Lees voor u dit apparaat gaat gebruiken eerst zorgvuldig de volgende instructies. g Waarschuwingen en voorzorgsmaatregelen Neem de volgende waarschuwingen en voorzorgsmaatregelen in acht: Dompel de machine nooit onder in water. Als het apparaat nat is geworden dient u het op te laten drogen en door een specialist na te laten kijken alvorens u het apparaat weer gebruikt. Lees voor gebruik de technische gegevens. Gebruik apparaat alleen binnenshuis en op een vlakke ondergrond. Blijf in de buurt van het apparaat zolang de machine in werking is. Als het apparaat gebruikt wordt, kunnen sommige delen van de machine erg heet worden. Zorg ervoor dat u deze hete delen niet raakt. De stroomkabel dient door een gekwalificeerd iemand vervangen te worden. Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact als het apparaat niet gebruikt wordt. U dient minimal 1/3e van de capaciteit te gebruiken. Reinig het filtermandje, deksel, slang koffiezetapparaat en de binnenkant van de tank met een niet-agressief schoonmaakmiddel. 2. Giet de kan voor minimaal de helft vol met koud water. 3. Schep de koffie in het filtermandje Sluiten met het Deksel mandje Plaats de slang van het koffiezetapparaat 11 en het filterbakje 10 in de kan. 6. Zorg ervoor dat de onderkant van de percolatorbuis 11 stevig bevestigd is in de uitsparing van het verwarmelement in de kan. 7. Plaats het filtermandje in de percolatorbuis 3

4 11 tot het aangesloten is aan het Filterbakje Steek de stekker in het stopcontact en zet de aan-/uitschakelaar op 5 "AAN", het lampje op de schakelaar moet nu oplichten. 9..Het Knipperlichtje 6 licht ongeveer twintig á vijftig minuten later op, als de koffie gezet is. 10. Het tweede verwarmingssysteem zal de koffie automatisch warm houden. De koffie kan nu geserveerd worden. 11. Als er nog ongeveer drie kopjes koffie in de kan zitten, zet dan de aan-/uitschakelaar op 5 "UIT" en trek de stekker uit het stopcontact Open het deksel van het apparaat niet als het in werking is. 4

5 Onderhoud g Schoonmaken: Het is belangrijk om het apparaat en de accessoires schoon te maken na gebruik. Maak viezigheid en vlekken op het apparaat schoon met een zachte, vochtige doek en indien nodig met een met een niet-schurend of niet-agressief reinigings- of schoonmaakmiddel. g Ontkalken Op bepaalde plekken in de waterkoker veroorzaakt hard water kalk en kalksteen. Om het apparaat in goede conditie te houden en ervoor te zorgen dat iedere pot koffie de beste smaak heeft, raden wij u aan om te ontkalken als u merkt dat er bezinksel in de kan ontstaat. 1. Giet 200 ml verse of gecondenseerde citroensap in het element in de urn. 2. Wacht 5-6 minuten zodat de rest van de oplossing vermengd is met het bezinksel 3. U kunt een zachte borstel gebruiken om het verwarmingselement zachtjes schoon te maken. 4. De pompslangen dienen ook volledig onder de citroensap te staan, om er zeker van te zijn dat het kraanleertje aan de onderkant van de pomp vrij kan bewegen. 5. Herhaal de stappen 1-3 tot de kalk verdwenen is. 6. Gebruik een droge doek om de citroensap op te deppen. 7. Giet wat heet water in de kan, borstel het verwarmingselement zachtjes, tot er geen citroensmaak of geur meer aanzit. 8. Het apparaat kan weer gebruikt worden. Omdat kalk zich sneller vormt dan u zich kunt voorstellen, raden wij de gebruiker aan om minimaal eens per week te ontkalken, zodat het apparaat goed blijft werken. Als het apparaat tijdens normaal gebruik ineens stopt en weer gaat werken als het apparaat afgekoeld is, dan komt dit waarschijnlijk door een kalkophoping. Ontkalk het apparaat dan eerst. Controleer altijd of het kraanleertje aan de onderkant van de stok zich vrij kan bewegen zonder dat het beschadigd raakt! Kraanleertje aan de onderkant van de percolatorbuis! De onderstaande beschadiging aan de stok kan ervoor zorgen dat het apparaat niet naar behoren werkt, maar alleen heet water door laat lopen of een lichtere koffie geeft dan normaal. 7 Coffee Percolator kops Operating Instructions Please read and keep in door use only. Don t discard the instruction g Introduction We are really pleased that you have chosen our high quality Automatic Coffee Machine, and we are very sure that you have made a correct decision. Before your use it, please read the following instructions carefully. g Warnings & Precautions The following warnings and precautions must be observed. Never immerse the machine in the water. If the machine has been soaked, it must be dried and checked by specialist before using it again. Before installation, you should read the technical data Only unit use at indoor of horizontal table. User should stay in the vicinity of the machine while machine is in operation. When the machine is in use, some parts of the machine are very hot. Be sure does not to touch the hot parts. The power cord must be replaced by qualify person. Unplug the Cord, when the Machine is being not used. The minimum volume to operate must up to 1/3 of the maximum capacity. The Power cord should be replaced by allowed qualified operator. In the following pages, all the important items are marked by for your attention. Caution! Hot Surface! Clean the Filter Basket, Cover, Percolator Tube and inside of tank with a non-abrasive detergent. 13. Pour cool water into the Urn to bill at least half of total capacity of the Urn 14. Place the grounded coffee in the Filter Basket Cover it with the Basket Cover Place the Percolator Tube 11 and the Basket Tray 10 into the Urn. 17. Make sure the foot of the Percolator Tube 11 is positioned firmly on the CAVE of heater at Urn. 18. Put the Filter Basket into the Percolator Tube 11 until it nests on the Basket Tray 10. 8

Plug the cord into the electric outlet and turn the Power Switch 5 "ON", the lamp in the switch should light up now. 20..About 20~50 minutes later, the Indicator Lamp 6 lights up, the brewing process is completed. 21. The second Heating System will operate automatically to keep the coffee warm, coffee now ready to be served. 22. When there are only about 3 cups of coffee left in the Urn, please turn the Power Switch 5 "OFF" and unplug the Cord from the electric outlet. Do not open the Lid of appliance when unit during use! 9

10 Maintenance g Cleaning: It is important that the Machine and its accessories be kept clean after using. For dirt or smudges on the Machine, it is better to clean them with a soft damp cloth, and if necessary, with a non-corrosive and/or non-abrasive detergent or cleaner. g De-sediments: On areas on the Heating Element, hard water will cause chalk and limestone will to accumulate over time. To keep it in the best condition and ensure each coffee brewing will result in best-tasting coffee, we recommend De-sediment when you find there are scale sediments at the bottom of the machine. 9. Pour 200-ml fresh lemon juice or condensed lemons juice into the element in the Urn. 10. Wait for 5~6 minutes to allow the lemon juice to run through the sediments. 11. You may use a brush with soft bristles to brush the Heating Element lightly and gently. 12. The pump tubes also have to immerse in to the lemons juice solution to ensure the washer at the bottom of pump tube able to moving freely. 13. Repeat steps 1~3, until limestone is removed. 14. Use a dry cloth to wipe the lemon juice away. 15. Pour some clean water into the Urn, brush the Heating Element lightly and gently until there is no more lemon taste and smell. 16. The machine can again be used. Due to the lime may be will built up much fast than you imagine, we do suggest use to De-sediments even week for once at least to ensue the unit cane works normally. In case, if the units stop works (no power) during the normal operate suddenly, but when the unit cooling down the unit is re-workable again, than it is very probably causing the limes built up. Please run the De-sediment process. Please always check the washer at the bottom of stem able to moving freely and without damaged! Washer at the bottom of stem! The following damaged on the Stem may causing the unit not operate properly, such as only get hot water at result or the coffee test is lighter than usual.
