5 Ontwerp De ontwikkeling van ieder kwaliteitsproduct begint bij functie en ontwerp. En uw wensen uiteraard. Wij kunnen de inbouw laten ogen als of deze af-fabriek betreft. Daadwerkelijk alles kan identiek; het type en de kleurstelling van het leer of alcantara, de stiksels, toepassing van carbon en het spuitwerk. Compleet matching, tenzij u dat juist niet wilt natuurlijk. De individuele componenten kunnen wij geheel naar wens vormgeven. Vergulden, initialen, logo s, kleurstellingen of andere effecten; het is allemaal mogelijk. Ook uw muziekvoorkeuren zijn van belang. Zij bepalen mede de uiteindelijke keuze, plaatsing en afstelling van de verschillende componenten. Daarnaast houden wij rekening met de karakteristieken van uw auto zoals afmetingen en akoestiek. Op basis van de inventarisaties kunnen wij o.a. de eigenschappen van de speakers en woofers bepalen, de juiste kabeldiktes berekenen en de optimale bekisting voor uw woofers ontwerpen. Het ontwerp wordt uitgewerkt in een 3D tekenprogramma en uitgebreid getest met simulatieprogramma s. Zo is de basis gelegd voor echte audio beleving. 7 Akoestiek & Integratie Iedere auto kent zijn eigen akoestiek. Hoe uw muziek klinkt in uw Ferrari wordt mede bepaald door hoe het geluid (trillingen van lucht) zich ontwikkeld in de koets. Vormen en objecten bepalen de klank en nagalm van het geluid en dus hoe u het ervaart. Als een soort dirigent zorgen wij dat alle individuele elementen samenkomen tot één harmonieus geheel. Door slimme toepassingen verbeteren wij de akoestiek zodat het orkest tot zijn volle recht komt. Door gebruik van dempingsmaterialen en coatings kunnen wij ongewenste trillingen elimineren. Daarnaast benutten wij bestaande ruimtes optimaal. Van uw deuren maken wij klankkasten alsof het akoestische instrumenten betreft. In onze professionele woodworking shop beschikken wij over state of the art techniek waarmee wij op ambachtelijke wijze interieurdelen op maat maken voor een exacte pasvorm, uitstraling en akoestiek. Toeval bestaat niet. Acoustics & Integration Every vehicle has its unique acoustic characteristics. How you actually hear and experience your music is partly determined by how the sound waves (vibrations) develop within your car before reaching your hearing. Shapes and objects of the interior influence the color and resonance of your music and thus how you experience it. Much like an orchestra conductor we have the task to make sure that all individual elements come together to form a harmonious and balanced unity. By subtle changes and intelligent adjustments we are able to improve the acoustics in order for the orchestra to excel. We use specials foils and coatings to eliminate vibrations and unwanted noises from your car. At the same time we try to utilize existing spaces like in your doors by using them as resonance boxes. In our professional woodworking shop we have state of the art tools at our disposal that able us to traditionally handcraft interior parts with exact measurements, appearance and acoustics. Bestaande onderdelen die onze toets der kritiek niet doorstaan maken wij simpelweg zelf. De kabels zijn de levensaders van uw high end audio installatie. Het is geen rocket science ; des te minder kwaliteitsverlies er bij het transport van signalen plaats vindt des te beter het eindresultaat is. Wij kiezen de optimale dikte en lengte van de kabels die altijd uit 100% zuiver koper bestaan. Ook de behuizing en connectoren selecteren wij uit het topsegment van de markt. Het hart van uw audio installatie is de digitale soundprocessor (DSP). Met deze geavanceerde equaliser kunnen wij elk component individueel aansturen en inregelen. De kwaliteits processoren waar wij mee werken bieden meer mogelijkheden dan ons gehoor kan onderscheiden. Zij kennen meer dan 30 geluidsbanden (frequenties) die in verschillende samenstellingen een ongekend breed geluidsspectrum beslaan. Het afstellen van de soundprocessor is als het stemmen van een fijnbesnaarde piano. Het vergt precisie en vakmanschap. If there are no products of satisfactory quality we will manufacture them ourselves. The wiring of your high end audio system is like its lifelines. Understanding why is not exactly rocket science: the fewer loss of quality during the transportation of your signal the better the results get. We determine the exact right thickness and length of your cables which completely consist of solid copper. Evidently we apply the same quality standards by selecting the best connectors and cable casing. If the wiring are its lifelines than the digital sound processor (DSP) is the heart of your audio system. It is an advanced equalizer that enables us to individually control and tune each component. The digital sound processors we use offer us more tunings possibilities than we can naturally distinguish. They own more than 30 frequencies that in combined settings cover a wide audio spectrum. The tuning of a sound processor is like the tuning of a delicate piano. It requires absolute precision and craftsmanship. We can state, how ironic, that the components you will never see are the most important and make sure that your sound is pure and well-balanced.

10 Assemblage en finetuning Zodra alle componenten en onderdelen gemaakt, getest en ingemeten zijn gaan wij over tot de montage en inbouw. De montage vergt uiterste precisie om tot het gewenste uiterlijk en de beoogde geluidskwaliteit te komen. Onze jarenlange ervaring en vakkennis resulteert in een hoogwaardige inbouwkwaliteit en wij geven dan ook levenslange garantie op onze diensten. De laatste belangrijke stap is het afstellen van uw geluidsinstallatie. Hiervoor gebruiken wij speciale meetsystemen, software en richtmicrofoons. We plaatsen een richtmicrofoon op de exacte zitpositie rekening houdend met uw postuur. Vervolgens zenden wij een testsignaal door de audio installatie en meet de microfoon hoe het geluid uw oor zou bereiken. De software vergelijkt het bronsignaal met het feitelijke signaal en maakt verschillen inzichtelijk. Er is altijd sprake van akoestische vervorming door reflecties van bijvoorbeeld interieurdelen en ramen. Met behulp van uw soundprocessor kunnen wij het geluidsignaal dusdanig afstellen dat u uw favoriete muziek hoort zoals het is bedoeld door de muzikant. There is always inevitable acoustic distortion as a result of deflection of windows and interior elements.
