14 The Road Ahead We are on the right track, but we must remain self-critical We successfully created a burning platform/dream However a cultural change takes time After a period of focus on the Pearl concept itself, it is time to focus on output and delivering results. Our next challenge is to help switch focus from being Pearl, to being the first, the reference. 14
