2 De ZOUTE GRAND PRIX 2015 loopt van donderdag 8 tot en met zondag 11 oktober Le ZOUTE GRAND PRIX 2015 prendra cours du jeudi 8 au dimanche 11 octobre The ZOUTE GRAND PRIX 2015 will take place from Thursday 8 to Saturday 10 October Dit evenement bestaat uit vijf verschillende activiteiten waaronder de ZOUTE GT TOUR. Deze laatste zal plaatsvinden op zondag 11 oktober Deze ballade wordt voorbehouden aan moderne GT s die jonger dan 20 jaar zijn. L évènement se compose de cinq activités, dont le ZOUTE GT TOUR. Ce dernier aura lieu le dimanche 11 octobre La ballade est réservée aux voitures GT modernes, de moins de vingt ans d âge. Lors du ZOUTE TOP MARQUES les partenaires automobiles exposent leurs dernières nouveautés sur des podiums répartis sur la Kustlaan piétonne et dans le Zoute. Ceci pendant quatre jours. During these four days the participating car partners will introduce their latest models on various podiums in the pedestrianized Kustlaan and in the Zoute. This we call ZOUTE TOP MARQUES. Tijdens de volledige vier dagen stellen de deelnemende autopartners hun nieuwste modellen voor in de parkeervrije Kustlaan en op diverse podia in het Zoute. Dit is ZOUTE TOP MARQUES. Van donderdag 8 tot en met zaterdag 10 oktober 2015 wordt de ZOUTE RALLY gereden. Deze rally is voorbehouden aan wagens met eerste inschrijvingsdatum in het verkeer tussen en Deelnemers hebben de keuze om de regelmatigheidsrally of de ballade mee te rijden. Tijdens de ZOUTE SALE by Bonhams, van donderdag 8 tot en met vrijdag 9 oktober 2015, kan u de te veilen wagens bewonderen die op vrijdag avond verkocht zullen worden door het bekende veilinghuis Bonhams. Op zaterdag 10 oktober en zondag 11 oktober 2015 heeft de ZOUTE CONCOURS D ELEGANCE by Bank Degroof plaats. Dit is een elegantiewedstrijd van legendarische wagens die gekeurd worden door een internationale jury van experten. PROGRAMMA 08:30-09:45 U wordt verwelkomd in de ZOUTE DRIVERS CLUB by Lebeau-Courallly voor een verzorgd onbijt en brieing van de. 09:45-10:45 Via een roadbook vertrekt u vanaf Knokke Het Zoute voor een ontdekking van de mooiste Vlaamse wegen om nadien terug te keren naar het prachtige Zoute. Langs het parcours dienen verschillende technische en snelheids-proeven te worden afgelegd die het inale classement van de ZOUTE GT TOUR zullen bepalen. De winnaar van de proeven ontvangt een exclusief horloge van de gelimiteerde editie van Lebeau-Courally voor de ZOUTE GRAND PRIX. 12:30 Onder politiebegeleiding rijdt wagen 1 Knokke binnen om via de verkeersvrije Kustlaan de ZOUTE GT TOUR 2015 te eindigen op het podium voor de VIP tent op het Albertplein in het Zoute. Gedurende de maanden mei en juni 2015 zal het selectiecomité de deelnemers zorgvuldig selecteren en schriftelijk bevestigen aan het deelnemende team. Bij niet aanvaarding door het selectiecomité zal de kandidaat hiervan schriftelijk op de hoogte worden gebracht en zal het betaalde bedrag binnen de maand hieropvolgend worden teruggestort. Een derde mogelijkheid is dat uw aanvraag tot deelname wordt aanvaard maar dat de ZOUTE GT TOUR reeds volboekt is. Dan heeft u als kandidaat deelnemer de mogelijkheid om deel uit te maken van een wachtlijst. Van zodra er een plaats vrijkomt in de rally zal u onmiddellijk op de hoogte worden gebracht. Het is toegestaan het formulier in te dienen ook al kent de deelnemer de naam van zijn co-piloot nog niet. De ontbrekende gegevens moeten dan wel zo snel mogelijk worden doorgegeven via info@zoute-events.be. Dit formulier is slechts een aanvraag tot deelname van de zijde van de deelnemer en verplicht de inrichter niet tot aanvaarding van de kandidatuur. De beslissing van het selectiecomité is zonder verhaal. Lorsqu une place se libère, vous serez immédiatement mis au courant. Si le concurrent ne connaît pas encore le nom de son copilote, il peut néanmoins remettre le formulaire. Deze beslissing wordt genomen door de autopartner waar u klant bent met eventueel uw dagelijkse wagen vb: u bent klant bij BMW maar u wenst deel te nemen met een Bentley, dat kan, na goedkeuring door het automerk BMW. U kan zich kandidaat stellen waarna het Selectie Comité van de ZOUTE GT TOUR alle inschrijvingen beoordeelt. Les participants qui s inscrivent via les marques partenaires automobiles ou sponsors du bénéicient d une réduction de 300,00 EUR hors TVA de 21 % sur le montant de l inscription, qui s élève à 1.095,00 EUR (dont 50 EUR exonérés de TVA) hors TVA de 21 %, quelle que soit la marque de leur ancêtre. En d autres termes, vous pouvez être client d un des partenaires précités et tout de même participer avec une voiture d une autre marque automobile qui serait mentionnée ou non ci-dessus. Cette décision est prise par le partenaire automobile dont vous êtes client avec, éventuellement, votre voiture habituelle. Par exemple : vous êtes client chez BMW, mais vous souhaitez participer avec une Bentley. C est possible, moyennant l accord de la marque automobile BMW. Vous pouvez poser votre candidature, à la suite de quoi le Comité de sélection du ZOUTE GT TOUR examinera toutes les inscriptions. Participants who register with car partners or sponsors of the ZOUTE GRAND PRIX 2015, will beneit from a 300,00 EUR price reduction (excl. VAT) on registrations of 1.095,00 EUR (excl. 21% VAT and of which 50 Euro is exempt of VAT), regardless of the brand of their vintage car; i.e. you may be a customer of one of the partners mentioned above and still participate with a car of a different car brand that is or is not mentioned above. This decision is made by the car partner with whom you are a customer, even possibly with a different vehicle i.e.: you are a customer at BMW but want to participate with an Bentley; this is possible, upon approval by BMW.
