He has started this company in Up to 2006 Arno has worked for Capgemini for a long time. Test management is its specialty. Arno has vast experience and expertise in this field. Past years he mainly worked for the government (taxes and Ministry of Agriculture), the financial sector (pensions and mortgages) and telecommunications industry. 2 Work experience March 2010 till December 2010 (36 hr/wk): test manager at the Administration of Agriculture Nature and Landscape conservation; front- and back-office processes Test management, development test strategy, test implementation In the Netherlands Dienst Regelingen (DR) carries out the legal rules concerning Nature and Landscape conservation. DR concludes the agreements regarding Nature and Landscape management, with both farmers and nature conservation organizations. In 2009 the legislation has changed fundamentally. Therefor new applicaties needed to be developed. As a testmanager Arno was responsible for the testing activities. He has written the testplans and managed the execution of the testing activities for a range of projects. And he has tested a few of the projects himself Some of the projects are listed below: Oracle migration Migration of the Oracle database from version 8 to 10g, migration of the operation system from vms to unix and replacing the hardware. Ramani Development of a new a new application, meant to manage geometrical data. Also migration of the former data-base towards the new structures. e-snl Internet application (in Java) meant to apply for nature and landscape management. E- SNL has been developed with the Agile method. SNL Several projects on the Oracle platform for the implementation of the new legislation in the Back Office and interfacing with Front office and external parties. SEPA Implementation of IBAN and BIC at DR. Meant to function in accordance to SEPA standards. Maintenance Periodic patches due to failures in software February 2007 till April 2009 (40 hr/wk): test manager at the Tax Administration Taxes message handling services Test management, development test strategy, test implementation GPS is the message broker for the Tax and Customs Administration. The aim of GPS is to receive and deliver message to internal and external parties. GPS receives, validates, transforms and delivers. This concerns both papers and electronic media. Arno has carried out several tasks. He has written test plans for several GPS releases established. has done the coordination of the implementation of these plans done. 3 For above said projects Arno has managed the user acceptatance tests. These projects aimed at extend and optimising the mortgage processes. For all these projects several Obvion departments were involved. And generally it concerned several projects simultaneously. The project credit risk concerned the implementation of BASEL2 at Obvion. For this project Arno have established the test strategy. This implementation is based on the Rabobank EL-framework. Beside successful deliveries of the several projects Arno has conducted commitment on a working method which makes that as from now all IT projects are under the attention of test management. As from now on for all projects a user acceptance test is planned. Furthermore this has conducted to a more efficient commitment of resources. April 2006 till June 2007: test manager mortgages at SNS Mortgages; recording processes Essays test strategy and letter master test plan From April 2006 up to June 2006 has worked as a test manager for SNS. He was assigned on the project with the objective to implement a new mid office application. In this project several internal and external parties were involved, each developing a part of the tool. has written the Master testplan. In this plan the teststrategy for all subprojects and acceptance testing over all were specified. September 2005 till March 2006: Project lead and bidmanager on Telfort outsourcing contract Mobile telecommunication; billing and crm To improve initial interview process and essays tenders on the basis of function point analysis From September 2005 up to March 2006 has worked as a project manager on the Capgemini outsourcing contract with Telfort. He was the linking pin between Capgemini and Telfort during the design phase of the Damocles project. This was a large project replacing the CRM and Billing system stack. The major part of this assignment was being a bid manager. The intake of change requests and the release of proposals were part of this job. This tool comprises a laptop installed with a set of applications. Each employee has his specific software set. has participated in the UP project during the Roll out of the PPT s. His role was project leader in the St Laurentius hospital Roermond. The questions to be answered during the TBO2003 are: Set up time spending profiles per medical specialism. The aim of this survey is to gather understanding of the number of patients related hours per day per medical specialist. The aim of the DBC2003 project is the implementation of the new declaration method by hospitals en medical specialists in the Netherlands based on the "Diagnose Behandeling Combinaties" (DBC s). The main task of was the execution of the TBO in the Laurentius hospital in Roermond. On the one hand he mainly was focussed on motivating doctors and observers. July 2000 up to September 2002: test manager PENSION FUND Pension fund Tst management, test strategy ABP has chosen the development of BNU/CANS, a new application that takes care of nett/gross breakdown and payment. BNU/CANS makes it possible to adapt to new developments in pensions and social security. It intervenes substantially in the primary processes of the pension fund and has a major impact on connected applications, so it demands complex synchronization of planning with surrounding projects, which was particularly complex. was test manager for both BNU and CANS, and as such was responsible for test planning and execution. July 1999 till June 2000: Designer, project leader for Vodafone Telecommunication Billing Design, project management The business of charging prepaid-cards using so-called debit card is costly. Most important components in this cost are distribution of the cards and the margin for retailers. Charging callcredit using Rabofoon or credit cards should improve this, while at the same time give customers the opportunity to charge their credit in a more user-friendly way. Arno heeft in project een belangrijke bijdrage geleverd (inhoudelijke en transitie) aan de invulling van dit raamwerk. Resultaat van het raamwerk is door het managementteam (CMT) van afdeling Poort geaccepteerd resultaat en wordt momenteel geïmplementeerd. Arno is en blijft kritisch naar zijn eigenwerk en zorgt er voor dat dit met grote zorgvuldigheid wordt uitgevoerd. Positief. Daar waar hij constateert dat zaken niet goed gaan neemt hij initiatief om het alsnog in goede banen te leiden. Zo heeft hij voor de Aanslag & XBRL stromen verschillende activiteiten georganiseerd die er toe hebben geleid dat de DA2008 conform planning succesvol naar productie is gebracht. Positief. Arno bekijkt de zaken vanuit verschillende kanten voordat hij een oordeel vormt. Hij zorgt er voor dat hij van de spelers in het veld de benodigde informatie krijgt waarop hij zijn eigen oordeel bepaald. Arno is kritisch en durft zeker voor mij eigen mening uit te komen en draagt dit ook uit naar anderen binnen het team. 7

8 Flexibiliteit: Verantwoordelijkheidsbesef: Toelichting: Positief. De afgelopen periode heeft veel van de flexibiliteit gevraagd van Arno. Enerzijds wordt veroorzaakt doordat de aanleverende teams vrijwel niet instaat zijn geweest om de planning te halen waardoor er telkens weer een oplossing gezocht diende te worden voor de uit te voeren werkzaamheden. Indien nodig zal Arno een tandje er bijzetten om als nog de afgesproken resultaten te behalen. Arno weet wat de politieke belangen zijn waarmee de afdeling Poort mee heeft te maken. Arno is een man die zorgvuldig en nauwgezet zijn werk uitvoert. Hij weet waar hij voor staat en zorgt er voor dat zijn werk af is Conclusie over de realisatie Arno is een prettige medewerker om mee samen te werken, heeft veel inhoudelijk vakkennis en ervaring op het gebied van testen projectmanagement. Door zijn senioriteit is hij goed instaat om andere collega s te ondersteunen en op sleeptouw te nemen om zodoende het gevraagde resultaat te behalen. Ik heb gemerkt dat Arno veel ideeën heeft tav proces en productverbetering en dat hij ook het initiatief neemt om deze voorstellen door te voeren. Arno is een persoon die graag werkt aan structurele verbetering, dat heeft hij laten zien door zijn bijdrage aan het project Integrale teststrategie GPS.
