Gabo is available with and without a hood, which makes it suitable for both home and business use. With the Gabo Lounge, the soft lines and curves are emphasised by a thicker seat cushion and deeper seat. ELEMENT ROMP RUMPF CARCASSE Solid wooden seat element with steel no-sag springs, equipped with high-quality HR Eco foam with a layer of Dacron. A layer of Dacron is placed over the foam. This drastically reduces friction and wear of the fabric. Massief houten frame met stalen nosag veren, voorzien van hoogwaardig HR Ecoschuim. Over het schuim wordt een laag Dacron aangebracht. Hierdoor wordt wrijving en slijtage van de stof drastisch gereduceerd. Massivholzgestelle mit Nosag- Stahlfedern, mit hochwertigem HR Eco-Schaum. Auf den Schaum wird eine Schicht Dacron axufgebracht. Hierdurch werden Reibxung und Verschleiß des Stoffs drastisch reduziert. Encadrement en bois massif avec ressorts Nosag en acier, pourvu de mousse Eco HR de haute qualité avec une couche de Dacron. Une couche de Dacron vient ensuite recouvrir la mousse. De ce fait, le frottement et l usure du tissu sont sensiblement réduits. UPHOLSTERY STOFFERING POLSTERBEZUG GARNISSAGE STREAM INFOSHEET In the version with a hood, Gabo is upholstered in two different fabrics from the same fabric group at no extra cost. EMBASE STREAM INFOSHEET Steel base with plastic runners finished with a matte fine-textured powder coating, available in various standard colours. Alternative colours on request. Optionally, transparent matte lacquered oak legs with steel core and stainless steel legs are available. Matching Gabo side tables are available. Stalen onderstel met kunststof glijders afgewerkt met een matte fijnstructuur poedercoating, verkrijgbaar in diverse standaardkleuren. Overige kleuren op aanvraag. Optioneel zijn er mat transparant gelakte eikenhouten poten met stalen kern en RVS poten beschikbaar. Er zijn bijpassende Gabo side tables beschikbaar. Stahlgestell mit Kunststoffgleitern, verarbeitet mit einer matten Feinstruktur-Pulverbeschichtung, erhältlich in diversen Standardfarben. Weitere Farben auf Anfrage. Optional sind matt transparent lackierte Eichenholzfüße mit Stahlkern sowie Edelstahlfüße erhältlich. Es stehen dazu passende Gabo- Beistelltische zur Verfügung. 9 POWDER COATINGS The powder coating used, does not contain toxic substances or components that hold heavy metals. During the production process, the redundant powder is intercepted and re-used in our production process. Powder coating colours that are not standard to the Casala collection can be used at the customer s request. The warranty period commences on the date of delivery and is not interrupted, impeded or renewed when a warranty service has been provided. We can handle complaints quickly when you send a clear description together with photos, the model number, the order number and the date of manufacture to Casala. You can find this information on the production sticker under the chair or table. In order to ensure wood and paper products originate from responsibly managed forests, Casala encourages the use of international certifications PEFC and FSC. Casala embraces PEFC and FSC as certification institutes. By integrating these standards, we are able to extract our current timber from the forests without harming the needs of future users. Thanks to the established quality requirements and control of production processes, Casala s project furniture guarantees excellent quality, long life and durability. Our objective with regard to Circular Economy is simple: successful corporate social responsibility with focus on a sustainable world. During the design phase we determine the products and materials and examine their impact and behaviour in the product chain. These choices are the basis of adequate management of products and materials. For many years Casala has been working with raw materials that mainly originated in Western Europe. The required transport kilometers are thus kept to a minimum. This contributes to the lowest possible CO-2 emissions. Chairs are frequently discarded after use and seen as waste. This is unnecessary, as the parts are often not at the end of their life cycle. Therefore Casala chooses to refurbish various items from our product range and offers CE guarantee on multiple programs. When purchasing new furniture, you decide in consultation with Casala whether you want to make use of the CE guarantee. Casala CE comes with an official certificate. The moment you want to replace the furniture, you can return this CE certificate. Every CE-certified product will receive a cash refund, a nice start for the purchase of new furniture. This contributes to a more sustainable world, the foundation of Circular Economy. Result: a chair with the same quality and warranty conditions as a new chair.
