operationeel beheer of verkoop en marketing. Door een nieuwe ondernemer te ontvangen kan de gastondernemer (1) kennis verwerven over buitenlandse markten, (2) potentieel toekomstige, buitenlandse partners beter leren kennen, en (3) zijn of haar internationaal netwerk uitbreiden. Momenteel zijn wij op zoek naar gastondernemers voor het volgende profiel: I have launched an innovative company in Spain in anaerobic waste treatment. This technology has a low

5 Page 6 of 6 presence in Spain therefore it is difficult to find experienced suppliers or consultants. However, the anaerobic processes are a well established approach in some European countries. The stay in a foreign company would let me to learn some specific management lessons (negotiations with waste generators, new sources of income, searching for partners/institutional support/financing for new projects) and to improve my technical background. Furthermore, it would be easier to find experienced partners in countries where the anaerobic digestion of industrial wastes is a well-known technical approach. I can offer to my host entrepreneur: 1.- the collaboration of a chemical engineer with some experience in anaerobic digestion in her/his company; 2.- a good view on the Spanish market that has a huge potential; 3.- the possible establishment of a business relationship as supplier, consultant or joining in one or more projects in Spain.
