Het nieuwe reclamebureau zal in het bijzonder prestaties leveren voor onderstaande directies en diensten van de NMBS- Holding: H-CO (Communicatie), H-HR (Human Resources), H-ST (Stations), H-VM (Veiligheid & Milieu). Haar takenpakket zal, onder andere, bestaan uit: het ontwikkelen van aanwervingscampagnes (H-HR): de NMBS-groep promoten als belangrijkste werkgever van het land, het opzetten van communicatiecampagnes aangaande het onroerend patrimonium van de NMBS-Holding (stations, gebouwen, parkeerplaatsen, grote investeringsprojecten, enz.), het uitwerken van communicatiecampagnes ter bevordering van de mobiliteit, het uitwerken van communicatiecampagnes ter promotie van duurzame mobiliteit, het ontwikkelen van bedrijfsgebonden communicatiecampagnes, het ontwikkelen van creatieve concepten + realisatie van het desbetreffende materiaal, het bedenken en het verwezenlijken van materiaal overeenkomstig interne aanbevelingen/richtlijnen, het uitvoeren van onderzoeken voorafgaand aan of volgend op gerealiseerde campagnes, opvolging en inschatting van uitgevoerde campagnes.
