Een combi bepaling van G-6-PDH / PK blijkt een interessante diagnostische meerwaarde te hebben. FDA, USA verlangt middels rapportages inzake calibratie, lineairiteit en validatie dat het meetbereik van diagnostica wordt bewezen door gebruik te maken van 5 oplopende standaarden. Via ISO is dit ook nu in Europa vastgelegd. Ondanks dat deze norm nog niet veel in Nederland wordt toegepast, willen wij U onze mogelijkheden niet onthouden. 28 Juni a.s. staan wij met onze stand op de PAOKC ouderengeneeskunde in Driebergen. 6 G-6-PDH - ACTIVITY MEASUREMENT The activities of a low, normal and high human hemolysate were measured with a spectrophotometer. G6PDH kinetic measurements ΔExt./min.= SENSITIVITY The sensitivity (limit of detection) was determined by measuring human control material (G6PDH activity = 0 U/l) 20 times. The formula used to calculate the sensitivity is: Sensitivity = 3 x standard deviation = 3 x 9 = 27 U/l Extinction ΔExt./min.= ΔExt./min.= LINEARITY Time (min.) The G6PDH assay is linear up to 4500 U/l.
