THIRSDAY, MARCH 03, 2020 At 9 AM -Closure of pre-registrations. TUESDAY, MARCH 11, 2020 Application deadline for full payment of entry fees. The date of the postmark or the date of registration of the transfer being authentic. 2. PROCEDURE - On the dates and times mentioned above, access through our site at a blank sheet of pre-registration must be duly completed by the interested. - Capture successful, a preregistration number. Conservation of it until the day of administrative control. - The pre-registration will be fully effective only after receipt of the full payment of the amount referred to in paragraph C). 4 C) - AMOUNT ENTRY FEES - REFUND: 1 - Amount and MODE of regulation (Rev.1) For all the participants, the entry fees are fixed at 290, with the exception of participants on 50cc motorcycles with an NJ3C or LJB2 licenses are set at 145 and will be addressed: -For residents on the French territory: - Only by bank check, address "Moto Club du Livradois 3, rue de l industrie AMBERT " and the order of 'M.C.LIVRADOIS'. IMPORTANT: Obligation of a cheque by pilot hired by mentioning on the back: - Pre-registration number. -For residents off of the French territory, either: - By cheque to the address ' Moto Club du Livradois 3, rue de l industrie AMBERT - France' and to the order of "M.C.LIVRADOIS". (With mark-up of 25 justified by Bank cashing inters charges). 5 2 DEFECTION, REFUND: - Defection: Admissible to the United Nations by registered letter (postmark) or up to the 10 June 2020 included. - Reimbursement of entry fees: Will be either: - By the destruction of the cheque issued during pre-registration. - By sending a cheque. - By executing a bank transfer for non residents on French soil. The admissibility of the defection time spent, refund won t be taken into account by the host club regardless of the reason. (D) ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT NOTIFICATIONS: - The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse the entry of a competitor without having to explain why (article 74 of the C.S.I. (International Sporting Code). - No possible commitment verbally, by telephone, on paper or by . - In any case, a driver may exchange its commitment with another pilot. - For residents off of the French territory and not licensed to the F.F.M: o 1) - National or international foreign license holders will be required to present with the latter, during the administrative checks of the test, a written authorization to leave from their federation.
