2 Een dynamiek met een familienaam, een wereldwijde aanwezigheid Sinds 1950 is Douce-Hydro gespecialiseerd in het ontwerp en de uitvoering van vijzels en hydraulische systemen, van de standaard vijzel tot de speciale vijzel voor de meest veeleisende technologiën. Sinds 1990 is Douce-Hydro een familiebedrijf, geleid wordt door zijn dynamische Voorzitter Dhr. Jean-Marc Vandenbulke, die de toekomst veilig stelt door in 2000 zijn zoon, Dhr. Franck Vandenbulke, aan het hoofd van de Amerikaanse afdeling te plaatsen en in 2009 tot Algemeen Adjunct-directeur te benoemen. In het kader van de belangrijke groei op internationaal gebied, werden de firma s Douce-Hydro Inc. en Douce-Hydro GmbH opgericht, respectievelijk in de VS in 1996 en in Duitsland in In juli 2008, neemt de firma Douce-Hydro het merk en de octrooien van Jarret Structures over op het gebied van aardschokdempers en civiele bouw, in het logische verlengde van zijn productlijn. In augustus 2009, om aan een steeds groeiende internationale vraag te beantwoorden en om de productiecapaciteit en de reactiviteit aanzienlijk te verbeteren, start Douce-Hydro met de bouw van twee nieuwe productiegebouwen, die sinds mei 2010 operationeel zijn. Douce-Hydro bezit nu wereldwijd de grootste productiecapaciteit op het gebied van de vijzelindustrie. Since 1990, the company has been a family owned business, operated by its dynamic CEO Mr. Jean-Marc Vandenbulke, which perennity is ensured into the future with the accesssion of his son Mr. Franck Vandenbulke at the head of the US Headquarters in 2000, and since 2009, also as the Executive Vice-President. Within the scope of its significant international expansion, the companies Douce-Hydro Inc. and Douce-Hydro GmbH have been created respectfully in the USA in 1996 and in Germany in In July 2008, Douce-Hydro acquired Jarret Structures brand, trademark and patents for viscous fluid dampers for the seismic and civil engineering industries, extending its range of products. In August 2009, to answer a continuous growing international demand, increase significantly production capabilities, and reduce response time, Douce-Hydro started the construction of two new manufacturing buildings which has been operational since May Douce-Hydro now owns the largest manufacturing capabilities in the cylinder industry worldwide.
